Rebecca Sanchez: 3 stars because of the most mismanaged front office. They do have some of the most amazing doctors. But totally HORRIBLE front office and scheduling department. If you can get by the front circus act and possibly make it to the doctor your good.
John Vollmayer: Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)
