Ria Barnes: Dont go there especially if you are in a rush. The equipment is always and messes up your day. This particular day I went to pay at the pump butit was not working so I went inside to pay. When I looked up at the think I have been sitting in my car for 10 minutes and only made it to $15. I gave it a little while longer and then I finally went in and the clerk said that I could stop the pump but she would not be able to give me my money back into her system started back up because it froze and I had to restart it and it will take at least another 10 minutes. When all I ended up spending 30 minutes at the gas station just to get $45 worth of gas.

His great work and low prices are a win for a small shop like this.. he will put all effort and knowledge into your vehicle making the best decisions for yourself , also while keeping the budget low if needed.

Eric Baran: I went in to pay cash and use some rewards. Started the transaction as normal, handed him $40, told him pump 8, and swiped my rewards card. The screen showed that I had .30c off a gallon. I was about to walk out and he said hold on. The screen goes back to the normal screen like when I approached, and he said let's try again. I did the same thing over, and this time it said welcome and that I only had .05c off a gallon. Then again the screen goes back to normal and I said what's going on? He said I had to void it I couldn't get the drawer open. So one more time, and again, 5c a gallon. He said number 8? I said yeah, but I don't have my .30c anymore. He goes what? I said, I had 30c the first time you rang me up, now it's gone. He goes, I don't know what you're talking about, that's not up to me. I said, it was there but you voided the transaction. Now he says, no, you must have done something wrong. I said, you just said you voided the transaction, that's probably why it's gone. He just says no and shakes his head like he doesn't know what I'm talking about, but it couldn't have been more obvious he understood what I said but just denied it and blamed it on me. Then he says alright so you want $40 on 8? I say, not if I don't have my rewards anymore. He just had a look of disgust on his face and tosses my $40 back. Then I just walked out of there. A few people were in line behind me and heard the whole conversation. The looks on their faces as I walked past seemed to show even they understood what happened. When I got to my car I immediately called the number on my rewards card and got a representative right away who was very helpful and apologized to me, and re-applied the 25c to my account. (I had a 25c reward plus the gold status 5c that gets added) And this isn't the first issue I've had with this clerk at that shell station. I won't be going back there again.

Jon Lee: Stopped by here yesterday morning. Paid for gas and 2 12 oz redbulls and was charged extra for it. When I told the cashier I was charged extra for the redbulls he said that that was the actual price. Then I told him I didn't want it and to refund me my money back, he refused to. I told him the redbulls are 2 for 5.50 you're charging me extra for something that's clearly labeled. His excuse was those are old labels and needed to be replaced I can't give you a refund. So I told him how can they be old labels when I stop be here all the time and the labels have changed since, bad enough you charged me extra now you're making the excuse of old labels to steal money from me. The guy still refused to give me a refund because I didn't pay in cash but with a debit card. Because the register will be short. I told him that's impossible because it will be in your system regardless of what you do. You won't be short anything, because you have to go through your system to give me a refund. After a few back and forth exchanges he told me to pick out a piece of candy to cover for the extra charge. I didn't want to because I wanted my money back, but decided to hell with it I don't have time for his bs anymore so I picked something and left. Plain and simple the cashier guy's a thief and when called out for stealing and then lying, still refused to refund my money back for his mistake. Strange how the bp next to him was able to refund me my money back when they overcharged me extra on my debit but this place can't.

She did not read me my total and did not give me my receipt until I asked for it. Once I got home and looked at the receipt (too late) I had been charged for a $0.50 grocery purchase (what groceries?) and two $1.99 T tax purchases (what, where are the lighters that were supposed to be rung up?) totaling to $4.72. This woman stole my money and is probably stealing from the store too. This was not the first time it has happened. My boyfriend went in some months ago to get fuel and an Arizona tea (which is $0.99 by the way) and was charged an additional $1 grocery purchase. I know it’s not a lot of money but it is NOT okay and I’m sure it has happened several other times.

Randy Baby: I personally have been coming to shell for about 5 years now for the premium I have always believed it was best compared to others like BP and mobil. Recently I have gone thru the last two fill ups in less than 3 days for each fill and it is not my vehicles issue. I recently was able to visit a Marathon and that one fill up did last an entire week. This location has bad gas and it will run through your tank.
