Brett Kulick: They called on the day of pour and told me I have 24 minutes to get all the concrete out of the truck or I’ll pay them extra 200 $ a hour as industry standards this place is a joke!

We as contractors need to understand what they also go thru on a daily basis.They have very good material and I enjoy doing business with them. I will take honesty over a cheaper price any day. Lyns A: The guys in the office are rude. Rude. Period.If you want to charge more then you should be prepared to say WHY your product is worth more. But we gave them a chance.They seem to forget that owners may pay and the contractors do the ordering. When we asked why there was a 55$ fee they told is they could turn their truck around and take it back.That's how you treat people?They didn't get our money on principle. Pompous and self righteous doesn carry far with me.You can't speak to people that way, no matter how busy you are. I've worked with customers for almost twenty years and if my staff behaved like this they wouldn't have a job.You can order concrete from a lot of other places and save yourself the drama.
P. Dyers: The nastiest guys in town. They talk to you like you are a slave and they are doing you a favor by bringing you concrete, although you are the client. They are more expensive than the competition and they don't show up on time either. So nasty+expensive+late= NO NO.

Carol Lukity: Lombardo uses this contractor and several of us in the sub have flaking, pitting, peeling driveways, sidewalks, aprons, etc. They claim this is due to not following guidelines, although several of us have sealed our drives and followed the builder protocol. Have been told by 3 concrete companies, this is due to cement not being poured quickly enough or too much water in the mix. BEWARE if you use this company.

Ron Brown: Truck traveling m 59 east blowing stuff all over my wifes 2020 jeep. I called in and only thing the person on phone wanted to do was argue. Said no truck was on m 59 my wife has pic of truck with time and date. Person answering phone was not perfessional at all. These trucks running up and down the roads spueing concrete and water from the them need to be held accountable or their damages. And most of all they need to hire better people inside to answer their phones.
