He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great.
