KEE LEE: First I call for a toilet flange replacement estimate, they said they'll get a guy to come out and look first. Ok he got here took off everything and went straight to work without telling me anything on what he needed to do and my estimate was. He grounded my cast iron pipe sends grinding dust everywhere in my bathroom without telling me to move all my items first before proceeding. Yes my toilet flange Is repaired and fixed but my whole bathroom was a nightmare!!! Threw everything out that I know was too hard to clean from the dust. Very disappointed on what my cost was. I was hoping nothing more than 100 dollars but my total came up to 175! All for grinding my pipe down a little bit and put a 1 dollar wax ring it cost me that much!? What's done is done. Brian Dyer: Good price and was pretty good about timing at first, however, installed the drain pipes in the basement lower than they need to be so they intrude in the living space, installed the half bath sink off center, did not own up to it and refuses to fix. We also spent extra on high end fixtures which he constantly complained about and put down. In the master suite he couldn't get the shower head to stop leaking so he put a large brass fitting on our chrome fixture. I was able to fix it right after he left. Lastly, the project was held up because he said a part for our master bath was missing. I found the parts in the boxes we gave him...not happy with results.In response to your reply below:I didn't think you would want to take responsibility for the poor work. I also forgot to mention a few other things. The fitting for the shower upstairs wasn't set correctly during the rough install so a hole needed to be cut in my new drywall, their black cement mix destroyed our new white grout in the master bath when they were setting the tub and and their calking job looks like a 5 year old did it, very sloppy. Regarding inspection, you did have to come back to correct the water temperature settings in the upstairs bathroom. Regarding the brass fitting, there is a vacuum breaker on the master bath shower head but you weren't sure if it would pass inspection due to your unfamiliarity with high end fixtures. The brass fitting had everything to do with stopping the leak caused by the REDUNDANT vacuum breaker you thought we needed. Also, you said you would remove the brass fitting when you came back to finish the job. Regarding the plumbing lines in the basement, my HVAC workers and I were in constant communication with you and made you aware of the plans, I'm sorry you didn't understand what was happening. Regarding the sink in the spare bath, you must be kidding. The light is on center and the mirror is on center, the SINK is not, don't you remember when we measured it the last time you were here?? You said you didn't want to move it because it would destroy the wall. In the end, you said the remaining $100 of our quote would be collected when you came to finish which you never did. I paid you thousands of dollars to trash my house. I would not recommend your services to anyone that has to live in the house afterwords.

Steve Reynolds: I contacted this company to connect my home to city water service. I received a quote before anyone came to my house. In hindsight, this was the first red flag but I didn't think much of it. After working out things on my end with the city permits and a few emails back and forth with Anthony, he asked me if they could come out and take a look at the property/where there they would connect to my interior plumbing. I gave him a few times that worked with my schedule, but then didn't hear back from him. A week later I called to ask about the site visit. The person answering the phones told me that I was on the schedule for Friday between 9 and 11am which did not align with any of the times I gave them. I arranged time off work - 11am on Friday comes, I was home the whole time... nobody showed up. By 11:30am I called and asked what was up - I was told that they would look into it and call me back. I then get a phone call from Tony (Anthony's father I assume) and he told me that he had already came to my house, took measurements and pictures and left. He told me he didnt come to the door to speak with me because he "didn't want to get shot" yes, he actually told me that. After a few questions about what he had done, I could tell he was lying to me. I thanked him for his time and told him that I would be moving forward with a different company. I reviewed my outdoor security cameras - he was never there. Maybe he went to the wrong house? Maybe he lies to customers? I don't recommend doing business with this company. There are plenty plumbers out there. Go with somebody else.

Gul Virk: We had an older sump pump that was installed by someone who isn’t a professional. It was located in the kitchen, hidden within a cabinet and was pretty much a hole dug into the ground. Empire was able to remove that and install a new sump pump system for a decent price.

Adhit Dhar: Empire came out to fix leaks in our outdoor lines and also the water heater. Not only did they do a great job but they COULD NOT have had kinder, nicer people. It's one thing to get the job done properly, it's another to do it with a smile on your face, being thoughtful towards the customer. More importantly, if the job isn't done right these guys are out the next day to fix it immediately. Cannot recommend them more and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs!

I had originally called another plumbing company and they came out and told me I was going to need to have my entire driveway ripped out and my sump discharge lines re-routed to the city sewer in the street. They quoted me at $22,500.00 . I called Drain Resolvers for a second opinion. Mario came out and found that my sump system was tied into my sewer, and that my sewer was backed up with tree roots. Since my sewer was backed up the water was being pushed into my sump pits, or else I would have had a flooded basement. Mario Hydro Jetted my sewer to clear the root blockages, and I have not had any more issues. Instead of looking to make a buck and sell a giant repair I did not need, he was honest and helpful and solved my problems for $800 instead of over $20,000.Services:Plumbing pipe repair,Sewer repair

Lindsey Your REALTOR: I am a seasoned real estate developer and was engaged with this company to perform a trenchless sewer repair. At the end of August after having provided both a sewer scope video and the Drain Resolvers team visiting the site in person confirming they could perform the repair, I was strung along for 6 weeks simply waiting for ACH payment instructions. I've made it very clear that we had an escrow tied up in this repair and timely completion of the job was paramount. Every step of the way, I was told they could do the job as early as Monday of next week, no problem-- until today.I spoke with Mario (owner), Paul and Dean and was never led to believe there would be an issue with getting the job done. Today, after being engaged with this company for nearly two months, I received an incredibly unprofessional and unapologetic call from a woman named Linda who said "their guy looked at the video and said he can't do the job". Today, I was also informed that they were never even licensed or bonded to do the work. They do what they can to "help their customers" by connecting them with people who can. She said "their guy just got hit with a big lawsuit for a trenchless repair" that he "won't fall into that trap again." It would've been phenomenal to know this 2 months ago!!! I wouldn't trust this company to plunge a toilet, let alone repair my sewer line.After being, quite justifiably, upset and spoken to unprofessionally and rudely as if I was somehow supposed to be okay with them basically causing me to forfeit my repair escrow, Linda had the audacity to ask me why I was so upset. How thick can one be?! This was a costly lesson to learn that this small business didn't deserve my patience, money or trust.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!

Talk to an individual on Monday said that a technician was come out between 4pm and 5pm GREAT and that they would call before coming. NO call no one showed up.The next day I called the property manager to inform them and they call Tom Stewart Plumbing they state someone did call I just did not pick up Lie.Furthermore they said a technician could come out Tuesday to service my tank between 11am to 1pm I had to leave work early. Long story short the technician after" vehicle problems" showed up at 4:15pm smelling like cigarettes to light my hot water tank pilot....
