CLAUDIA: They are the rudest people. Who ever the creature is that is answering the phones obviously hates her job. Those people don't care about there patients and all they want is to take your family's money. If you get a referral for a doctor why do you have to schedule an appointment with another doctor first then see the doctor your supposed to see??? I could not believe how rude the creature was that answered the phone. She had NO compassion and every time I tried to talk she kept cutting me off. Besides all that they do have other issues people beware!
kelly Smith: Bringing pain down from a 7 to 6, and calling it a win, is not a win. Having a 5 minute video call as a followup appointment, and charging the same as a 15 min in person, is a scam. Dr. Baron, YOU'RE FIRED!!

Kim Chang: horrible office! very unprofessional! been trying to set up an appointment with this doctor for over 2 weeks!! they want medical records before setting up an appointment!! which was already been sent!! then the lady that set up the appointment was very rude! she asked why we were being seen, when i told her about the pains, she said we need to see someone else. how do you know!! our primary physician referred us to them for a reason!! then she claimed she didn't get any medical records, how would you know, you never even asked for our names!!!! go somewhere else!!
Angellina Cornell: Dr. Shironda Stewart is an absolute awful doctor!... I have been diagnosed with lupus at 27 years old.. I have 4 children and a full time job.. I brought my FMLA papers to be filled out so I could make it to my doctors appointments and not be reprimanded at work, Also paid for them to fill out the papers... They called me after a week of having the papers telling me that Dr. Stewart was refusing to fill out the papers due to us not having a treatment plan!! How do you expect someone to be able to come to the doctors to get a treatment plan when they are getting written up at work for missing days!! HENCE WHAT THE FMLA IS FOR!!!! So since she refused to fill out my papers and now I have been written up at work for my absences due to missing to go to the doctors appointments she had me schedule for her, for my eyes, for pain management I am on the verge of losing my job..Doctors need to realize NOT ALL PATIENTS are there for drugs, Or to have an excuse to be on disability, And I understand this is the society we will in with everything going on, But some people actually want to feel better and work their full time jobs and take care of their kids... So people who are not drug addicts and are not looking to be on disability just have to suffer because of it?I have been unable to even locate a new rhumatologist, All of them have bad reviews.. I guess I will just live with my lupus and be untreated and let it go as long as I possibly can for my children.Such a shame the world we live in when doctors can't help their patients.
Shirley Merrow: Im very disappointed I've been waiting for almost a month to contact Me for pain management and no one from that office had a clue about what I was talking about. As for the doctor she wasn't very tentative. I felt she wasn't doing all she could to help me. Also didnt follow up with me.

Jenna Tocco: Do not recommend at all! I didn't have a health insurance at the time I made an appointment, so I was concerned about the costs of the first visit with rheumatologist Surayya Soares. At the front desk I was told the visit would cost $80 - $100. Made an appointment, came, saw the doctor, paid cash $102 and after two weeks got a bill for additional $60. Called place couple times to figure out why it is more than what they told me. Couldn't get a hold of the manager. Every time I called they kept telling me she was on the other line and that she would call me back and never did! Their explanation was redicilous!!! They told me they can't estimate the costs of the visit, but they didn't tell me that before making appointment. My visit was first basic consultation. Very unprofessional! I am not impressed with the doctor either!
Leslie Gantner: A good doctor and a good person. Dr. Surraya runs the right tests, asks the right questions and takes my input seriously. It is obvious that she enjoys her job and is sincerely concerned about the quality of life of her patients. I recommend Dr. Soares.

Dr. Karen Keffer: I love Dr. Nercessian. He listens to what I have to say. He takes his time and never seems rushed.The office staff is pleasant and professional.They are always concerned about not only my issues that are related to the visit, but also my overall well being. I also appreciate that I can get my blood drawn in the office.
Mary Smith: This doctor told me he could not help me because I had to go get a bone biopsy and had to see an infectious disease doctor. I went to another doctor who ran a simple blood test and found out I have an autoimmune disease, not an infection. He did not listen to anything I had to say about my condition or experience and did not help at all. This visit was a complete was of time and money. In addition, this office is vastly behind on the times technologically. I brought in my imaging results on a disc and was told they did not have the ability to look at them. I paid my outstanding balance with my HSA and later had to call and give them all the verification number of the payment because they didn't have a record of it. My chart shows that I was a "no show" for the appointment because they don't "use that system" and can't change it. This office/practice is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.
Addie Gearardo: I have came to Dr.Nercessian for over 9 years. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Crohns disease. I am able to get my i.v infusions at the office see the Dr on the same day. He is a very good dr, he cares about his patients and always has a pleasant disposition and answers my questions. I have gotten my i.v infusions from Jenny the nurse here and she is such a caring kind person! I dont feel like I am at a dr office I feel like they are part of my extended family now! Jade the medical assistant is very professional and kind as well.
Olivya Salem: He deserves 0 stars. He told me I have RA, then all the sudden he "never diagnosed" me with RA. I have had multiple doctors see me, take x-rays and tell me that arthritis is present, but Berj Necessian denies it. Why would I be sent to a Rheumatologist for absolutely no reason? Absolutely disgusted by this so called "Doctor", he doesn't care what you have to say either.DO NOT go to this office, find yourself a doctor that cares about you, what you have to say and finds a solution.
DAFT 7877: Horrible bedside manner. Didn't care ,nor want to help me in anyway. He exam was a joke, he literally made me feel like he didn't care whatsoever.... Just wanted to refer me to a pain clinic. Didn't want to try and figure out what is wrong with me..... No tests no nothing.... I was referred to a specialist in rheumatology from my PCP. I work for a Beaumont Doctor.. I know what should and shouldn't be done for patient care. I would definitely NOT recommend this Office........ I will be contacting my insurance company to make a complaint!!!!!
Chet Lewis: After my second visit, I decided to stop going there. As a patient, my concerns were not taken seriously. My second appointment felt like a repeat of the first. It was as if I had never been there before. I was the first appointment of the day and arrived early. I still had to wait for the doctor to finish his coffee before he walked in the room 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I tried to convey concerns with side-effects of the previously prescribed meds and he thought it was a joke...even started sharing it with the rest of the staff as if it was entertaining. I just don't feel like they were concerned about me as a patient - just another person to bill insurance off of.
Elizabeth Ruelle: Dr. Nercessian is very smart and great at his specialty. He is the one who diagnosed me and has a great knowledge of autoimmune issues.
Mishelle Walker: Saw this doctor over 15 years ago and he was rude as idk what. Unprofessional and could have cared less. I left in tears. Ridiculous to be a doctor and treat people so poorly. Don't waste your time!
Jessica Stewart: I chose this doctor because everywhere else had a longer waiting time or didn’t accept my insurance. Whomever I called to scheduled the appt with said she would call my doctors office for the referral. The day before my appt I get a phone call saying that my doctors office never submitted the referral and it was on me to do it. Whatever got that taken care of and went to my appt. The doctor was rude and dismissive of why I was even sent there. He ordered a test at a hospital to get done. I planned on going then canceling my follow appt. to find a new doctor. Got a phone call from the doctors office (the day before hospital appointment) while at work that my insurance denied the test after getting a phone call from the hospital that they never submitted anything to my insurance from the hospital. I called my insurance and they also confirmed that they didn’t send anything over. Don’t waste your time there even though you may get in quicker!
kenneth byrd: I have to really wonder how my experience with the Dr. Nercessian could be at the opposite end of the rating. He was right on with his diagnosis and treatment for my problem.
Paulette Wilson: Office staff were polite, but doctor was very rude and condescending. Did not address any concerns or explain test results. Office visit was a total waste of my time, please go elsewhere and don't waste your time!

Brian Derderian: Dr. Hussain is a wonderful doctor that has been very helpful. I have received excellent care from her and her staff.
Curt Hall: These people took 14 days to do a preauthorization, which isn’t right. Sofia is a great dr the staff and there setup is horrible. You call and it goes through Henry ford call center. Then you get dispatched to the place than they don’t answer. It gets better of course you goto a recording and it says they will contact you back in 24-72 hrs. This is a rheumatologist place there are people with severe complications that can’t get ahold of there dr. These people never call you back on top of it, Also trying to make appointment is 2 to 3 months out. This is that doing a good service for your patient.
A: I wish I could give negative starts. The staff at this office defines RUDE and unprofessional! I’ve asked several times, in writing, not to call me. Message me through my chart. They called again and got me FIRED from my job! They don’t care about anything but ripping off insurance. Dr. Hussein was ok, but just ok. Never going back to Henry Ford again! I would rather cash pay a bill I can’t afford than go to Henry Ford again!

Tonya Hervonen: I saw this Dr after my rhuematologist retired. I had been being treated for anylosing spondylitis and fobromyalgia for 2 years by Dr Manveen Solujia with some success.This man discarded my diagnoses because he didnt see enough structural damage or fusion in my xrays, just some spirs forming. He even told me that the ease in syptoms i felt from the medications i had taken were just a placebo effect. I brought my records from my old dr and he didnt even look at them. He gave me a b12 injection to address my fatigue and told me to take CoQ10. None of which helpled.I was so thrown off by the expereince that it has taken months to work up the courage to start looking for someone else to help me.
