Trisha Wheatley: I hired Imperial Painting to paint the exterior of our home. I chose them based on all of the great reviews they have. After using them, I can only assume that 99% of the reviews for them are fake. It was a terrible experience and I dot not recommend. A week after work was supposed to have started, they had a power washer show up at 5 pm on a Saturday during a rain storm, to work for an hour and tell us he was leaving town for a week and wouldn’t be back. Then a week later a woodworker showed up at 8 pm to replace boards, working until 10 pm in the dark with a flashlight and disturbing the neighbors and us. My husband asked him to leave and come back at a reasonable time and he refused. They finally started painting 3 weeks after they said they would. I was originally told 3-4 weeks. It took them 7 weeks to start. I should have bailed at that point, but they had ripped all the paint off the house and left it in terrible condition. The painting was not any better and I have to hire someone else to come and repaint. Costas is a nice guy, but I am hiring for a service and they were terrible.
