Jason screwed up the paperwork and I received numerous calls from another customers unit stating that my barn was going to be delivered. Waiting at the house it never showed. After finally getting a hold of Jason after numerous attempts he said I’m not sure how that happened. When finally getting the kennel delivered they dropped the kennel off of the the truck and ruined the land landscaping.The doggy doors where only able to open one way making the the doors useless by the dogs on there own. Also the doors where too small So adult dogs where unable to go through the doors. After taking to the leasing company they said that no payment was due and they would have midvalley pick it up. Once again no call from mid vally. After 7 or 8 attempts to call Jason lied and said that we could not get another unit from the leasing company because we where on a repo list. After calling the leasing company we where told there’s more issues with mid vally and where given the name of another company to get a new barn from. Stay away from Jason and his deceptive actions. I let them know we needed to prep the site that weekend and was told scheduling would reach out to me. Apparently that got us stuck in a “holding pattern” and I hadn’t received any communication since. Today I called and spoke with Jamie and she was the rudest person and kept cutting me off, she was not helpful or kind at all. I called Marty back and he connected me with Cindy for scheduling, she was very helpful and we anticipate install next week. I’ll update review on the product once installed, so far 4/5 for service. Jamie should be reassigned to not triage phone calls.

Customers are seen by appointment, so you receive one on one uninterrupted attention. Marty helped us design a shed to our budget, size and need specifications. Kyle Adams: Tuff Shed has has the worst Customer Service.I purchased a garage from them in April of 2021 and it took until July of 2022 for the garage to be installed.The installed product was of very low quality and there are many issues that will fail a city inspection.Tuff Shed has not gotten back to me for a path to resolve the issues and I have a half finished garage on my property that the city will fail as soon as they try to inspect it.If you intend on spending your money with Tuff Shed, consider if you want to deal with terrible customer service, long delays, and a poor overall product.I have exhausted all options to have a conversation with anyone at Tuff Shed that is willing to set these issues right and this is my only option to hopefully get a response.Service:Garage design building

Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. Darren Gray: I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Mike got ahold of one of his guys, Ryan, and had him come out in about an hours time and tarp it up for us to stop the leaking. Mike and Ryan were very professional.
