Within about an hour of inquiring online, I was contacted and the owner Chris actually talked me through all the games and gave me a lot of suggestions on which games would work best for what we wanted.I had a rental agreement shortly after and they called to confirm everything with us after that.Every step of the process was smooth and painless. The owner gave me his cell number to call if we had any issues with the service or the games.As for cleaning with this whole Covid19 stuff going on, when they showed up, they wore masks, wiped down all the machines for us with wipes and left a hand sanitizing station for us and guests to use as the night went on.Set up took less than twenty minutes and all the games worked perfectly, we rented 3 total game (4 machines) and they all worked and were a huge hit for everyone at the party.Thank you so much!

We got two pinball machines for our guests to play during our reception and it was hands-down the coolest thing at our wedding. Playing pinball is special to my husband and I, and has always been a fun detail of our relationship since we started dating. We really wanted to have some machines at our wedding and I was so surprised how easy Chris and the Alpha team, made that happen. They were efficient, quick to respond and didn't need much more than an address to get the job done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has any gaming-event needs. Hannah Mills: Alpha Amusements was the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding. We rented two pinball machines (LOTR and Tommy) and two classic arcade games (Dig Dug and Mrs. Pacman). Chris made the payment process, set up, and pick up seamless. He even texted the maid of honor a photo of the set up to make sure it was perfect before he headed out. Th games were a hit with the guests. Honestly the best thing we spent money on for the reception after food and drink.

Paige Culham: We rented DDR and Skee-ball for our wedding reception. The booking went very smoothly, but when we called to confirm a few details, we found out that the company had been bought out by another company. We never got a phone call or email informing us of this. When we finally got in contact with someone, they said that our contract would be upheld. The games were delivered on time for our reception, and everyone seemed to enjoy both games. Half way through the reception however, the Skee-ball machine no longer worked. It still lit up, but was not dispensing balls. We tried calling the emergency number on our contract, but that had been disconnected. We tried unplugging it, but nothing worked. We were also told (and it was written in our contract) that the games could be picked up that night, since the hall would charge us extra to store them overnight. They were not picked up until Monday (reception was Saturday). We finally got a hold of someone who said they would work on it, but still waiting to hear back.

The owner Matt knew I was so excited to look at the games and relive my youth he let me play everything as if it was my company. I ended up purchasing 3 machines. This is as good as it gets from selection to how they treat you like family with zero pressure to purchase. If you are looking to purchase a machine a neon sign or anything your heart desires I can’t recommend them enough. Top notch !!! I will be a customer for life and be purchasing more games very soon.Matt the owner also is a stand up guy, long story short my father wanted to surprise my handicapped kid brother with a game he purchased for Christmas I didn’t know he purchased one and I bought one else ware. The other store when I called to cancel told me to pound sand literally not more then 5 minutes after I purchased it from him and all sales were final. I called my father to let him know I can’t get the money back and Matt the owner treated my 73 year old marine veteran father with nothing but class he refunded his money no questions asked !!! even though he wrapped and staged the game for delivery and still thanked my father for coming in even though he ended up canceling the deal. You don’t meet to many good people like Matt and this is why I will be a customer for life.5 stars is not enough to give this company there incredible !!!!!

R VANTIFLIN: Parents/guardians: here’s what they DON’T advertise: YOU have to pay $20 too, even if you don’t touch a game. So if you’re trying to do the responsible thing and monitor your children during their visit, YOU end up paying too. Had checked their web site which predominantly advertises PLAY all you want for $20.What they SHOULD advertise is the opportunity to pay $20 to walk past their front counter. When I asked the clerk if I could sit near the front door (without paying), he said yes. I then paid for my 7 and 11 yo to get in and asked the 11 year old to grab me a chair so I could be accessible near the door. The clerk then said “no, chairs must stay at the tables”. I stated, “you just said yes, that I could sit at the door”. to which the clerk responded, “You can sit on the floor I guess.” So for two kids to play, actual cost was $60. Could have taken them to Dave & Busters or C.J. Barrymore and given them each $30 to burn, because that’s actually what this place ultimately cost.

There are drink holders on the machines so you have somewhere to put your drink while you play. They even have skiball. We will definitely be back.

Mag agent: Had my sons 13th birthday party here. Everyone enjoyed it, kids and adults all were playing! They give you lots of room and separate space provided to set up food. Which you can bring in outside food or have delivered. Place was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Joel Hacker: Probably the best place in the metro for arcade games, predominantly pinball. The pay one fee to play for as long as you like is ideal, no chewing through quarters. The machines are all in working order and well maintained. Even on league nights, there's enough machines that as long as you're flexible about which you play there's always availability. Re-entry is allowed as well if you need to go to your car. I'd give it 5 stars, but they don't have much in the way of food/snacks. Which I get, and they do let you bring in outside food, which is great. But slightly expanded, even pre-packaged, snack selection might be nice (does keep the mess down though). Additionally, while there is a bar, the selection of beers is *very* limited (3 or 4?), and the only other alcoholic drinks are premixed, canned, cocktails. Though the prices are very reasonable. I think they could minimally expand that and it would help a lot. Non alcoholic drink selection is pretty standard and reasonably priced.

Mike Stewart: Awesome place with a wide range of classic games and tons of pinball. Definitely a recommended place to visit. Great to bring a group with you too, as it's pay one price at the door and everything inside is then free to play as many times as you want

Rob Russell: First time being there. I would recommend going on Thursday. When is cheaper. Weekends, you'll pay 20 bucks per person. But you do get unlimited game play.Fun, friendly atmosphere. Not very big inside. You'll go around in laps a few times. More pinball than arcades. But they do have a handful of arcades. Had a good time. For the first hour. But after going around and playing the pinball games. It does tend to get boring. Wish they had more things. Like pool tables or more dart boards. But playing those games brought back childhood memories. They host parties there. But I would host a party at CJ Barrymore.
