Heather Contreras: I'm always comforted by Vjay's knowledge and willingness to learn to improve the consumers need. In fact, I buy primarily for my pet and he is always considerate. He asks about my pet's status; if he's getting well or has taken a turn and genuinely cares. My personal favorite GNC products are Lean Shake and Evening Primrose. The store is always is organized in a way that makes my purchases easy and if there is something I cannot find, Vjay is always ready to assist.

Sarah LaPlante: I stopped in at this location yesterday because it’s closest to my job, but I’m very happy I did. The person working (I cannot recall his name but I believe his family owns this location) was very knowledgable. Not only did he know information about every product I asked him about on the shelf, he knew nutritional value of other products I use on a daily basis that aren’t even sold in GNC. (Such as, he knew off hand how much caffeine is in a large Tim Horton’s iced coffee, as I was debating sticking with coffee over an energy drink to help study.) We discussed long term pros and cons of coffee and energy drinks. I also switched collagen brands after he knew certain brands bought out others, and I compared nutritional info on them. I was so impressed I’ll continue returning to this store.

CHRIS WOUTERS blessed and unstoppable: First this is the first ever review I have given that isn’t a 5 star. I was coming in to buy 100% needed and wanted the product (nugenix red) $169.00 dollars. I walked in one he was flossing his teeth and didn’t have the professionalism to eat least put it down and continue when I left. Which It was only 10 minutes to close. He kept making it obvious making smacking noises with his mouth. I asked if they had the product in and with a aggressive tone as if I annoyed him that I was there pointed me to the wall it was on. As I’m standing in front of it and holding it but looking at other options. Raises his tone and asks can you see it or no. Mind you it’s in my hands. I was not irritated but before responding I thought about it and decided to just walk out. This man has short hair and looks like he is on the juice. I advise you to train him on customer service and show him that the objective is to create profit by giving your customers a enjoyable time while there. I wish you all the best in future. Good luck

Feel good about shopping small, but also getting hooked up with some unreal discounts. This place is a staple in my daily life and fitness journey. Hidden gem!

Today I stopped into Primealete to check out the meals since they were much cheaper than DoorDashing food, I picked up the taco salad and bbq chicken meatball meals and they tasted great, the portion size was just enough, and I didn’t have to spend a ton of money. Great experience so far and cannot wait to try more from them!

All he did was point me to the area and said "That's where they are located." Was too busy on the phone to help me. Vita Dee: I recently patronized this location and the white taller, heavier set clerk was very rude. He asked my 6 year old nephew if he was going to get out the way, while he was looking at a product he wanted. This is not how you treat people or run an establishment. And to talk to a child that way is not right. I will never return to this location as they do not know how to treat people with respect. Even my nephew knows how to say excuse me. I am disgusted with this business as it’s employees are allowed to be disrespectful. Also I was inside the store for more than five minutes before I was greeted, when other people who entered the store after me were greeted right away.
