tony mikel: The customer service is amazing, but the fragrance selection from this particular location is the worst I've seen out of all of the Sephora locations I've been to. Their website has such a large variety, and of course, they can't accommodate their entire selection in store due to limited space, but they had a decent selection until the pandemic happened. Ever since then, they've downsized their fragrance section. Unless you're going there for make-up or skin care, it's no point of going. You might as well go to 12 Oaks. Hopefully the new Sephora at Kohls is better.

Ms. Fox: Pros: clean and well staffed. They greet each person at the door. The have a fairly large selection of items to be an outlet inside of JCPenny.Cons: many of the popular brands had almost no product on the display (Savage Fenty). The prices was ridiculous ($22 for a lip liner). The majority of brands they carry are not for ethnic skin types.

Felicia G.: I went in today, because I heard an announcement in kohls that they’re having a 30% off sale until around 4 o’clock. I was in line to pay, and no one else was behind me. However, one of the cashiers leave, and walks on the store floor when it was my turn (without saying anything). The other cashier was helpful, when ringing me up. This store is hit or miss, regarding customer service. It just depends on when you go, and who’s working that day. I don’t think I’ll go back to this store location. I’ll just order the products on-line.

Krustallos Williams: I really like shopping at sephora. It's one of my favorite stores to be completely honest. However, I have to rate it 3 out of 5 because some items weren't fully stocked. I'm not quite sure where the discrepancy lies upon distributor or retailer. Some items appear present online as opposed to in physical store. Nonetheless, some patrons as myself prefer shopping in a physical store than a virtual one.All in all, my experience with the retailers at this sephora location were nothing but the best! Staff were courtesy and informative. My only quarrel is that a particular brand distributor made a "quite merge" to other outlets like khols while mis-advertising that their "new products" were being physically sold at Sephora outlets vs Sephora online.In actually, the older products from this brand is still being sold at physical sephora store outlets; just not the NEW KIND WORDS Products. This misleading advertisement is not a sole reflection of this Sephora store per se; yet, made my experience a little inconvenient. Hence, 3 out of 5 star review.

The sale person started out ok until i asked her advice on a fragrance and mind you she just said Lancome was good, then i ask her how Y. S.L. smell and she said we might not like the same purfume.So to me she sound like she was contradicting. When i told her she got irritated and had the other sale lady wait on me because she had no problem telling me her opinion on how good Lancome smell but in another breath "WE" might not like the same thing. So i told her i will not never asked her opinion . I will never spend a dime at this location. I went back before location close very nice salesperson this time around.

Meanwhile I found 2 benzoyl peroxide products, the exact ones I was looking for, on my own. Ironic enough, they were located right in front of her. Ended up leaving empty handed though, since I was so put off by my experience.

Kai: Normally, I wouldn’t bother making a negative review unless I’m truly disappointed with a place. First time at this location. The store is very nice and organized but the customer representative I had was very disinterested in helping me. The store was fairly empty. I walked in and two reps in conversation stopped and greeted me and asked if I needed help. Great start. I was looking to get help with skin tone matching. One of them came to me but kept trying to have a conversation with another person not related to anything with me or another customer. She scanned me without cleaning the device beforehand. It looked dirty. Then did engage in minimal exchange of words but kept pausing a lot to look at the doors. Once we had a list of products, she applied one of the products nearby and tried to disengage the conversation because her friend walked thru the door. I asked her which products should I use and she scanned me again and then she led me to another shelf and handed me a product to apply myself. But abruptly left to talk to her friend without saying a word. At this point, I assumed she abandoned me and 5 min later came back and I decided to leave the store. Don’t get me wrong the rep was polite but fairly inconsiderate because she was very disinterested in helping. But she did accomplish barely the minimum of what I’d say is normal. While leaving the store, she said goodbye and my friend asked me why the rep gave me a dirty look on the way out. And I was like that’s surprising since I didn’t say anything about their treatment. I told them I was fine and left.In addition, my friend with me got help from another person and he needed help with men’s cologne but the rep didn’t seem to listen to his redirects to stay in men’s colognes. She kept trying to direct him to women’s purfume and he said the same rep did this to another customer pushing the same women’s purfume when they both wanted cologne. Oh well…I’ve been to other Sephoras before and I come to the stores for help since makeup isn’t my thing and I shop online. Previous Sephora visits, I’ve had great experience but I’m not likely to recommend anyone to go to the partridge creek location. Two stars because the store and initial greeting seemed nice. I imagine other reps could have been a completely different experience.
