Lydean Garmo: The staff was friendly and the food was only average/decent, but definitely not worth their prices. Especially since they’re not actual plates; just skewers. The service there was extremely slow. We thought we'd be there for 2 hours tops. We were there for 4 hours! On top of that, they overcharged us, but good thing we caught it before it was too late. I could not believe how slow the service was. It took 15 minutes just for our waiter to greet us and take our drink orders only; not even our food yet. It was ridiculous how long we had to wait for everything. It was only my boyfriend and I so you'd think the service would've been faster. The restaurant was also not very busy that day. So I don’t know why the service was extremely slow.

Jon J. Sherman (JSherm): Let's start with the location. If you haven't been here before plan to go a little early to find parking in the structure. It's free but free also means limited.Food:We planned for Al la carte but opted for dinner for two. The first part of our meal was drinks. Whiskey Business and Jack Berry Smash both were strong drinks if you prefer a whiskey cocktail.Next, the cheese fondue which was good I preferred mine with bacon and the other was a vegan cheese that tasted like it had a little spice to it. We had salads: California mix and bacon spinach. Both were very good and the vinaigrette on the California salad was amazing.I picked the steak lovers for the entree and the grill top. It's something about grilling that reminds me of the summer. They offered a seasoning called garlic and wine. It was good and I added it to everything.We did dessert which I picked the Flaming Turtle. It was very delicious. Overall it was a great experience. Check out the photos.

M CT: First we had reservations on Valentine’s Day for two, we called to include our daughter and they told us no and just canceled the whole reservation. Like what?!?!?!Place is like a maze, got lost looking for a bathroom as I couldn’t find anyone to ask until I stumbled on to the bar where maybe 8 servers were chatting it up. Now I know why our drinks took soooo long. Our cheese arrived long before drinks.But today was our 1st time and Waitress did her speech, asked if we understood, it didn’t make sense. So she just repeated word for word again which cleared nothing up. Four of us & nothing was customizable, We all had to “agree” on food and style of cooking (fyi boiling steak isn’t appealing but you have to all agree & possibly change your entree). Cheese fondue (carrots and apples is weird) and Charcuterie board needed better items for dipping. Steak; no one liked the teriyaki which was fatty and stringy and that was the majority of all our plates. Sauce selections weren’t explained, one tray of sauces for 4 people and they didn’t make sense for steak (something that tasted like cocktail sauce, one tasted like mustard and a few others but don’t know what they were). Steak came soaked in oil also with HUGE pieces of mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli which we cut up and they just didn’t cook at all plus the cooking surface didn’t allow the four of us to cook our steak and these vegis too. Just seemed like bad choices & Would like small bowls of choices like mashed potatoes, Mac/cheese etc. The dessert fondue was nice. All in all, it was just ok and we ALL left still hungry and slightly annoyed to spend $280 and talking about ordering pizza. We will pass on this place and go to black rock if we are cooking our own food.

Amy Chalice: The Melting Pot was always somewhere I have wanted to try, but never had a good reason to justify spending that much money. Tonight, I went to celebrate a good friend's birthday and I have to say EVERY dollar spent was worth it!! The food was absolutely amazing and our server JJ was one of the best servers I have ever had!! We had soo many questions and requests and she happily took care of us all with a smile on her face! She really went above and beyond and we appreciate her so very much! 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
