Andrea Browne: Worst employess/management ever. I don't even live in the Warren area, I live in South Lyon. On my way to Ford Field, picked up a friend over here. Wanted to try the New Melts burgers they've been advertising.1st drive-thru visit i order a Classic Melts combo, get a Spicy one instead, damn near vomited because I cannot eat spicy foods. Go back to tell them their mistake & get the classic this time. I get the Classic but the bread hasn't touched the grill. They are lucky im on a schedule and can't go back.

Marty Jean: Revived an empty croissant on a to go order, 6am 2/27/23.Had to return, fortunately was delivering next door.This is the part that earns the lowest rating:The manager(?) said, "I didn't hand that sandwich to you."While this is technically true, this ignores a fundamental concept of management and responsibility.I did receive a refund. If you can't be trusted to put content on a bun, I do not trust you to maintain a food safe environment, especially when the manager tries to shift blame.I'm not even sure he was the manager, he had to have the cashier give him her card to fix an earlier mistake that he made (charging me for an item I hadn't ordered) and he wasn't wearing any company clothing. Just an older short white man with a beard.This is my first and last time at this location, and the second burger king that caused me to cease going there in the last few months, and I barely go to restaurants anymore (mostly because of things like this.)If you're still reading this, I recommend learning to cook at home. I got called in early to deliver next door so I had skipped breakfast.

Sydney Peck: Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and ended up leaving. They took 3 cars orders who came in after me without even coming on the speaker. We drove up to the window and asked if they forgot about the second speaker. They replied only one person is working the speaker and they are going back and forth, which was not true at all. No one was in the line we pulled up to… I replied and said we waited for 10 minutes and 3 cars who came in after us were taken care of before us and she replied with “sorry, have a good night”. Terrible customer service, terrible experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Also your wheelchair accessibility is trash.

Juan Easter: Ordered a whopper from drive thru. Had to call and speak with the store manager. The guy at the window was great. They had it to me in 30 seconds, but none of this means a thing if the food isn't good. Well this food was amazing. I've eaten my fair share of whoppers and even more burgers in general. I mean how do you even make a Whopper better then the next guy? I don't know but this person did it. Seriously best whopper I've had ever and the best burger sadly I've had at least in the last 365 days. I dunno man give em a try could have been a fluke but what ever it was I was glad I got it.

Yukki Chan: DO NOT EAT HERE. you WILL get FOOD POISONING. me and my s/o went here wednesday night 3/15/23 late at night, 1am, since everything else was closed and they were 24 hours. the food we got was mostly old or tasted weird, but we ate it bc we were hungry ofc, and the burgers were not that bad (i got an impossible whopper and they got a jr whopper). the chicken fries (reg and spicy) and the regular fries were old/cooked in old oil, the spicy ones being the oldest. the next day we both felt the same sickness come over us, couldn’t stop going to the bathroom, stomach pains, dehydration from all the bathroom using and not able to eat anything else or definitely nothing heavy, the definite signs of food poisoning. im still getting slight stomach pains from eating their food and it is now friday 3/17/23. my s/o is still pretty sick, but thugging it out and doing a bit better. we will not be going to any more burger kings and i should’ve read the reviews before going here. if you do choose to go, beware unless you have an iron stomach—which i am one of those people, but here i am still sick. so i suggest entirely avoiding this location.
