No detention paid. It has been over 90 days since I left, and any attempt to reach Tony about my escrow has been ignored.

Paul Hauck: A truck from Ray's transport made a delivery to my business in January 2022. The driver drove into a large grassy area and really tore up the lawn. The safety department said they would "take care of it" when I had it repaired by a local landscape company. Spring has come and the repairs were made. I sent Ray's the quote prior to the work, and the invoice for the work that was completed. No response and no one answers the phone when I call the office or the cell.

Femi Emini: It was a great place to be an owner operator until they got greedy and charge you 30%. Ohh and get ready they rob you on your escrow. When we were notified about the rate increase I was told it’s going to last 6 months. When the 6 months was up they still maintained the increased and I handed in my resignation. So guess what happened I got fined for quitting with out a 2 week notice. I gave 6 months notice!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. And forget about the equipment deposits. Didn’t even get that back … and when I asked for my last invoice… no one responded… so go to work there at your risk !!!

Matthew West: I’m a current owner operator at Rays transport. I’ve been with the company for 1 year. Between the dispatchers, safety, shop and even the owner talk to you and treat you like family. Your not a truck number. The pay is the best I’ve ever seen with a company, dispatchers make sure to get you every dime possible. Safety is there day in and night ready to take your phone call if you ever have a issue with your truck or trailer and help walk you through the repair so you don’t have to pay a costly repair. The equipment is all in very good condition, also the owner is always adding newer and better equipment. If your thinking of making the move to Rays transport as owner operator or company driver or **maybe a inside position. I highly recommend it! Also because your a owner operator doesn’t mean your alone. All you need to do is ask for help and they are there to give it.

Mahmoud Shalbi: I wish I could give this company no stars at all.They’re not even worth one star. I’m a 100% sure all of the good reviews are coming from the owners and employees not drivers or owner operators. First, They took over $2500 as a escrow and deposit on equipment and I did return everything back. They end up sending me a check for $230. Second, I did an inspection and I passed it. Sent the inspection report on the spot and never got rewarded $250 they charged me $1000 instead (saying that I did not send the inspection report on the same day). I did send them a proof (picture) that shows the date and time of the inspection was sent to Dawn. She lied and said I never called or informed her of that inspection. Third, I worked with them for only a month and a half and I ended up driving back home empty for at least 4 times (about 650 miles each time). They claimed that I’ll be making easy $6000 a week but never reach $3000 gross (Working all week long). Last but not least, this company will never give you a good load until they cover their own trucks with the good ones and then they will send you a crackhead load so take it or stay where you at. Worst company on earth. I’ll definitely be contacting my lawyer to take care of this. These people need to be stopped from stealing others.
