Mrs. K Berry: Incredibly unprofessional location. I typically frequent the Briarwood location, but have recently moved and this is now the closet location to me. I’ve been to this location twice to get my jewelry cleaned and have waited over 15-20 minutes without an associate speaking to me to inquire about what brings me in, let alone to say hello. The branch manager of this location is either blissfully unaware of the poor customer service that is being received here or encourages it. Either way, 2 out of the 3 times I’ve come here I’ve walked across to Helzberg Diamonds to ask for assistance and was IMMEDIATELY assisted and I’m not even a Helzberg Diamonds customer. I’ve written this entire review while waiting to be spoken to. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Devin Cronk: So I had bought a 10kt matching bracelet and necklace and after getting the bracelet back from being fitted and realized there was a RL ON IT so I then check the necklace and sure enough it has it as well what it means is that it’s rolled gold and it’s the least almost thinist made. I spend $2,200 on this stuff as a sales person I would have informed the buyer about this I wouldn’t have had a problem blowing another $2,000-3,000 on actual real 14-24k gold instead of the bottom of the food chain gold Thanks you guys are so professional that I may never return to ur store. Me and my fiancé come there and mainly to this location but if I don’t get a response to this review I will absolutely never be coming back. I have bought promise rings necklaces (sliver and black ones) never gold before earrings and all spent a lot of money with this place to be disappointed this badly I’m curious to what a pawn shop or jewelry shore would even off for this low quality gold

Today an hour after the store was supposed to open they told me they were doing inventory and had no clue when they would be able to open. Imagine all the business they lose because they don’t do inventory before “store hours”

AM: When getting a repair make sure to check if you receive YOUR jewelry. Check for scratches, dents, discoloration etc. I received my jewelry damaged after it was supposed to be repaired. The quality of the repair was 100% poorly done.

She helped me look up a ring I found online and notified me of an upcoming sale it would be a part of. She ordered the ring for me and set an appointment the day it goes on sale to officially make the purchase. She walked my fiance through different types of men's wedding band pros and cons and let him try on different types so he could feel and choose the type of ring that would be the best fit. Fantastic level of customer service and very happy with our first experience at this location.
