Jennifer Rubio: Worst experience I have EVER had with any doctors office! I was in the ER for Diverticulosis at the end of February and was told to follow up with a GI doctor. Called the office to make an appointment and couldn’t get in for 2 months. Ok fine I will wait. Then get a call today stating the doctor I am supposed to see on 4/25 is leaving the practice and the soonest they can get me in is June. Seriously! I already had to wait 2 months and then now 2 more months. I work at a medicalPractice and we would NEVER do that. If we had to cancel an appointment because of the doctor we would squeeze them in sooner rather then later. I’m appalled at the way Cindy spoke to me! I will NOT be going there and hopefully this helps someone when looking for a GI doctor. I definitely would not recommend NOT GOING TO THIS OFFICE! Now need to find another doctor !

Barb Murfey: My mother had severe abdominal pain and saw Dr. Piper on a Wednesday. She was sent home with Miralax after an X-ray. We were told X-ray results by Friday and we were unable to get information on Friday. By Saturday I had her in ER which resulted in bowel obstruction surgery. We never heard from Dr Piper until 9 days later and he had no idea or records of her hospitalization. She could have died had I not acted. I give Dr. Piper a zero rating.

Christina Johnson: So far my experience here has been fantastic. I saw Dr. Emily Tommolino a few weeks ago and she is doing a colonoscopy procedure for me next week to see what’s going on. She’s very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust her. While I’m very nervous about the procedure (colonoscopy is one of my biggest fears I have no idea why lol) I feel grateful I found Dr. Tommolino because so far her energy & knowledge has put me at ease!

Lisa Lee: My appointment with Dr. Emily Tommolino was great. She was friendly and professional. She discussed everything with me in depth. She did a thorough examination , took her time, and was not rushed or hurried. I felt like she was listening to me and was truly concerned about my health issues. I feel like I can trust her decisions regarding my health. She followed up in a few days with a phone call to discuss my test results. The office staff is very friendly helpful and professional. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait a long time to get an appointment with Dr. Tommolino.

Shelby Haugh-Elwartoski: If there was below a 0 on here I would have rated her that! I had a procedure done by Janice Fields, that was supposed to be covered 100% by my insurance company but because she had no answer for me she decided to say my diagnosis after the colonoscopy was that I had diarrhea! Yes that was her diagnosis after going to see her multiple times and having a procedure done. While in the meantime she was writing prescriptions for me for all kinds of things such as colitis, crones disease, acid reflux and so on all in which I never had!! That was because she actually had no idea what was going on with me which was again none of the above. I had the insurance company reach out to the billing department there which was no help because Janice Fields decided to write the procedures diagnosis as “diarrhea” I received a bill for 2,000$. When in reality it was a routine procedure and should had been covered at 100%. I stopped seeing her a while ago and am glad I found other doctors that are much more experienced and willing to help their patients instead of guessing and throwing prescriptions at them and taking their money. Before you think about going to this office please do your research first, there are way more qualified drs out there and staff that works to help patients unlike this disgusting place.

Ama Ahmed: My husband woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating neck pain and a terrible migraine. I called at 8:55 on a Saturday morning and they got us in by 9:30 to see Dr. Agrest. He promised my husband he would get him feeling better within 5 hours, and he ACTUALLY DID! He was sensitive to my husband’s pain, very thorough, and genuinely caring. The office is responsive, easy to get ahold of, easy to get an appointment, and everyone there is friendly and competent. I would strongly recommend Dr. Agrest!

Jishell Alvarado-Vest: The doctors in this office are nice, I just feel like In my case they were not very helpful. I had a mild ear infection and was given ear drops. Not sure what happed but after taking the drops for a day I had lost hearing in my left ear. I called the dr and she said to just give them time to work but she didn’t seem to be concerned over my hearing loss. I waited a day to set up another appointment. I was given some nasal spray and was told to wait a week to see if my hearing came back. I didn’t feel like they were taking my situation very serious so I took it upon myself to set up an appointment with an ENT specialist and thank God I did. I was prescribed steroids right away which helped a lot. My hearing is mostly back and it was because I did not wait. Hearing loss can be a permanent thing if it’s not treated within 2 to 4 weeks .. my advice is to always look out for your own health and to be your own advocate. I am a little disappointed at the doctors in this office so I will be looking for a new one.

We offer telemedicine as a alternative. We also recommend for certain problems you may have to use urgent care or the hospital . This was also explained to you on the phone. I agree the office staff isn’t very prompt in notifying dr Wang when you call, but that’s got nothing to do with dr Wang. Dr Wang has been my primary care physician for as long as I can remember and both of my parents also go to her. She’s diagnosed diseases that has baffled other healthcare workers, even specialists. She knows her stuff and has never been wrong. I would trust her with my life. She’s smarter than any doctors I’ve seen. I’ve since moved to Texas and how I wish My parents could still see her now that my dad has had a stroke. If you want a clinician that knows her stuff, go to her.

X S: Hands down for the best family doctor to Dr. Wang. She is very knowledgeable and professional in her field and always has a good judgment on where to refer me for more detailed check-ups when needed. You can’t find a better family doctor than Dr.Wang. Strongly recommended.

Shelly FM: While Dr. Wang is absolutely amazing, getting through to her because of the office staff is nearly impossible. Calling the office is impossible. Even requesting something face to face is impossible. I've requested something physically face to face from the front desk staff and they were "making a note" for me. I call 4 days later to check on the status of my request to talk to the same person..for her to tell me " I don't see anything here" such a shame for Dr. Wang. Not fair at all to her. Good luck having the office staff even get your request for a referral to the doctor. The office manager Nick is the only one that makes anything happen. Terrible service. I recommend this place ONLY if you have no other reason to call there besides to make an appointment because Dr Wang is awesome but the office is completely incompetent to do anything other than that.

Ann Stewart: Tried for 2 days to get a refill on a prescription for my husband. Was told it was called into the pharmacy. Pharmacy said the office rejected a refill, said an appointment was needed. Well he had an appointment 6 months in advance and the Dr.'s office called and we had reschedule it. (which we did) . He needed the refill because of going g out of town. The office was told this on numerous phone calls. This office at one time ran properly. I do not know what has happened. Very disappointed .

I am switching to a new primary doctor, I will no longer come here. I do not recommend seeing her at all!

A C: I moved to the area recently and saw the doctor once for an annual. Dr was fine, friendly.Scheduled a few weeks later for a 1st prenatal visit.When I arrived, the building was stocked with rodent poison cartridges and there is clear evidence that there is a mouse infestation in the building.Upon arrival, I'm informed that the doctor had just stepped out to do a delivery and I needed to reschedule.This is no problem, disappointing but understandable.However there were zero times that could accommodate my schedule. They don't allow people under 18 to attend the appointments and this is a problem as I don't have easy access to childcare.They did however after checking with another staff member, permit me to bring my toddler with me at the next visit provided no one else was going to be in their waiting room.I scheduled but canceled the next day as ended up getting into Henry Ford and received fabulous care there.Would not recommend.

Linda Isaac: So where do I begin this.I am always having my appointment canceled through a text msg and I have to be put on hold for more than 15min every single time I call to see what’s going on.I had an appointment on January 31st only to find out it’s canceled via text msg. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and I get it they might short staffed, fine, only to hear that Dr. Tumaneng won’t be in office. I asked when is the earliest I can see her as I have booked this appointment several months ago…only to hear the best option is February 28th, an entire month on top of my wait already. I have scheduled this appointment back in November and at that time nothing was available until January and I said fine and now I have to wait another month?!!This is very unprofessional and this is not the first time it has happened. Last year I had an appointment at 7:45am. Arrived on time only to hear that the doctor is in an emergency delivery and they can’t take me in. I asked how come no one called me earlier to let me know. They asked me whether I got the msg. I have received no msg that day except the check in msg. To rely on such system and not call your patients is to me very unprofessional. I have no issues with the doctor but this is very inconvenient to keep being booked months and months when I’m already doing my best booking appointments on time.P.S. I wrote this review two weeks ago after accepting the appointment on February 28th. Only to find out today on January 21st that my appointment has been canceled again. Now what? Should I call and be thrown into another end of March appointment?Absolutely not. An existing patient should not be struggling this much to get an annual physical exam appointment.

Bridgette Wilson: About 10 years ago I started coming here to see Dr. Rodriguez for my endometriosis and she is hands-down the most caring OB/GYN I have ever had so when I got pregnant with my daughter six years ago she was my doctor and took of excellent care of me throughout my complicated pregnancy which included having a stent placed in one of my ureters. I enjoyed her being my doctor so much that when my younger sister got pregnant eight years ago I recommended dr. Rodriguez to her and she has since delivered all three of my sisters children. Every time I call the staff is so patient and understanding and Dr. Rodrigues‘s nurse Michelle is so friendly and they recognize you by face so you don’t feel like a stranger in your OB/GYN office. And they now offer virtual visits so when I saw her two weeks ago and we discussed when I would return to go over my results she said I could do a virtual phone visit with her so I didn’t have to miss any work to go over the results. I will keep recommending people to MGA obstetrics and gynecology as I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with them.

Brandy Wentworth: This is the absolute best office I have ever been to! I flipped back and forth with a few OBGYNs until I found this group. Dr Rodriguez has been my OB for almost 10 years now. She delivered all of my kids. I've never felt more comfortable around a Dr before in my life! Her and Michelle have always made me feel heard. I could go on and on about how wonderful Dr Rodriguez is! Lol. The office is also always clean and friendly!

Whats the next open date? She said nothing is available everything is booked! We’re like May? June? July? Shes like nope everything is booked (keep in mind by this time she already has an attitude with us and is being very rude.) I told her I’m very shocked that everything is booked for that far out, are you sure? She said something on the lines of, do you not speak English? She said I said everything is booked so everything is booked call back later. I’m like ma’am, how is it March, and everything is booked throughout the rest of the year? She got loud with me over the phone. When i asked for her manager/supervisor she threatened to hang up. When i asked her about her name, she hung up in my face.The only reason this post has 2 stars, is because we called back and spoke with the Office Manager. She was very polite and helpful and got us an appointment on April 21st. Ironic how they were “all booked” in the front desk.I was not surprised by the other reviews here disappointed in the front desk service. Not to count the many that haven’t reviewed this place. I just wish the best to the management of this place, and hope they open up their eyes and see how many patients are being mistreated by the front desk.P.s. Every experience starts at the front desk, if that’snot a 5 star experience, you’re already leaving a bad taste, especially to the new patients.

I waited over an hour for a post op appointment “naked” in the room for someone to come in and ask if I could come back the Dr. had to leave on a delivery, but was also told I was scheduled with the wrong Dr. so unsure which was the truth. I’ve been having some Menstrual issues after contacting my Dr. each month with no relief she finally followed up with my message 3 weeks later after the fact and suggested a procedure “pretty much a leave me alone message” I called the other day with an concern if needing something for a UTI, I was asked to come in and leave a urine sample which I did it’s been 3 days no call back from my Dr. or antibiotic called in, so I’ve been in uncomfortable pain for 3 days now waiting on my Dr. I would not recommend this office, this office has gone down hill since all the previous Dr.have retired. Over 20 years coming to this office and I will no longer be a patient here.

Receiving what seems to be several duplicate bills but when I ask for my results to be mailed to me .... nothing, going on my 3rd request. Being in the medical field myself I know that type of request takes moments to click and print a report. Frustrating!!!

Rachel Dushaj: Unprofessional. Appointment at 1145, not a new patient, sat naked in a room for 40 minutes waiting on doctor, who was gossiping next door. She then ran into room as I told her I was leaving because I've been waiting and she says ok and walked away. Never go back here again. As a medical professional myself, this is inappropriate and embarrassing to treat your patients. I attempted to tell the check out desk I was leaving and there wasnt even anyone there to help you.
