David Jeffries: This is considered a main hub store, so if you need to provide death certificate for account name switch/ etc. -- this would be location for that.. also few times I've visited they've been very helpful/ professional/ educated/ & got job done while going extra mile 4u.. recommend it over other lesser stores [such as 9 & kelly/ 17 & Garfield] which have added 20/per month insurance after being told not to, or excluded current sales which would've saved me $3-400, in order to make a sale that day. If any employee 👀 this -- I appreciate your help

Adrianna Watson: Upon arriving at this location my boyfriend & I were greeted by 2 friendly employees and the young woman who helped us was really helpful. My young child was a bit out of sorts so I had to exit the store w child and my boyfriend finished. Basically after purchasing 2 new iPhones and transfer of service a couple hundred dollars later we still felt confused as to what type of plan we had, how much data, price of bill, etc. needless to say we still had to return to a 2nd T mobile location to get out SIM cards, port our numbers over, and a month later & I still lost all of my contacts. Friendly service, but not very informative. A piece of advice, even though they close at 8pm, don’t go after 6pm… more than likely you will need to return the following day.
Dustin Reiss: Not sure what the purpose of the store is. They have no answers only more problems. Couldn't order any of my phones. They wasted my time with no help. Lady joked she should get compensated for helping me order my phone on app. Even though I basically did all the work. Ever visit is a waste of time.

So at this location my experience was a awesome experiences, they is very polite with hello, may I help you, and he also let me know that Friday they will have the new Samsung Galaxy S22 series.

I bought 4 phones from this location less than 3 months ago and 3 of them are no longer functioning and 2 of them have needed 2 sim card replacements. I walked in with my 2 phones tonight and sat on the bench for an hour without even asking why I am there. I could understand a wait if they asked what im there for to triage me or add me to the queue... but no... I dont even know if I can get my phones repaired through this store or if i have to go to a specific store to get them fixed because the store employees cut me off and told me to wait the moment i tried to ask a simple question.

For such a big company, the store shouldn't look so low budget
Anna A: Marcel was helping me do a return and I’ve never ever experienced such horrible service. Brandon or Brendan I believe is the manager and he wasn’t any help. I was told that I would have no fees at all if I return my phone due to a Port In issue that T-Mobile cannot assist me with therefore I had no need for the phone and returned it. I was told that I would have no fees is the Port In did not go through. Which it didn’t. They’re making me drive an hour away to the original store that I went to just to have them return a phone. Disgusting

Always Hungry: My first experience in the store was great I was helped by Yousif and he ensured me that he will take care of me. But a few weeks later I come to find out I was put on a more expensive plan that we did not discuss. It was a simple 2 line deal for $120 but he decided it was best for his own interest to put me on a $160 plan. I called T-Mobile and they were able to fix it. It's not about the money it's about honesty. I was going to go back to the store to transfer 22 lines from my business account but now I will only deal with T-Mobile directly and not some 3rd party. Word of advice to Yousif, it pays more to be honest long term rather than try to make a quick buck big guy.
Karl: Don't have the phones you want in stock, pushy/rude sales guys (you can have any of s22 line) *basically forces the cheapest one* cause they don't have the one I actually wanted in stock and didnt even offer me the ultra. Oh yeah and I got a dumb watch I'll never use, thanks for that. Stick to online, I never wanna deal with these guys again.
Re-Acting Up: Great staff, if you can go to Trent. He’s going to give you all the information you need, without any bs. Helped me out with putting an Apple watch on my plan, took less than 30 mins
Xtreme Wash: Tom the store manager is a p.o.s , customer service tools me there is a policy that store manager can override the 14 day exchange policy that i missed due to having covid and tome still wouldnt do it after customer service called him on 3way and told him he could do it and he still said no !! What !! Your that uptight about 2 days and cant help out a customer ?? Sad people are like this these days !!
Lacie Granstrom: I had to come into the store because T-MOBILE has continued to bill me two months past cancelling my services and transferring to another carrier. I have spent HOURS on the phone with T-Mobile Only to be told that I had to go into the store to verify my identity.I came into the store and YOUSIF was extremely rude and condescending and dismissive of the directions I relayed to him from the T-Mobile associates I had previously spoken with. He refused to call T-Mobile to verify and refused to help me until after he made me call and sit on hold for a T-Mobile representative for 45 MINUTES only to be told HE HAD TO CALL THE RETAIL SALES NUMBER FOR T-MOBILE. And he continued to argue with me and with the representative on the line about the process.So here I am waiting for him while he waits on hold-now refusing to even make eye contact with me.I had been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years… and after this experience I will NEVER go back, and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible.Terrible customer service. Terrible in store experience. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Joan Perry: I actually came in on 4/28/22 around 3:20 PM in desperate need to use a phone due to I had locked my keys along with my purse and phone in my car. I happen to walk a few doors down thinking what better place would have a phone and moreover allow me to use their phone. I went in and explained the situation to the salesman and he allowed me to use phone. Sorry I did not get his name (he had a nose piercing). However when I went back in after the locksmith unlocked me to make sure that I thanked them again three salesman told me I was welcome. Cudos to all of you. I truly appreciate it.

Without checking the deal they told me-$400 off for a trade in phone( Samsung Galaxy s8/s9/s9+).So, I bought a Samsung Galaxy s9+ phone for $190 from my friend. When I went there for getting the new phone they checked the system and told me $200 off. It's because if you want to get $400 off you have to be in the "Magenta Max" plan. Otherwise $200.They wasted my time and money too. Irresponsible Employees.
