Kurt Brandemihl: This place has gone down hill... Have been coming regularly for years and they are now always are out of pretzels. I asked the 16yr old once why this is and she said her manager says to only put three pretzels on at a time. So if you happen to walk up right behind someone who orders them than welp no pretzels. 😂 That's all you sell are pretzels...if you want to make money you got to have them to sell.

Toya Jackson: No line and the service was still poor. Drinks given with lids not fastened and no offerings for sauce were made. 3 people standing around looking at cell phones. Will not go back.

Pvt. lunchbox: Love this place. Every time I come to the mall I have to grab a pizza pretzel! So delicious! The lines aren’t ever long because they move pretty fast. I was third in line and was out within 3 minutes. I also enjoy the cheese dip you can purchase or get if you buy a combo. Would definitely return again next time!

A Bob: A friend of mine told me about this shop, he said they sell Halal Pretzels, I stopped there to get pretzels for my kids. The lady behind the counter lied and told me the mini hotdogs pretzels are Halal (and I know it’s not) because I know where they bring it from. 😄Liers 😂

I asked for a small pop and in a snotty attitude was told they didn’t have small cups so I just ordered a medium. Then, the guy working the register who rang everything up, was talking very quiet and I couldn’t hear him. After saying “I’m sorry” so many times, he gave me an attitude and I still couldn’t understand what he was saying. I walked out eventually after i waited 10 mins due to them not having pretzels, with an older lady and a kid. She also was very upset and said she will not be returning.

Haile Haile: Enjoying the day at Partridge Creek, so we stopped in for cinnamon pretzel bites. As always, the pretzel bites are delicious. I wanted to try the peach lemonade frost they were promoting, but they were all out of it.So, I tried the strawberry frozen lemonade which was good and refreshing.

There are a lot of pretzel places. They should appreciate the return customers and honor the rewards. Terrible customer service. They told me to complain to corporate. So I went online filled out everything on the form and it won’t send. Very frustrating Please get your app fixed. I heard many customers are upset over the app not working
