Timothy Draughan: It's a nice job to work at if you want to be scared of having a job the next day, perfect fit for you the plant manager has an attitude out of this world. You work 12-hour shifts 7 days a week including holidays you have a one hour break they are inconsiderate towards any problems, back pain and any other personal problems. I was terminated because of the plant manager decided that Friday would be his day to to have a fit. True enough I forgot my safety glasses , but that is really no reason to terminate anyone. I recommend no one works here under these conditions and if you do apply for this job and just so happened to receive this job I wish you good luck and I would ask that you try to change something such as the lunch break timing which I know it's against labor laws to have someone working for it 12 hours a day and only get one hour lunch break especially working 7 days a week
