aquarium enthusiast: This company owes me $1800 and I am filing a small claims suit shortly, and reported them to the MI attorney generalThis corrupt company stole $1800 from us. We returned the item, and they deliberately refused delivery or set up a mail forwarding address so that the Troy, Michigan post office would deliver to Sterling Heights, the neighboring city. This technicality of the item being delivered outside of the return city, manipulated by this defendant, caused the site to be unable to refund, and we are now preparing litigation beyond a chargeback to make this defendant regret his decision to steal. His employees, his wife & 3 sons may all be liable and part of their criminal conspiracy. Do not do business with this framing business.If they refund, this review will be revised to reflect the resolution, however in light of their interference & sabotage of my return, & fooling the site it is unlikely I will get a resolution without escalating to litigation & chargeback.I pray for relief. This cannot be tolerated

Pankaj Dash: The photo printing section is a joke. I came to pick my photo in my scheduled time, at 2 pm. One lady came and she clearly saw the printer was out of paper. She left me there and told me she will be back soon. After 30 minutes later another lady came and load a new role of paper. It has been an hour since I am standing at same place, and yet I dont know when I will get my photos. Btw, it is 2.55 pm now.
James Kreger: Ordered photos online for 1 hour photo, the photos were still not ready after 2 days. Called the photo center, no one answers after minutes on the line. Tried calling main number and after multiple attempts I get someone, ended up their photo printer was not working, but they failed to tell the consumer. Terrible experience.

tonyman4: I don't write reviews but I went through this company to get some art prints made and I was left very unsatisfied. The gentleman who worked the front desk and answered the phone was rock solid awesome! However, it's been going on 3 months since I first opened up a line of communication to print with their crew and still don't have them in production yet, or even a quote and they have my files and everything. I was on a tight time frame but kept my patients with them because of their great prices and kind front desk framing man. However, It would take two weeks and multiple emails and calls to get responses every time I had to answer a question. I never was able to meet the person printing or talk to them on the phone, only really sporadic emails. When I went in to see the samples they weren't sure if the samples were on the paper they use to print or not so that sort of defeated the purpose of seeing the samples. Either way I gave them the go-a-head to print. Two more weeks went by and I emailed/ called to see how things were going. I didn't get a response till a week later saying I need to approve the test prints (which I did) and that I needed to put a down payment down. So I emailed back that same day saying go for and also asked what the price would be because they still didn't tell me. Two weeks went by and still no response so I emailed again. I still don't have a quote from or a response them and it's been just about three months. I ended up giving up and now I'm going through another company. I'm sure the people that work their are fine people but I felt they had no care for their customers. If you want prints made, it may take a very, very long time and it may seem impossible at times to talk to any of the printers but you'll at least get a good price.
Jimmy ID: I had a pretty expensive Banksy GDP Rat on very thin paper I needed framed and I am just blown away how well it turned out. You can tell extreme care was taken during the archival/preservation process. Not to mention the patience they had when helping me pick out my perfect Frame and mat. Happy camper here. I will be back.
