Keith O'Neill: As a hobbyist I'm a little self conscious about going into industrial supplies since I buy a fraction of what their normal customers probably buy.They have always taken the time to make sure that I got what I needed. As a bonus they have a neat "scrap" section you can browse through as well! The fact that I come all the way from downriver to go to Laird should be a testament as to how much I like them.

craig bush: I went here to buy a piece of plexiglass for my table, the people there were very helpful and nice. When they rang me up for $95 I gave them my debit card and they ran it through. They told me they forgot to add tax I told them I would just pay it separately and they said they had to do another transaction. They told me that they don't run the credit cards until at night so what they already ran would not have came out of my account. They were wrong it went under pending in my bank account. I show them that and they told me that it would not go through. So when I paid again I gave them my credit card instead of debit card and they ran that through. The charges on my credit card and now about two weeks later I looked in my bank account and they also took out the 95 out of my bank account. Getting a hold of them is nearly impossible to get a refund, this caused me to have items not clear my bank account being this is an account that I only use for certain bills.I would say if you ever go here do not trust them with a credit card just pay cash
