Amy Shepherd: Dr. Mauro is an excellent podiatrist. He healed my plantar fasciitis over 15 years ago. I was seeing a podiatrist from Novi, MI for one year - 6 shots later and not any better. Dr. Mauro performed a special procedure and after a few days, I could walk, run and exercise again. Last summer I had bunion surgery and am completely healed without any problems or pain. I would not see anyone else and I live in South Lyon. Great doctors/surgeons are worth the drive! Office staff very nice, short wait times.

When I finally decided it was time to have foot surgery, he listened to all of my concerns and explained everything throughly. I waited for much longer than I should have and never felt pressured to make such a big decision until I was ready. He made me feel very comfortable on the day of surgery, I was so nervous. Dr. Mauro is so kind and compassionate.The follow-up care was the best ever, so easy to work with his friendly staff!

My family and I have had various foot and ankle issues over the years, and Dr Mauro and the staff have gone above and beyond with the care they’ve given us. We were especially grateful that Dr Mauro discovered that the deep cut on my husbands toe was actually a compound fracture (he had run into the wrought iron patio furniture). If he hadn’t found it (which an ordinary ER doc most likely would have missed), he could have ended up with a severe infection. We will never go anywhere else for our foot care. ❤️

Brandy Bishop: I had my first visit to the 12 Mile location today and I just had to share my experience. The front desk staff were all so kind and welcoming. The medical assistant was very sweet as well. My appointment was with Dr. Spriet and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel super comfortable and we came up with a game plan for my foot issue. I'm very happy to have found her office. Great people working here, who really care. Thank you!!
Jeannene Boyke: Great doctor and staff. Clean place and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Good experience to have my ingrown toenail removed. UPDATE... Dr. Dimachk saved my life & sanity! He fixed my past surgery on my Achilles Tendon, removed bone spurs and lengthened my leg tendon and gave me my range of motion and mobility back. N Palus: Went to the Berkley office. Great experience from A to Z. Every single person I interacted with was attentive, respectful, kind, competent, and professional. If you need a foot/ankle specialist, look no further. Highly recommend.

Nafisa Choudhury: The front desk people need to behave themselves. When I made the appointment they never told me I needed referral from my primary care doctor. When I went to the office the lady very rudely said I tried to call u but couldn’t reach ur number and I need to come back some other day with the referral. I never received any call from her. Secondly they said they couldn’t find my insurance. I use that insurance all the time. That was the only place where they couldn’t find my insurance. I felt like they didn’t even wanted to talk to me and my dad, and as if we were committing any crime by going to their office. Well, never going back to them and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go there!! Specially if you are a PERSON OF COLOR.

Eric M: Nurse said she wasn’t good at drawing blood so I had to get an appointment at a lab. They lost my results and when found, too much time had passed so I had to go do another blood draw at a lab. Lost these results as well. After several phone calls and no return call, they were found addressed to one of the other doctors in that office. Office called about an appointment I had with them to see how a script was working... I had not even been given a script yet. Overall bad experience ended up with months of silence and confusion. Ended up on a script for 2 months with no follow up so just stopped taking it. I will not be going back

Sena Ray: Yesterday was my first visit after I fractured my ankle in 3 different ways. I was in so much pain before my visit. Dr Brian and Coleen are awesome. Literally pain free and my surgery isn’t until Friday. They insured me I would be relieved after certain procedures done at the office. Everyone is helpful and friendly here. Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

I can trust the care of both of my feet with him. I really like the Warren office. It's a little drive for me, but everyone there is helpful with all your questions and take the time needed with you.

Jeff Pruitt: Be Very careful when going to these "Doctors" make sure you get a quote of cost and check your deductible. They billed approximately $1500.00 for about 45 minuets of their time. This cover 2 appointments 2 sets of ex rays and a boot. My cost is approximately $550.00 . I had to cancel my follow up appointment and just live with the pain i guess. What a scam they have going here. If i would have known what the cost to me would have been ahead of time i would have went somewhere else. I guess that is why they don't tell you.

JeanJean Pearsall: Dr. GREEN assign the medical assistant to cut my toenails. I am a diabetic. The assistant did a sloppy job. The corner of my nails was still catching on to my cover. The doctor didn'tcome back to check my nails. Aweful! Avoid them if possible. Advoid at all cost. to on

Rasheda Nemer: I highly recommend Dr.Rami Alrashed. He is very talented, passionate and very understanding. My daughter is an athlete and has big dreams. She encountered a hurdle when she rolled her ankle and yet needed to be at a basketball tournament within three weeks. My daughter was torn and in tears when the ER doctor told her she would not be able to return to basketball for rest of the season. We reached out to Balanced Podiatry Care for a second opinion. My daughter begged him to help her, he told her the truth and then her tears and cry for help was very emotional. However, he was patient and talked to her gently with all the support that was needed to help a 13 year old athlete understand her situation looking at the big picture for her future. He spent time accommodating her emotional support and then when she calmed down, he worked with a plan that was intensive and amazing. She followed every step and was able to perform top 20 of the 8th grade group superstars at that tournament. There were hundreds of athletes out there. However, he even reached out to us to ensure she was doing fine and guided us even more throughout the tournament. My daughter quotes, “ when I play college ball and then WNBA I will choose only Dr.Al-Rashed as my sport doctor. So if anyone needs a recommendation it is only him and no other. He will go above and beyond any other doctor. If you ever need a podiatrist it is Dr. Rami Alrashed.

Danny Aronovitz: Response to comment posted by EE. The surgery I performed for her husband was a surgery that had 6 months of planning. The patient consented for surgery. He wanted to have surgery in the hopes of getting off pain medication for an arthritic ankle. I requested that his medical clearance be obtained by his internist and kidney specialist. His surgery went well and only got infected some 4-5 weeks after surgery. He had admitted doing gardening outside of my recommendations otherwise. He was no doubt a high risk patient. As soon as I detected infection, he was admitted back in to the hospital for definitive care of the infection. The patient was washed out per protocol and a skin graft was placed at the appropriate time. He continues to see infectious disease specialists for IV antibiotic treatment. He lost no body parts on the side that I operated on except for debridement of infected tissue. I feel bad that people like EE are in our world and part of our communities. The patient was always a gentleman with all my encounters with him. I know that my team at the hospital and myself fight for all patients care, privacy and safety.Best,
E E: Stunningly poor judgment that led to my husband now being confined to a wheelchair after a preventable post-op infection led to a threatened amputation on Christmas Day. "Doctor" refuses to wash hands. Staff refuse to help patient avoid falling. Awful, dangerous practice
