latonya greene: I rarely visit this location and this is the reason why. The produce is NOT very good. Fresh fruit is not so fresh. My husband grabbed a dozen of eggs and all was cracked 😳, not only one but 2. We ordered a 16 piece of chicken, it was fresh and looked good but the taste was awful 🤢, it tasted like grease/oil an oily taste yuck😖! Customer service is good but the quality in products are very poor. I called the and spoke with management we had an excellent conversation and he assured me that the problem would be corrected and offered to correct the problem thanks .
Earth Elucidator: The people working are mostly nice and helpful but the store is becoming increasingly unorganized with increasing empty shelves. Shelves are thinning in all stores but this one seems to be having more issues.
Bryan VanEssen: This is the main store I shop at. I like it a lot because they have things always in stock and they usually have 3-4 cash registers plus all 6 self checkout lanes open.

kelly McIntosh-Butler: I did not approve of the older dark skinned woman in the deli department, standing around, laughing it up with a customer, making the older white gentleman do all the work. He waited on 5 customers while I was there waiting my turn, and she continued to just stand there and kept laughing it up with a non worker. I found this very disrespectful to all of us customers, and I felt ashamed for the way the man was being treated by her, in front of everyone. I could tell he was rattled in his nerves, working very hard and frantic. I even asked her directly, if she could help me get my food. She replied, "He will do it." Just an outwardly disgusting display of Workmanship. What is going on with management here at this location?? This occurred at 4pm February 14, 2023. Can we do better, please!

Salina Matthews: The worst Kroger in existence. There were several creepy older men trying to talk to little kids with their parents. And an abundance of old men complaining loudly about the cashiers.Please note for the rest: I think all problems below reflect badly on top level in-store leadership and corporate. Period. No cashier or team manager is responsible INOThis place is hell. You walk in the door and, right away, the aisles are haphazardly placed in a building in desperate need of a refresh.Every walkway is wide enough for two carts exactly. Being next to an older persons community this is catastrophic. People need space to move around other customers or stop and look without clogging up the space. It’s claustrophobic with how tall the shelves are.They are under staffed. The front end definitely needs to be raising wages and benefits to get more help. Or maybe it’s the company culture. They seemed tired and overwhelmed.The check out lanes were super narrow. Again hard to move around the cart for me and I don’t have any problem moving around. I can imagine if I was disabled or older this would be debilitating.Anyway, don’t go here. Not even if you have to.

Elvira Montana: This Kroger looks nothing like these pictures they have posted inside or outside. This Kroger is the dirtiest Kroger I believe I’ve ever been to. For once I had to use a public bathroom and I might as well have used a porta potty. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or 6. The fruit looks like you’re buying it from a second hand store. The shelves on the inside were stocked well, produce I would not buy from here. The bakery looks good and probably the cleanest department. The floral department has low inventory but also pretty clean. The entire store seems to need better management, especially concerning the cleanliness of a store where people buy food to eat. I live only a mile away from this Kroger but drive to the Kroger in royal oak. You wouldn’t even believe it’s the same brand of store. Possibly different owners? Not sure but go there and take notes and please revamp this entire store.

No way for anyone to ring up butter? I dont appreciate wasting a trip and then having to go to Meijers after working all day. Will be contacting corporate. Store sold a heated brush that malfunctions. They refuse to rake it backeveneitj rhe receipt. Claim its a "final sale."

Destiny Jones: I’ve called the Kroger on Hoover in Warren Michigan by 10mile, 3 times to place a balloon order that i need available for tomorrow at 5pm. Saturday the phone for floral department just rang; no answer. Yesterday at 3:43pm a lady said no one was there for floral and to call back b4 3pm. I asked can they just take the message and give it to the team or management && that didn’t happen. Today 4/26/23 I called at 11:37am and was told no one would be in tomorrow so I’ll have to come in the store and wait for produce to help me. It wont be taken in advance because produce doesn’t check orders. The food is good to buy but it sucks trying to get balloons.

Didn't have her till? Was she clocked in? Lazy lazy lazy. I predict this store closing soon. The employees are killing the place. MsMoua01: I love target! The store is very clean and organized. I like the small clearance section that sits right in front of the entrance when you walk in. Love that Target has up their game on makeup by adding name brands to their shelves, such as Anastasia Beverly Hill, Sunday Riley, Too Faced, MAC, Urban Decay, Shiseido, Clinique and a few more others. Now I don’t have to travel to Ulta or Sephora when I can stop at Target. I also love stopping at Starbucks before I start my shopping. Surrounding stores is Burlington, nonstop allegiance (entertainment center), Chase Bank and some other stores nearby.

This is a violation of the ADA Disability ACT.I can NOT shop there and I would say that other people should NOT go there either. I have a disability with spinal injuries and I can't walk or stand for long. The only have 3 DISABILITIY scooters and there is no place to sit and wait for a scooter when one is not available.
dorothy shader: This store constantly overcharges from the price on the shelf or sale tickets from the scanners. I mean sometimes $1.00 or 2 more. They're putting few if any price checking scanners in the store for customers. I got a refund for Lysol Sanitizer over a mth ago and they're still charging $7.99 when the shelf price says $5.99 Ive found this to be true on many items I returned. Also they keep items beyond the expiration date religiously.Whoever is in charge there is making that store profitable by its overcharging and selling items past the expiration dates. Also they put items above tags for out of stock items that cost more than the tags .I don't believe this is just negligence. I believe they're purposely trying to bilk customers for profit. I've had too many incidents of overcharges, expired items, and wrong items placed in out of stock spots on the shelves

Sammie Schneider: This location has many pros and cons! I shop here weekly/multiple times a week because it’s closest to my home. I get everything from household necessities to clothes here. The pros are that the store is kept really nice and they recently added an Ulta section! They have seasonal items out in good timing and they have the nicer carts that can hold your Starbucks drink and your phone! I also like that they have the self checkout whereas the Madison Heights location nearby does not. As for cons, I use drive up a lot whenever I have my dog in the car and although it is for my convenience, there are a lot of mixups and missing items. It’s not very often an entire order is correct. I understand mistakes, but then it is almost impossible to reach the customer service desk via phone, or any of the departments for that matter. The phone is always ringing for 5+ minutes then automatically hanging up. You can do a refund through the app pretty easily, but often I still want the items if they are just sitting back there already picked. I highly suggest looking through all of your bags each time you do an order pickup before you drive home. If they could resolve these ongoing issues, I would rate them a lot higher.

savanna holder: This location has gone way down. They used to have friendly staff. Now I tried to purchase 2 sets of 6 balloons something I have done in the past for my 5 kids birthdays. The 6pack is cheap and it used to be free helium. Today I bought the 2 6packs and went to leave but I was stopped an treated as if I was stealing. I said I wasn't aware because last time and I was cut off with well its changed. I said okay and after waiting 15mins for a price the man without a name said it was 18.95.... FOR TWELVE balloons to be filled because I purchased the balloons already. I stated I'm not paying that. They went on to treat me like I'm cheap because I wouldn't pay over a dollar per balloon for helium. So I finally went to the isle found the sign and took a photo. It's. 85 a Balloon. I paid and the only person willing to offer an apology was the nice person that blew up my ballons.

Chris Churchill: The parking lot is much cleaner than it used to be the only issue that I have is that there are no employees at the registers we need cashiers because I find myself waiting in a line behind 30 people where once we used to stand by the snack and pop aisle looking at a magazine waiting for our next turn we are now waiting in women's clothing because we only have you scans this is more than frustrating it has gotten to the point to where there is no reason to even shop at stores that do not have cashiers not providing customer service in which we need and want does not mean that we go home and order things online it means that we are learning to do without

John Morrison: This kroger is lovely and usually well stocked. The problem is that they rarely have more than one checkout lane open regardless of how busy it is. I went though the self-check because there was one cashier, and it cut me off as buying too many items despite not having a labeled maximum. NOT WORTH WAITING 30+ minutes to save a couple of bucks.

Kaylee Andrews: I bought a green pepper from there, when I got home and went to cut it up o noticed the seeds and the inside was black and then I seen a big just chilling in the pepper seems it was his home for awhile . Needless to say if you get fresh produce from here make sure you really check the goods!
margaret husereau: Make sure you compare shopping before buying any pharmacy or drugstore items. For example the lumafi eye drops are $29 here for a .25oz size. But Meijers has the same thing for $21.59 . That's a $7 plus markup.

Lin: It's fine but I am sick and tired of the shoppers for pickup not informing me my order won't be ready in time even when I place an order well over 24 hrs ahead of time. This last time they called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up to say it wouldn't be ready. I also have been missing items numerous times. This is the last time I'll use the pick up service or this location because they are always out of items anyways.
Tracey LMT: Ordered a cake a week ago to be picked up today! The cake smeared and squashed. It looked like someone kicked it. And they also spelled the name wrong. Could not give me a new one as the cake decorator wasn’t there. I would Not want another cake decorated by someone who can’t spell the name correctly on the order and the writing itself was bad. You should probably go back to their resume and check the references because this person has never decorated a cake before! Never again!

Julie Roy Nikprelaj: Kroger pick up employee told me the system had crashed and that they would need to complete my transaction inside. I had my special needs daughter with me and she asked me for my pin to complete my transaction and then stole 548 dollars from me. I'm so disgusted I'll never be able to trust anyone again or look at this kroger without feeling sad.

Aaron Ping: A good Kroger. I usually use the self checkout so I never have to wait long. The produce is pretty much always good. Rarely are they out of stock of something for long. Their shopping carts suck though.
sherri lamkin: Love this store..Some employee's are VERY helpful,and kind but service desk well thats another story..All managers VERY VERY kind and helpful but we shouldnt have too ask too speak too team leader. Store is very clean and smells clean looks clean love it ..They can try too keep alittle better stocked because towards the end of the night there is not much on the selfs..I love how its layed out i know wwhere everything is.. Friendly other customers...In very good location..
Lushon K: Only 1 person is running a single register despite line to the back of store. 5 are closed. Self check lines are also down the aisles to the back half of store. Not uncommon to see carts abandoned at this location. Please hire register staff.

reymundo ontiveros: What an experience! Man do they have a huge selection of things. Live fish, breads, all things Asian. Rices, noodles cooked and raw.fresh produce lots of fungi of all sorts dry or fresh. This store had inspired me to learn Mandarin so i can understand everything more in depth! I will definitely be coming back very soon!
