SkateWorks L.L.C.: what do users think?
Minnie: 😊👍❤️
St Acy: Love these folks!!!
Everet Bommarito: The only place worth going
Zaenger Doyle: Current beer leaguer, lifetime hockey player since I was a wee lad. Nobody sharpens skates as well and consistently as these guys. Been going here for a few years now even though it's half an hour from where I live. My skates always come out super sharp with consistent edges. My blades are about 12 years old and these guys have a set of replacements for my skates (nobody else does). Planning to have them replace and profile the blades once I have the funds. This shop is the place to go for any skate needs.
Patrick Traynor: Best skate sharpening! Most consistent skate sharpening in area, and the only place to take your skates. These guys are pros, very knowledgeable and always helpful. The drop off option makes it super convenient, and quick turnaround.
Garrett Metcalf: Only place I trust with mine or my sons skates, Earl is an awesome person and I like supporting his business. Mike does a great job sharpening, and he’s converted ice skates into inline skates also going above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. There’s a third employee, I don’t know his name but he’s always been friendly to me and my wife. I have seen some reviews about poor customer service, I don’t agree at all. The employees have a backbone, and won’t allow themselves to be walked all over but I’ve never witnessed poor customer service and I’m there two times a day (drop off and pick up) every week, if there was an issue with customer service I feel like I would have seen it by now. If you need your skates sharpened, serviced, or repaired I would certainly recommend Earl and his crew.
Tyler Huskey: Horrible customer service. Be prepared to be treated like you are an inconvenience to them.
Tony N: Best place to get hockey skates profiled. I've tried a lot of different aces but these guys are the best.
Jimmy: It pains me to write this because I want to support local businesses, I do like the Owner, and they do amazing work with skates but.. Every single time I walk in here I am treated like I am bothering the employees. I come in holding skates and seem baffled that I am there to have them sharpened. If I can get passed that interaction, I am then told about a drop box so I can make a 2nd or 3rd trip out to the store. I play men's league hockey and everybody on my teams has these similar stories. One guy outside smoking and mad about having his cigarette break interrupted to bring business. I could go on and on but no amount of these stories could accurately portray my frustration with how I'm treated when I enter. 5 stars for quality of work, 1 star for the employees and how they treat people.
Justin Chartier: Hi. I went to SkateWorks L.L.C. today 02/20/21 and was greeted by Brian and Shawn. I needed to get my 25 year old skates sharpened because I'm going to do some pond skating and I heard this was the place to go. It really is the place to go for excellent service and skate sharpening. They also do skate profiling and blade replacement. Both Brian and Shawn treated me like a long time customer and went out of their way to help me out. Not to mention my skate blades look good as new. I can't wait to use them on the ice. Much appreciated!
Jason Ray: Awesome people, always do a fantastic job!
Matthew Mccauley: Earl and his staff are the best. I won't get my skates sharpened anywhere else.
Mr Hockey: I stopped in with a hour before closing to get my skates sharpened and I live far away and was hoping to get my skates done since the last time they did a great job. They were slammed and still took my skates and did them while i waited. I was very happy and will always get my skates done here.
John Joseph: The only place I go to get my skates sharpened or repaired. These guys always do a consistently good job and this costs a bit more and takes a bit longer but is worth it because you never have to worry that your skates might not be set up right. Compared to other places I used to go to their work lasts longer as well. Great spot
Ron Martina: Simply put....the best
Mark S: They do a nice job on my skates.
Steve L: I dont let anyone else sharpen my skates as they always do a great job!
Brian Hamlin: Quality work, little risk of a bad sharpening.
Jack A. DiGiovanni: If you are picky about who works on your skates and feel uncomfortable handing over your wheels to the hacks at pure hockey this is the place for you. All this place does is sharpen skates. And they do them right everytime.
Robert Litzenburg: Nice and professional work. My skate was fixed in time for my game the same evening (took about 30 min). Also pay no attention to Michael Mannino's review, was with him, he tries to get free stuff from companies through writing bad reviews. Google should take down scammers like him.
Michael Mannino: Walked in as a new customer and their door was stuck and not opening in the proper fashion as it should that a normal business would have. When I walked in I was told by one of the employee's to "go to the gym" I guess it was my fault that the business does not have a working door for the customers to enter. Safe to say won't be going back.

Podium Skates Inc.: what do users think?
Ames: Greatly appreciated finding Edea skates that fit my daughter's odd feet. The owner took his time to make sure everything was correctly adjusted. My daughter had a sudden growth spurt. Many thanks.
Josh B: For anyone looking to use their services this business is only for competitive skaters. I wouldn't waste your time calling like I did unless you are looking for top end skates.
Alison Maki: Quick and easy!! Nice sharp skates! Thanks Mike!
Meg O'Neil: Mike was very helpful in getting my daughter into a pair of skates to help correct her issues. She loves her new skates and we won't go anywhere else from now on!
Anita Bengry: Very personal service
Anton C.: Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable.
Carolyn DePottey: He takes a lot of care in fitting the skates to make sure you have the right size. Love the dogs that are at the shop too.
Katie Ong: I returned to skating this year as an adult (age 39). After a few months on my old skates, I decided I needed to invest in new ones in order to move forward.Podium Skates/Mike was friendly, informative and timely. He recommended, fitted and molded what I realized today, after first use, are a nearly perfect pair of figure skates! And never attempted to "up-sell", even after I provided him with a broad price range.I'm VERY grateful for Mike and his expertise. I traveled 45 minutes each way for his services, and I will continue to do so as I take care of my skates for upkeep/sharpening.Highly recommend!!
germain simoneau: Thanks so much Mike for fitting in my skates!!!! The best for sure!!!!😃😃
Lara Dryden: Wonderful service and very personable. Plus, the dogs are a nice extra.
