Kline's RV Center: what do users think?
David Garcia: Straight forward process. No trying to force a sale and impose brining a manager to the discussions. Thanks to Tacey that made everything really easy.
Dorian: Great people. Thanks for a smooth delivery experience
Rosalie Gariepy: Thank you to Klines and Tacey, we love our trailer. Every question was answered and they take their time showing you how everything works. Looking forward to our first camping trip.
Matt Nissen: Just had are new trailer delivered today, and the experience has been nothing but positive, Eddie our sales man was nice listened and put no pressure on us, and Randy who gave us our orientation and delivered our camper was very informative, and nice, and as was everyone else from the financial Manger to the sales associate in parts.Over a very relaxed and pleasant experience and would highly recommend to anyone to go check them out got good prices and a good selection to look at.
Doggie Scoops: We like kline's RVThank you
Peter Keliher: Always helpful with really good information. They offer a lot of suggestions in the parts department.
margaret smith: Great place to buy an rv, trailer, and more, or just browse. You will learn a lot from friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service on vehicles very good. Family owned 4 generations (I think)
Expert Solutions: Klines rv was very professional and made me feel at home. Highly recommend talking to Tacy as she is very knowledgeable and kind. Once I'm ready to upgrade to a fifth wheel I will definitely be choosing KLINES RV
nicholas bagdes: Went in there about 6 months ago for some suspension parts for my cargo trailer. They were very helpful and reasonably priced.
Johnny Vandermeir: Great people that work there.
Mike Passmore: Tacey and the entire staff at Klines RV were amazing In the purchase of our new RV. They truly made the experience of a large ticket item feel very white gloves experience. We felt truly valued for choosing them as our new family weekend/vacation provider. Thanks for all they did.
Tammy Hilla: It was easy to work with Eddie. He made us feel like family and answered all questions professionally.
Mike Megroet: My purchase experience of my first ever RV camper was great.A lot of information to digest being a first time RV buyer but my sales person ,Ed Downie Jr. and other staff were able to answer most all of my RV questions in regards to my particular camper purchase and that made the RV buying experience a whole bunch easier and understandable, Thank You so much to you and all staff at Klines.
Maryann Hilton: Had the best experience. Staff were all so friendly and Tacey Wiber. Well I can't say enough about how helpful she was answering all our questions. I'd recommend Kline's RV center to anyone looking for a trailer or just get items for your trailer. Thank you Tacey for all your help.
Paula Kennedy: Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people . Bought my beautiful travel trailer here.
Bruce Williams: Was just looking, staff very helpful with no pressure. Now to bring my wife.
Heather Williams: Kline’s was fantastic from start to finish! We are loving our RV and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that is not pushy in their sales. Everyone was great and even took the time to walk us through how everything works on it!
Ben Lagman: Nice and friendly family owned business. Made the experience simple and quick. Go see Eddie. He will take care of you.
Jenna Bayes: We met Tacy at the rv show this last month. She wasn’t pushy at all and really cared about what we were looking for and what to watch out for when looking at a camper. Needless to say we purchased through Klines because it was family owned and the honesty and transparency they had. Jeff was amazing in getting me financed. He went over so many details of my loan and ways to save money overall.Shawn went over the entire camper with us for over an hour. He even corrected some things for me. Gary made sure we had everything to get started. We appreciate all the support from klines as first time buyers.
Danielle Roland: Would give them 10 stars if I could! They are fantastic! Family owned and they really treat you like family! We upgraded from tent camping to an RV and they spent 3 hrs to properly go through everything with us to show it it all works and what to do, how to do hookups, etc. on the travel trailer. They answered all our questions, got us everything we needed to hookup and go on our first trip! Randy in service was so knowledgeable and Gary in the parts/store was great! Jeff handled all the financials and Tacey was our sales rep - really the whole team was amazing! Best experience ever at a dealership and would recommend them 100% to anyone getting a camper or needing service on one!
gary bibbee: Very cistomer oriented. Went in with 30 minutes left to close and the sales associate stayed 30 minutes late to show me what I was looking for.

Eastside RV: what do users think?
Barry Cagle: I've never been to a store that talked me out of spending money to help me fix an issue. This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be buying all my trailer needs from this place from now on.
Ariana Cagle: Very nice people. Honest and won't sell you something you don't need. We will definitely be back.
Beverly Gibson: I found Kim and his business to be delightful! Not only personable and pleasant but extremely knowledgeable and helpful to a new RVer!! He DIDN'T try to upsell me on anything or sell me ANYTHING I didn't absolutely need! As a matter of fact he "downsold" and let me know what I DIDN'T need! A+ I've found other LONG TIME area businesses who've given Kim KUDOS as an expert in his field, well respected for decades! BIG BLESSINGS TO ALL!
Natalie Chambers: I've been coming here for years! Most knowledgeable team! Always had time to answer my questions-Would highly recommend!!
Jon Parker: Creepy place.
Spencer Strucienski: Totally unprofessional to display your political beliefs on the digital sign. The management needs to grow up and worry about serving customers and not your political agenda.
Gerid Adams (Wired4Sound): I wouldn't be supporting a business owner that can't seem face reality. Even in the face of evidence years later, is still unable to discern reality from fantasy. Can't imagine letting them handle/repair expensive machinery.
Rimon Ram: This place is absolute trash
Gypsy: Fill your propane tanks here!
l r: I come here about every two weeks to get my propane tanks filled. I have found the employees to be helpful and gracious. I've been coming here for a year and a half, and I'm well aware of the information posted on his sign. Which to me is Free speech, and very truthful. Some things are inexpensive other things are expensive. It's just a simple cost of doing business. I will continue to bring my Fiat money to this establishment. Because they've been kind to me and I've helped me learn things. I would suggest anyone looking for camping, trailers or heaters and propane to visit this establishment. They are very well informed at what they do.
Leslie Robinson: Easy access to dump. Helpful staff. Safe lot.
MIke Bunch: Broke down in the woods with our camper called and the lady was very rude unfriendly and quite the blank
Tony Callan: I agree with Victoria St. Rose. Posting political views is your choice, but is really a bad business decision. The “novel” to the reposne to Victoria’s complaint is so Republican. Gaslighting to the extreme.
Victoria St. Rose: I've called this place twice and both times the different representatives were rude. They post political views on their marquee sign which is super unprofessional too. You can tell this place is ran by someone super unprofessional and it trickles down to everyone else who works there smh
Passing Polly: great dump station facilities, fresh water fill up and propane! Thanks Amanda!
Modern Goddess Mary Faith: 🍿 💁🏻‍♀️👀
M B: No customer service! FIND ANOTHER RV PLACE THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE!!
Maurice Ross: Kim best crack chicken.... that's me lol
Tammy Bitterman: In our opinion, we experienced nickle and dime-you policies, condescending attitude on phone and in person, as well as forced exposure to owners political beliefs. Perhaps our experiences took place on an off day.
Amanda: I've been coming here for years to get my propane tanks filled and to purchase camping supplies for my new camper. Kim is extremely knowledgable and took his time with us to answer our questions. Best prices in town and exceptional service!!
Nate Edmiston: Great people and amazing customer service always willing to help!

General RV Center: what do users think?
Joseph Chauvin: General rv Mt. Clemens is by far one of the worst locations to go to. Customer service is always awful, their communication is just as bad. Yeah they’ll try and sell you a camper at a reasonable cost but after that have fun trying to get good quality work done on your camper. If there was a half of star i definitely would have put that.
Jako van Blerk: Salesman (Billy) was great. Customer service was great. Great experience all around. Thanks!
Rowdy Won: Products are VERY expensive.
Keith Bush: The entire staff has been great
Chris Johnson: They dropped and damaged our RV before delivery and didn't tell us until we arrived to take delivery. They did nothing to compensate for the damage except rudely say when asked if we can get some compensation due to the inconvenience of returning it to get fixed was, "we are fixing it for free, aren't we". Took over 6 months to get the parts then a month to repair it. They don't care about the customer once you leave the lot. Go elsewhere if you want customer service.
Kathy T: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Horrible customer experience that did NOT need to happen. ZERO STARS! They have lost my trust.I put a $2000 deposit on a used TT and then scheduled an outside inspection. I found out by the inspector (I hired) that the TT was already sold to someone else. The money didn't reserve it. They blamed me for not being serious because I requested a outside inspection. They told my "money" is more important than their customers. So unethical, poor business practices and shocking..no return call from corporate. Good luck to the new owners for whatever issues they are trying to hide. It was all so unnecessary and a waste of others time. Just be open and upfront with people..it's shady and deceptive. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!NOT interested in your email or excuses. It's Friday and I have been trying to contact someone since Monday. My complaint was submitted to Store manager MONDAY.. so discuss this with your team. You lost my business.UPDATE: Went to RV One in Rochester and I'm happy with my purchase, got a newer model and paid less.
Patricia Odette: If I could give them a minus star review I would. DO NOT buy from them. They are the worse in every area. They told me to pick up my RV, I get there and it has wrapped doors, broken shade, no stopper in sink. Doors would not open. Just in horrible condition. Then they deliver it to me as they said it was all done, then to find out new doors were ordered and not put in. I brought it in to DE winterized at BrownstownRV and they told me that the water tank was never drained at the Mt. Clemons location and it burst, SO now that is being fixed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION.
Judy Taylor: Beautiful new commercial. Hope to be a customer in the near future.
Michaelene George: Billy Grabowski was most helpful during my travel trailer buying experience. I found a listing on line and he walked me through the unit for a virtual tour and was easy and honest to work with during the entire transaction. Ask for him at General RV in Midland Michigan- it’s like having a relative in the business.
Casey Burg: We recently purchased our new travel trailer at General RV. Joe Oertel was our salesperson and we are SO happy with our purchase! Joe made the process super easy and stress-free and accomodated any concerns we had. He was always available to take our calls and checked in on us periodically throughout this process to make sure everything was going smooth. I have already recommended him to our family and friends that are looking to purchase a travel trailer/RV soon and would definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a new RV to go through Joe. Thank you General RV and thank you Joe for providing us with such a pleasant experience while purchasing our very first travel trailer! We love it and can't wait for summer!
Sam Daleo: Worst Service Ever. They make excuses for everything. They back their employees. It's like the Island of Miss Fit toys. And they expect you to except it with a smile. Sorry the excuse of "I have other customers"- Service writers favorite one. The so called Service Manager- "we are human and make mistakes" but yet they feel that is acceptable !!!I went above and beyond. I sent Forest River pictures, videos ect... before dropping off my unit. I included my Service writer on this. Walked my unit with the service writer while she put tape on everything there was an issue.Seal was bad on bedroom slide. Go to pick it up and they did the livingroom slide that had no issues.A simple cap for a faucet was broken. They had the part come in and they lost it. When I asked where it was the service writer says "I watched him install it" even though Forest River was not paying us for it. Then proceeded to say I don't understand why it keeps coming off. (Comical)If it came off again it would be right in the bathroom. Not gone !!!My unit was spotless when dropped off. I opened the door to inspect inside. Muddy feet prints all over. They can't even clean up after themselves.I guess if you don't care about your customers you should get out of the business.Anyone reading this should consider a new place to shop.If your looking to buy new shop some where that has good service reviews. If your just in need of service seriously look elsewhere.
Richard Makowiec: Casual readers visiting here, I'm not sure what's up with the couple low star reviews. We picked up our 5 year old diesel pusher from here today (bought it weeks ago). This place deserves 9 or 10 stars cause 5 is NOT enough. They surprised us with getting some recall work done. Surprised us with detailing and this 5 year old rig looks brand new. Joe in Service was an honest guy. Russ, the manager, was always there and never evaded us...he stops dead to talk when you see him and say, "excuse me"! The counter welcome staff were super polite. The delivery department lady (I forgot name and feel bad) she was super smiling and warm friendly kind of person:) Solomon in Finance was great and not pushy. We spent the most time with Joe in service explaining everything and wow, what a breath of good fresh Michigan air it was meeting this guy!I belong to a few fb camping groups. I just couldn't figure out why 9 of 10 bad rv dealer conversations revolved around CW and Lazy and hardly ever General RV. I understand why now. We didn't even try the other places because we were a little worried about the bad press. My wife and I are greatful we did business with General RV and no we did not get a discount, in store credit or a Visa gift card or anything from them to type a review like this...they simply earned it, fair & square:)My wife and I wish everyone well and thank you for reading this review:):):)
Tony Moussa: What a joke this place is. Especially the Hr department. I applied for a job thru Indeed and nothing. So I called an left a message with there Hr and still nothing but yet they constantly post that there hiring. When they need to rethink there Hr department officials and then they can probably get some good help.
maureen christian: General RV always comes through! Service writer Walt Zimmerman goes out of his way to make sure things are done right and communicates well with customers. We are always pleased with their service.
Shane Biehl: Horrible company! I wish I could give them ZERO stars! Once you purchase from them, good luck getting any questions answered! They just direct you to the next person or another general RV dealership. If you have issues with your RV be prepared to be without your RV for over a month! I we are looking to upgrade our RV to a Momentum, but not now! I can guarantee I will not be buying from General RV!
Dv Survivor: GREAT Costumer Service
Dennis Favret: Service is terrible rude service right up people
Jonathan Sacks: Salesman was friendly and helpful prepurchase as were employees at time of pickup albeit several times they asked for payment above that we agreed to prior to driving 6 hours to complete purchase. Ultimately they honored the quoted price. Trailer prep was most inadequate. One side of the sway/weight distribution hitch came uncoupled on second day of driving. Scary. Difficult to reach service to get help. Service mgr told me it was not installed correctly. I had to buy tools to fix myself at our campsite given we were stranded as General RV did not offer to address directly. A day later we experienced multiple system failures. Again, difficult to reach. The service person I finally reached told me he was unfamiliar with our Jayco unit and suggested I get a meter and test for continuity. It’s still broken days after. Our food and a critical med is trapped in the fridge, blocked by the inop slide. Seems the Jayco quality mantra and General RV promise to “Keep you camping” is not accurate. The list of defects that should have been addressed pre-purchase is now at 10 and counting. I’ll post again with update if/when they address.Jonathan SacksCEOPharmadva
Sarah Hanania: Got my rv winterized. Good service
Kenneth Drum: Recently bought a new Keystone Arcadia 3250 RL at the General RV location near Mt.Clemens, MI. Had been looking at other 5th wheel’s for quite some time and I finally decided that the length, layout and features of Arcadia were right for me. I had been previous enjoying my 5th wheel that I bought new 14 years ago so I am no nubby to the RV shopping game. Went to the General RV store and just by chance met Billy Grabowski, one of the sales agents there. Billy turned out to be the best salesman I’ve ever met; he is incredibly honest, respectful, and didn’t play any manipulation games, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful. Billy helped me negotiated what I know to be a very fair deal. Billy was always there for me any time I had questions or concerns. I would also like to thank Russ, Billy’s sales manager for his help with processing my deal in an honest and straightforward way. As with every new RV there are always minor glitches and Billy helped me take care of minor issues as he knew who to talk to in order to get the job done. Billy was and still is always available to answer or help me with any questions I may have about my new RV. Thank you Billy.
D Bowlesinc: Working with Christina Walmsley and Lori Pelath is awesome.. We feel they both are a great asset to General RV (Mount Clemens).. We are looking forward to many years of service..Thank you Ladies..

RV One Superstores Auburn Hills: what do users think?
Carrie Holland: Picked up our new Camper and today!!!Dan was great with help us getting everything put together! Mark and Alex were fantastic with getting our hitch set and going through the final walk thru! We are beyond thrilled with everyone involved in making this happen and will definitely be using RV one again. Thanks guys!
Joy Roy: Overall good experience. Keith worked with us to get in and out quickly. We purchased a cute little camper. During the walk through, we were told we had two new batteries. However, when we were ready to use the camper 3 months later, there was only one battery. Keith was quick to remedy. So far, we’re happy with our experience at RV One.
Robert Zauner: Bought a used Trailer from Dan at RV One. Dan made the process easy, felt no preasure to buy. All the guys in the service department, Mark, Joe, Brian and Dave did a great job prepping the Trailer. Alex gave us a through demo when we picked it up.
Kathy T: love my 2021 Keystone Cougar.
Bre Riblett: Save yourself the hassle and skip buying an RV from RV One in Auburn Hills. You’ll have nothing but a headache! I have been fighting to get our trailer back from the service department. Yesterday we were told that we can’t even pick it up to use it until the parts come in. How? It’s ours. We pay for it every month and can’t even use it. They’ve had it since our appointment in December…..
Louise Reza: DONT GO HERE…. They will not help you with ANY repair !!!! Was better when it was A and S …. All employees were either let go or left ……. Closed the dump station……Really. Stay away.
Theresa Flaherty: DAN STONE and crew are the best. Our experience from start to finish was great. Excellent customer service. Go see him today.
Tim E: Saw they had the camper my wife and I had been looking for at a good price. Reached out to Dan on Marketplace and we drove it home a week later. They even threw in a free cover! Thank you to Dan, Dave and Austin. Alex who showed us how to use everything was great as well.
Natalie Henderson: This company will not work on any RV that is over 10 years old. WHY? Seriously WHY? I have a 2000 Renegade that needs screens, shades, and windows that open in the ends of my slide. I got told we do not work on anything over 10 years old. My motor home is still on the road and is in VERY GOOD SHAPE. WOW won't even do upgrades to RVs. Hope this company does not last so we can get another business in there that wants to help & work with customers no matter how old their RV is. THIS IS JUST SAD.
Michael Barry: Bought trailer when it was still A&S. Took it back for warranty claim, service was horrible. Now that RV One has bought them out, unbelievably, the service has gotten worse.Notified them, while still under warranty, the refrigerator freezer was malfunctioning. Was told that I had to wait for over a month to bring it in. Finally brought it in, refrigerator was in fault, told Karen that so she could send a tech out to look at it. She said that they don't work like that, drop the trailer and we will get to it when we can. Understand, I had an appointment.2 months go by and surprise, surprise, they can't find anything wrong. They read me the tech's report and it says that they had it plugged in for 3 days and got the freezer temp to 22.9 degrees. I told them that this compressor type refrigerator should be at between 0 and 15 and only take 8 hours to get there.Contact service manager and the lies start.Without boring you with the minute details, email the general manager, nothing.Told to come get my trailer or they will charge me $48 a day storage. In my opinion, service department is incompetent and general manager is ok with it.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERP.S Charged me $189 for "warranty" work.
Jeff Royse: Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. Worst sale and service of my life. Dan Stone sold me a $50k trailer with a known water leak and damage but said nothing! Now going on 6 months for repair instead of just giving me a different unit. Needless to say I have retained an attorney. Inexcusable for a brand new trailer. Look at their repair job on my daughters bunk window in the pictures.Horrible customer service from the store manger, AUSTIN WESTOFF, Lane Risette, sales manger, Dan Stone, salesman, as well as Stephanie in the finance department. And surprisingly my wife’s identity was stolen days after buying our RV. Filed a police report and was told by the Macomb County Sheriff that the identity was most likely stolen at the RV Dealership. Thanks for everything you crooks. Next step is an attorney.
Julie Van Ameyde: Purchased a 2021 Rockwood Ultralite travel trailer from "Cowboy". They did not have the manual and sent me a pdf file after I asked repeatedly. The .pdf file is not for our camper and no one seems to be able to find one for us! We looked online with no luck and now we are struggling to winterize our camper because we need tools that were supposed to be in the camper but were not. No one returns calls. They have our money so clearly no one cares. If you are a new camper beware they will take advantage of you.
Trish Andrew, Heritage Real Estate: I honestly can't emphasize enough what an amazing experience we had with Dan at RV One. We initially didn't think we wanted to purchase from a dealership, but the benefits made us realize we would be foolish not to. Dan was an absolute delight - nothing was too much trouble, and he definitely went (way) above and beyond with his customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Alex was awesome - he walked us through inside and outside and explained everything about the RV. We loved that because we purchased it from a dealership, they checked the entire RV out head to toe, top to bottom with a 30 point checklist before we took ownership. Besides being an outstanding sales representative, Dan is also a really nice human being! We are so glad that we came across him and all of the nice, helpful people at RV One.
Gail McAskin: We sold them our Class A motorhome they took it but we still haven’t been paid for it yet. What kind of deal is that?
Bri Pay: This place doesn’t care about their employees ,ever since a&s rv was bought out by rv one superstores its been downhill .they can never order the correct parts and then it makes the employees jobs even harder and the job take twice as long since the correct part has to be re ordered.will be going elsewhere for my rv/trailer needs wish i could give 0 stars
Geraldo Soria: This place has no respect for customers. I took an RV for repair in July 2022, my insurance send the check for the repair directly to them also in July; big mistake. The cash over $12,000.00 and promise the job be ready by the end of August. After many calls (they never return your messages) finally the job was completed on September 27. Paul just send me an email yesterday saying the the job was complete SEVERAL WEEKS AGO!!! (this is the second week)and that there is a balance due of almost $2,300.00 for extra job done. I send him already 4 email requesting the invoice for the job done and no answer. I call the place nobody answer the calls, the call goes directly to a voice mail which nobody pay attention. I am still waiting to hear for somebody from that place. I have never experience such a disrespect for a customer. They treat you as they are doing a favor for you.
Joley: BEWARE!!! I wish there was less than one star!! Horrible customer service from the store manger, AUSTIN WESTOFF, Lane Risette, sales manger, Dan Stone, salesman, as well as Stephanie or Sandy in the finance department. I bought a RV not seen in person and had it shipped to New York. The shipping was a nightmare for 2 weeks, I haven't received one document from the deal, they won't give me a thing. they keep saying it's coming or I thought you got it. The RV came with FECES in the tank, Disgusting inside and out. Panels TAPED on. Broken draw, door not working right. Engine light on, transmission slipping, TV missing. That's without even taking it to see what is wrong with the engine. Propane leak in which we were told that's normal. Dan said, the RV was PRISTINE!! Right! I'd hate to see how Dan Stone lives. Called the store probably over 20 to 30 times. Lane offered $1000 which probably won't come close to the issues when it arrived. Next step is a lawyer which I should not have to do. Thank you, Austin for making me waste my time and money. All you had to do is FIX it to working and clean condition!
Kevin Borrell: Great experience with Dan Stone the salesman and the team there. Very friendly, professional, and willing to work with you.
Maureen Puma: They sold me a retro RV, told me it was top quality - the slide-out malfunctioned a couple months into owning it - they could not fix it until end of year, even after months of repair time it still does not function appropriately . On top of this they allowed by brand new refrigerator to grow mold while they had it for months, not keeping the doors open as they found it. I am severely ill from mold (why I bought camper to escape home during remediation) they said they would "clean it" or use "ozone" - both dangerous to people who are wick from mold. They refused to replace my brand new refrigerator which I have yet to be able to replace or use my RV due to risk of exposure.
carol Thompson: My experience was horrible, from the minute I put my deposit down, everything changed, they were bullying me into closing before I was ready, threatening to give me less for my trade In if I didn’t do it when they wanted. I believe they thought they could bully me being a widowed woman. Once I received the camper I took it on one trip and it had many issues, I call to schedule service and they tell me November, so I buy a brand new camper and have to miss the whole season. I have reached out many times to talk to someone about the horrible experience I have had with them and that I can’t use my brand new camper at this time, and nobody will return my call or emails. They do not care about their customers once they get their money. I finally reached out to the manufacturer and they are going to take care of my issues, but I would never recommend this place. I bought my previous travel trailers from General, and they bad mouthed General. One thing I can say, I have never been treated so badly buying a high ticket item. They are very dismissive of women. And they made me regret choosing them for this milestone in my life.
Patrice Barry: Poor service department. When we picked up our t.t. we noticed the refrigerator door had waves in it. New door is ordered, 2 months later the door arrives, schedule install 3 months later. Show up at scheduled time and told to drop the trailer and they will call me when done. No way I'm dropping the trailer for a 15 minute job. After a 1/2 hour argument and going to the sales manager, door gets installed in 10 minutes, still hooked up to the truck. I get home and start loading refrigerator and noticed a huge dent on the corner of the under side of door. I immediately call the service department, Rick asks for pictures and I send them. This dent looks like someone dropped it on the corner. Rick agrees but says that I did it. I said that why would I do that, I would have had to take a big hammer to create the dent. Paul, the service manager, says he has pictures showing the door is perfect.I call my sales person and she says bring the trailer in so that they can see. I show up at the prescribed time and Paul decides to go to lunch. I took the opportunity to get one of the other service personnel to bring up Paul's pictures that he claims to show no damage. Low and behold, second picture shows the dent. Paul finally gets back from lunch, an hour later, and I tell him that his pictures show the dent. He states, no they don't, I say yes they do, bring them up. He says that he doesn't have to, he already saw them and no dent. I said, bring them up and I will show you, he said no. After a half hour of arguing and getting load, the owner, Larry shows up. I tell him what's going on and he said let's take a look at the door. He agreed that their is no way I damaged the door and ordered me a new one.New one shows up and Rick and I both inspect the door before installing. Door looked perfect. I inspect door after installation and noticed 3 small dents on the front. I get Rick and show him, he says yes there are dents but, he's not ordering another door. I said that this happened between the office and installing. He says that he doesn't know how it happened but, he's done. I'm now stuck with a dented door. These 2 people in the service department, Paul and Rick are the rudest service people I have ever encountered. For that reason I will never go back there.
