Brent Smetana: Dr. Asima never discussed my diagnosis or offered the Remede System device. Just told me to come in for ANOTHER night to be fitted for a CPAP. Waste of time. They also don't provide you with any medication to fall asleep in their hard beds for the initial sleep study.Go elsewhere. Before this review, the rating was 1.8 out of 5
Jessica L: How do you not have enough sleep study equipment to the point where the sleep tech is harassing you for the equipment that ended up not working anyways. I had to go back and forth three different times I'm glad my husband at least got his done. The doctor and office staff were very accommodating. I just didn't like the ladies attitude that does the actual sleep tech work
Ryan Kennedy: Highway robbery. Had a sleep study done that the front office staff told me was “covered by insurance” only to get hit with a $1,500 bill. When I pushed back they said they couldn’t help me, sent me to the billing dept (who had no idea what was going on), and then some representative who never returned my calls. They insisted I needed a second sleep study which was also supposed to be covered and was hit with another $1,500. I’m now in the hole for $3,000 for a procedure that cost others $300, and no one at this hospital has any answers for me.

Ray Thietten: First time visiting this office. Was referred here by my Dentist to diagnose and correct a Jaw issue. Staff was more than amazing and Dr Klein was able to quickly diagnose what my issue was and get a plan in place to correct. Love the room that has the old record albums on the wall… priceless. Highly recommend this offices and Dr Klein.

GT B: After spending thousands on the bite guard, physical therapy, injections and wearing the appliance 24/7 for 8 months I feel it created jaw pain I originally didn't have. I came to him initially because of headaches, which didn't subside. I came monthly for the guard to be adjusted too. Very disappointed. Recently I saw an oral surgeon who thought the guard was odd that it wasn't touching all my teeth (the top front in my case)....

firstname Lastname: I love this doctor and staff, his nurses are so wonderful too. My regular TMJ doctor referred me to him to get lidocaine injections in my jaw when nothing else was working. It helped me SO much! He even showed me a very affordable tensing machine (electric machine to relax muscles of jaw) to buy online and his wonderful nurses showed me how to use it. You can use it in the comfort of your own home.. I love Dr. Klein ! He is extremely caring and easy to talk to. The only downfall is he does not accept my insurance so I cannot do more services there (wish I could.) He and his nurses showed me some exercises to do when my jaw is in pain to help relax my jaw. His office requires masks and they're very clean and safe. If you are in pain with TMJ I really recommend this doctor. He is great!

The reception staff, nursing staff and physician made me feel comfortable and allowed me to relate, in full, what my problem was. A procedure for addressing my problem, was fully explained to me. All my questions were fully answered. I would recommend this practice to other people with the same problems I have
Charity Kelley: I came here for TMJ- all of my concerns and suspicions were validated. You can tell that this is his passion and life’s work. He has an amazing backstory of helping people and giving lectures around the world. I like to understand how and why something works, and he did a good job explaining it all to me. We developed a game plan and honestly I already feel so much better and hopeful about managing my TMJ.

Nancy Barbour: Dr. Klein and his staff are some of the most pleasant and friendliest folks around. I would bet it is a good place to work. They are serious about the coronavirus protections, too. Clinically, Dr. Klein seems to understand his specialty quite thoroughly and he explains things well. I have had only my first treatment, but can tell that his treatment plan for me will be successful because I already have a huge improvement. I look forward to the next month or so, when time will tell for sure!

I am a college student, called last Monday about getting my adhd medication because we have finals this week and it still hasn’t come in the mail. I tried calling today at 3:45 left a voice mail, never got a call back when they close at 4:00. Did someone leave early? P/A is a joke hands down, I wouldn’t trust these guys even if they paid me. Get it together, my god you workers are idiots...
