When things go down they are down for some time. You can stay and wait or go home at times but a lot of people quit ad get fired, watch you will be left by your self

Bryan la Grua: Good place to load, but when I got there, I had several trucks ahead of me and it took me *forever* to get loaded. Once I was loaded, it didn't take me long to secure and tarp the load. The loader on the forklift was nice, and loaded my trailer quickly. When you go to load there, you first need to check in where the man door says "shipping and receiving." Once inside, look to the left and you'll see a metal door with a square window and a very small metal counter on the door. Knock on the door and someone will open the window on the door. When you leave the shipping office, you continue past their building, and just after their building on the right hand side, there's a driveway. You pull in that driveway, between all the slinkys. Once in the yard, put three 4x4 boards on your trailer. One in the middle, then one 10 feet in front and 10 feet behind the middle board. Basically just behind your landing gear, at the mid light, and just in front of the front split axle. Providing there's no one in line ahead of you, the loader will tell you where you need to park to get loaded. They load in various areas outside, all depending on the product being loaded. Real nice people who work there. They load bundles of steel bars (rods), and steel slinkys, all of various sizes (steel thickness).

alin anderson: Get here early. It's first come first serve. They lost and unloaded you really quick (less than 45min for a full load) kind of tricky to back into the dock. The flat beds like to hog the road. Check in across the loading docks and wait in line.

Finally I typed in metal supply house and Alro showed up. I called them and talked to Greg. He was nice and helpful. He said they had remnants. that was all i needed to hear. Scrap we could use to make them a few bucks and very good for me. i went over there yesterday got my job done for less that $30.00!! Wow!!!thank you.

Rich Thompson: MST Steel is one of the few service centers that I've found that stock material for hot stamping. I'm am responsible for keeping our presses running. We do hot stamping of Cold Rolled and Aluminized Boron steels. Most of our purchases are mill direct, but when the mills run late or we need small volumes, we can always find it at MST. They are really knowledgeable on these products and will even sell a few sheets for our prototype needs. They stock Press Hardenable Aluminized to the Tesla TM-2014 HF-950-1300-MnB, Ford WSS-M1A357-A14, General Motors GM14400-ST-S-HS1300T/950Y-MS-AS60G60G-U, & FCA MS.50002-PHS950Y1300T-AS60/60. I think they also do work for the transplants, but I really don't have much experience with those specs as we do very little of that work.

Scott S.: I guess these people dont need new customers. The company I work for wants to do a pilot run of parts for Chrysler. They have Chrysler spec steel. I sent these people two emails and called only to get an answering machine. 5 days later and still no word back. I guess 5 tons of steel is not enough for these clowns to worry about. MST sales staff seems completely unprofessional by not responding even if they didn't want so little initial volume. Fortunately one of their competitors also had what we needed and had the mental capacity to respond to a RFQ. We will be able to make our schedule thanks to the other guys. I think some one(s) at MST needs to loose their jobs. If you need a quote dont waste you time with these unprofessional people. If Chrysler likes what we do it will be the other guys selling us the many tons of steel going forward.
