Paul Vincil: Planning a wedding is a lot. Everyone here is incredibly helpful in the planning phase. Being able to package DJ's and photography is also a huge help. They are a bit on the pricey side but who isn't? All their work is insured and they have extra people booked the day of the event just as a precaution. If I can recommend Olga for the photography, she is amazing. She's not around in the winter, so keep that in mind but she's definitely worth it.

Jennifer Syeda: This company DJed at my friend’s henna and wedding and was terrible. He didn’t listen to the bride when it came to playing songs off the playlists that she provided him. He played songs that HE wanted. During her wedding, he played inappropriate, random songs while the bridal party was doing their entrances; completely messing up their entrances. When she complained and expressed her disappointment, he never responded. Do not hire this company for DJ services, you’ll regret it.

Heena Uddin: I hired party gear to DJ for my mehendi and my wedding. I sent a playlist to the DJ way ahead of time for both events. On the mehendi day, the DJ did not play the songs from my playlist and instead, played random songs. The songs from my playlist were only played at the end of the night. During the wedding, he completely messed up the entrances and played a song off of a YouTube concert. I do not recommend Party Gear for DJ services to anyone.

Why wouldn't we be able to view our photos if we are paying you to take them? If we are paying you, shouldn't we at least say we like the photo first? I'm just very confused and disappointed in the company and the photographers. We don't have to retake that photos just let us look at the photo.

Got them back in 2 weeks. Still waiting on my son's pictures to come home. Really hoping his pictures don't have a blur to them like my daughter's did for 6 years.

Rita U: I didn't like this at all. This was for school pictures. They took the code down before they actually let you view the pictures. Therefore, I had to order the packet, hoping the pictures turn out right. In addition, you had to select the children background with a vision in your head. In prior years they gave proofs or at least allowed you to view the pictures before ordering.. They also ended the school code three days after the picture day. So I was unable to order my daughter pictures and on retake date I had to convince them to still let my son take a pictures as I have no access to the original Ines taken. My son's retake day was 10/20 and my daughters was 10/27. They should have provided detail information that it is only pre order and you do not get to see them before purchasing.

You don't get a chance to view picture proofs before ordering either, not even online through the website. Wish my child's school would have stuck with life touch. Jessica Schroeder: First, their website is pretty archaic. With the last school my son went to they used lifetouch, and we could customize every single set of pictures. For instance if we ordered a package that had 2 (5×7) 1 (8×10) and 8 (wallets) I could choose to have my wallets have a purple background, I could then choose to have my 5×7 blue and then choose my 8×10 to have a theme background. Which brings me to my next complaint. There backdrops are pretty outdated 😔(they remind me of the ones I had from the 90's) lifetouch has holiday themes, a classroom theme, amongst a ton of others to choose from. Kaiser really needs to step up their game when it comes to school photos and their website. Also, I ordered a picture magnet and never received that either, just got an odd looking bookmark type of thing. I really wish Utica Schools utilized lifetouch services!

Local Celebs Magazine: I haven't seen the pictures yet but I can tell you about their website. It's super easy. We have multiple kids in school and sometimes these things get complicated. I'm super happy because with just a couple of clicks, we're going to get school pictures of the children. Super happy. I'll update with pictures. Hoping they come out beautifully.
