Andrea Maser: Excelente comida auténtica puertorriqueña. Buenísimos precios y amables.Excelent authentic Puerto Rican food. Great prices and wonderful service.
Liddy Mon: I travel around the states to try PR food. Sorry to say I didn't like the food Saborico. I asked for mofongo with biftec(steak). The steak was hard and chewy. The mofongo was salty. I bought pasteles and I didn't like them at all. Best of luck to you guys.

Sara Steinbrink: This place was great. Its kind of tucked away, but worth the drive. I have been looking for an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant for a while and glad I could finally find one. The hours that you see here could change though not sure how often that happens. I had tried to make arrangements to come here a few times with my friends before finally being able to stop in on a Tuesday night. The downside? Parking & parking lot is overall not good, needs to be maintained and or paved. But food? Excellent 🏼💯

Julio De Jesus: This place fell off over the last few years. Asty time has better food and cheaper. This place doesn't give enough meat. They serve you kids portions for almost $20 meal. Asty time was closed on Monday so I decided to come here instead and it was a huge mistake. I rarely leave reviews, but Rincon Tropical is doing its customers a disservice. They suck!

Cat “Wildflower” Veg-Vir: Food was Fantastic, Delicious; a little piece of PR 🇵🇷around Detroit.
Denise Mayra Cornejo: They need to step it up. My daughter and I ordered tostones and carne frita the tostones were burned, it's sad because this is one of the few carribean food restaurants here in Detroit and if the customer that comes for the first time to enjoy a "Puertorican" meal will be very disappointed. First of all its not authentic Puerto Rican food, and it seems like they don't take pride in cooking my food to really give people a taste of my ISLAND'S delicious food!!!

I had the fried pork chops, white rice and beans and they found some ripe plantain for us to share too! Food took a little while but it was all freshly made so definitely worth the wait.Vegetarian options: The server and kitchen was kind enough to accommodate a vegetarian in our party by removing the pork from a mofongo order.
