Tom Matteson: I'm way behind on getting this review posted; but, I did a lot of research before I contacted In the Mix Print Services. When I first saw their website I wasn't sure if they were a legit shop, with a physical presence. However, based on what information I could find, I took a chance and gave them a call and spoke with Kal. That turned out to be the best choice for my needs. It was shortly before Christmas and I needed some signs printed, cut and shipped quickly. I initially thought they wouldn't be able to get my order handled and out to me in time. But, I was wrong. They did an awesome job and I received the signs quicker than I had expected. Plus, they had the best prices I could find anywhere; and the service and quality of signage were excellent. Now that the weather is getting better here, I'll be ordering from them again soon.

My first time was three years ago came in to get car magnets for My Business and I walked out without even saying we’re getting any signs, and this time I had forgotten about it. Same thing I was going to get some magnets and lettering on the magnet, the company name and everything and same old Rude man which I asked if if it was a possible thing to do the stickering or labelling later and his response to me was do you think are you the only customer we have people ahead of you and I only had a question so if there was an option for me to put zero stars, I would do that unfortunately I have to give him one star

Channie Odams: I am launching a new nonprofit organization, so I went here yesterday requesting a pill and stick sign; after speaking with Jake on the phone. An older gentleman was very rude to me when I arrived. 1st he asked what are you sticking it to, I said a tent. He said no I can’t guarantee it will stick to a tent. Then I said ok I spoke with Jake about the Feather Flags. He then folded his arms and said those are very expensive and takes about 2 weeks. I said yes the guy I spoke to over phone informed me of the cost. What do you need so we can go over some designs? He said designs for what I would not be able to say for sure the sign will stick to your tent without seeing it. I said we already established that, but now we’re talking about the flags and I’m going to need a banner. He said well you don’t know if a banner will be able to hook on to your tent, that’s something you’ll have to know. I told him yes I have checked that and I know the banner would tie on to the tent. This was when I realized this guy just didn’t want to service me, because everything I asked about he had a reason he wouldn’t be able to do it; so I left. I’ve never been treated so poorly and it was hurtful. I went somewhere else and my signs look great.

Wild Bins: Instead of a review I am going to write a direct message to anyone looking for signage. If you are looking for any type of signage this is the only company that you should use. Not to knock anyone else's business but from my experience you will be taking a big chance with anyone else. I have had over 50 signs installed for various businesses. I made a mistake once listening to a partner of mine and getting signs done for cheaper. It was a huge loss and regret. They looked nice from the outside but didn't last 3 months before leds or God knows what started failing. Poor installation, etc. If you are looking for the cheapest sign and install, ProSigns, is not the place for you. ProSigns uses only the best tools, materials and fabrication process. Come visit the store at night and compare my sign with every other sign in the plaza. You will notice that all of the other signs have gray areas in the channel letters or letters completely out etc. Pro Signs takes so much pride in their business. They have installed signs for me and my family all over the Midwest. Thank you, ProSigns!!
