Shannon McRae: They issued a felony non support warrant for my ex 2 years ago, and have done nothing since. Only thing that's changed is he owes way more money and is considered a fugitive in another state as well. Sad thing was, that other state had him in custody for 70 days and could've held him for another 30.

Lawrence S.: I have been trying to get someone to help me in this office for almost a year now. I have 625 permit on my license from 20 years ago. Prosecutor was suppose to remove this when I was sentenced for the crime. Now 20 years later, I'm trying to get this removed but no one here will answer the phone or an email. So now I can't provide for myself because I can't get the Driver's license that I have paid all the fines and cost to get back. This would take literally 5 minutes to do, but no one cares in this office

So I'm left to believe that the county prosecutors office is as corrupt as the city prosecutors in the state. I don't understand who a city prosecutor can deny prosecution of a person because there is civil action pending. The fact that someone steals well over a 100K and doesn't get charged with a felony is unbelievable.

Randy Mcilveene: Typical tyrants. 2nd amendment says shall not infringe. The definition of infringement is to limit or undermine something. Meaning gun laws on face value are unconstitutional to begin with. Marbury v madison says any law in conflict with the constitution are null and void. The 2nd amendment was put in place to prevent tyranical government overreach. That is exactly what this prosecutor is trying to do. This clown says hes for the 2nd amendment if done legally. Fun fact historically speaking all guns are legal and all gun laws are illegal and i will put this to the test and file massive lawsuits to make sure the citizen maintain their rights and tyrancial government officals do not violate the rights if the people they work for. These are tyrants and nothing more and tyrany is treasonous. Im open to debate this at anytime and i have over 100 caselaws backing me on it. All you have is 100 tyrants willing to violate and harm someone for exercising their "RIGHTS" we will be conducting 1st and 2nd amendment audits all year long now to prove a point.
First Last: Being a victim of Domestic Violence you'd the Prosector would be on your side. Instead the Prosecutor for your case lies, makes false promises as part of the plea deal, refuses to call or email back. It's disgusting that no one is held accountable to their mistakes, nor tries to correct or fix them, basically let's the criminal slide.. unbelievable!

Ella Regan: Many of the workers are so incompetent and they even lost my case number and had me restart everything, when I already had to call off school and work to go, when I didn’t even want to do a child support case to begin with (since I’m still with my son’s father). I also never can get through on the phone to anyone and when I do I keep getting transferred to yet another person who doesn’t know how to help me. Very disappointed and angry if I have to come back.

The last 5 times that I called trying to confirm the results no one said a word about not being able to say anything on the phone when I had to mention that I had called several other times that no one said anything the lady had just insisted in saying well how many paternity tests have you been waiting on. only on one they still wouldn't tell me if it was moving over to family court even after verifying my identity
catlover: They sent us subpoenas on Saturday to show up on Monday so my wife and I went and sat around in the courtroom for 3 hours nobody ever said anything to us to help us I had to ask for information then the next day we got notice in the mail telling us we didn't have to show up so we got the usual 15$ for wasted time and energy. I called earlier on Monday to ask if we needed to go and no one ever returned my call.But we are grateful for the legal help.

Part of the reason Oakland County is one of the richest counties in the country. OAKLAND COUNTY is the cancer of our beautiful state.
Nicole L: I am a victim and was instructed to go to the prosecutors office for assistance. Not the lady at the front desk, but the African American woman who stepped out, really should not be in public service. On top of living a nightmare in consideration of everything I am going through, it's like she almost enjoyed seeing me suffer and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was appalled at her lack of customer service skills and willingness to even guide me to the right direction. I asked to just have her first name so I could keep a record of who I spoke and she flipped out on me and refused. Her lack of assistance left me with essentially no recourse and now it appears there will be no justice.

Carl B: This office along with the Courthouse are the biggest liars and very rude and Disrespectful and Racist I recently Lost a job due to false Information that I allegedly was convicted of Assault in 2000 and 2005 which never happened. I sent them a email about this and I got a nasty letter back in the mail from them .no apologies nothing. They don't care what lies they put out.
Ellie: If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unhelpful office I've ever dealt with. I call them at least once a week, and get an answering machine. Not once have I ever received a call back. My child support case has been at a standstill for over a year. I get more help/information from the state that my ex lives in rather than my home state. Ridiculous and frustrating.
