On Monday, I communicated with Teresa about the order. She was extremely professional and polite. She fixed the errors on my order and confirmed a delivery date for me. Later on in the day, she reached out to me about an item I purchased concerned that it would not work with the belt I bought. She then swapped out the item for one that would. Shortly after, I decided to add items to my order last minute and she was able to assist me in doing so in a timely manner to ensure that the items would be shipped with the others. This was such a great experience and I look forward to more business with On Duty Gear.

Dee Monnette: If I could leave a review without having to give any stars, I would be much happier. My boyfriend and I stopped by this place on Tuesday. We were treated so rudely that I was totally appalled. When we came in we were asked through a window if we were from an agency. When we said no but that I was looking for some shooting gloves since I will be going to an outdoor range soon we were very rudely told that this place is not a store and there was no showroom. We could very clearly see items hanging on racks and also on shelves. I was told that I could go online and order that way which tells me that not only could I not try anything on I would also incur shipping charges to buy an item from an establishment that is less than 10 miles from where I live. Needless to say I will never spend my hard earned money here and I have also started telling my family and friends how poorly I was treated! If this is the way that you treat all people that come through your doors I honestly don't know how you stay in business!

The entire team is fantastic. The guys next door, made me multiple great holsters. And IFA has put together some incredible setups on firearms. I get the best deals here and I have never been happier with any gun smithing service. They are real professionals and go above and beyond for me every time I walk through that door. Atlas AtlasJewelers: I just picked up my second AR platform custom build from IFA. Moe was was so helpful the first time around on the 5.56 build, I wanted to come back again for the 300 Blackout. I knew what I wanted performance-wise, but I am not going to pretend to know how to do it and did not want to spend hours and hours and hours doing my own research homework to end up with mediocre results. Their advice on parts and accessories come from years of experience. Since this is not just a hobby for them, you can take their love, knowledge, passion and advice for the sport with confidence.

Jordan Anderson: IFA Tactical is my primary FFL and I always have a great experience here. These folks are knowledgeable and I enjoy the transparency; they never steer you in the wrong direction. MD is my go-to person to deal with and I am always learning something from him. Not only that, but he is extremely helpful in sourcing particular guns and he goes above/beyond to help with builds. David Albrecht: Stopped in to see about acquiring a Desert Eagle in 50AE. I am aware that they are difficult to get, but I got the impression that the person was not interested in talking to me since he took a phone call while repairing what appeared to be a 1911 on the counter while I am trying to have a conversation with him. If he was trying to convey the "why are you bothering me' vibe, mission accomplished! Not that this is always relevant but the place looks more disorganized than my teenage daughter's bedroom. I do not plan to return.

They always seem to have the new cool stuff that just came out, great knowledgeable people who will help you; what more can you ask for in a gun shop? The vaping Native American guy also did a great job fixing my Mossberg.
