Destiny sanders: If you refer to my Mother’s review that you all erased that was posted way before mine that will help. We were all affected by the poor choices made my Fred Lavery Porsche. Honestly who patronizes an establishment for years, makes an appointment on Friday and was told to bring the Cayenne Monday. Fred Lavery refused the vehicle saying the 2005 was too old but my Mother never received correspondence regarding this change nor was she made aware of this when she called on Friday or when she called today before she had the suv delivered. I find it disheartening you were quick to reply to me but deleted and erased my Mother’s review and did not reach out to her to explain what happened and when did this policy change and do you have it in writing or are you all writing it up now since she shined a light on this unfortunate circumstance. She had to pay double for the tow truck after the Cayenne was refused. Her last service there was on 12/15/2021 and the repair was 3 grand so how does this make sense? Why was her review erased? No accountability what so ever just sweep it under the rug method!

Daniel: Fred Lavery Porsche has taken great care of my car and me over the last few services. One notable event occurred the other day on my birthday - after work a PSM failure accompanied with a flashing CEL occurred. It was late in the afternoon and I had last minute errands to run. Unfortunately, Fred Lavery didn’t have a loaner vehicle available, but despite being busy, they placed my car in one of the bays and immediately went to work. Within two hours my car was done (wash included which I really appreciated since they removed all the dried salt from my rubber mats), and I was able to complete my errands and make it to my birthday dinner reservation. I’m not sure why other users review Fred Lavery Porsche service less than 5 stars, but I believe if you give them a try you will appreciate the level of service and care they offer; this is the reason I keep coming back. 5 out of 5 stars.

I came in with 2 issues and they only managed to fix one of those issues even though I paid to have both issues fixed. I don't care how good your mechanic is, if he loses you business, than he's not a good asset to your team.After my appointment I was contacted by the company to check if I was satisfied with the service. I was not and as part of their "good faith" they were going to send out a free keychain and of course they couldn't even manage to do that.

The service rep was emailed picture and I told him I would clean some of the pet hair because little he know I had kids that would be in the vehicle. The service rep had little to say. Any loaner vehicle should be cleaned before the next customer. My original service went fine but of course this being a Porsche dealer repairs and maintenance prices are off the map.
