Like I could see if something was wrong or placed out late. But if u take your cans out the night before and come from work the next day and it’s missed that’s a problem. And if this was 1st time ok I get it but this is like the 3rd time since Christmas. Unacceptable

My new house did not have a recycle bin or a compost bin, and the trash can was in miserable condition, chewed all over by animals.This was almost a month ago, and they've been promising me news cans every week, only to fail to deliver every week. The first time I called, I was told cans were in stock, but it would be faster if I picked one up myself (This requires a truck.) No can on the promised day.The second time I called, I was told they always wait for a second call (what?!) but that cans would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no cans.I called again, and was again promised cans, but told it would be easier if I just came and got them myself. On the promised day, no cans. This time when I called, I was told I may still get a compost can, but that recycling bins were no longer available. I now have a pile of recycling over six feet high that is attracting raccoons and skunks.The woman on the phone implied that I missed out by not picking them up myself. When i asked doesn't this privilege people with trucks, she became agitated and began chanting "have a nice day!" into the phone When I asked her to stop being rude, she accused me of being rude (for asking questions?!) to her.I generally e4xpect to get the runaround from bureaucracies, but this level of un-professionalism and bad manners is shocking.

I tried several diffrent department's the phone would just ring and ring then hung up on me. Then I tried the covid department because someone should be there to get information right? Well a computer answered the phone and told me to call back during normal business hours and then hung up! It's 10am it is normal business hours!!! How in the heck are you sopoused to get any kind of service from a STATE RUN HELTH DEPARTMENT IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Wearing a mask for any long period of time is impossible. The staff there understood the problem and made special arrangements to accommodate her and move her through the process quickly. There are so many friendly people helping and the area is very organized. There are even road signs off Groesbeck telling visitors where to go.
