JTSBIKES JTSBIKES: The guy named Jeff Meltzer is rude and should not be employed. I emailed with him several questions and he answered 1 of them. He didn’t answer any of my questions so I called him and he said he call right back but hung up abruptly. I waited 3 hours and no call back. I called back and didn’t answer. Sent him a follow up email and he said his time is more important than mine and he don’t have time to talk to me. Just horrible service talk to anyone but this guy. Jeff sells audio out of this business all the time. He goes through audio like toilet paper.

Also recommended replacing the spark plugs and a few other items while the engine was apart to extend the longevity of my engine since I had 190k miles already. Also took care of an exhaust repair that was causing a check engine light. My car is running better than when I bought it from the dealership 140k miles ago!! Great price, great people, great work!
