Steve Barber: The office was very efficient. You will need to make an appointment just to stand in line. However, everyone was very polite and helpful.
MsMoua01: It’s always a great experience coming here. I’ve never had an issue, but now that there’s kiosk available at Kroger it definitely saves me a lot of time coming here. If you’re just wanting to get your title and registration done then I recommend the kiosk.
J B: APPOINTMENT REQUIRED at this location, NO WALK INS even if you’re disabled. Plus, Thursdays open at 10am not 9am (or at least they did today 5/4/23). Make an appointment online or call to make an appointment. If no appointment, then they will make you make an appointment inside and tell you to come back either later that day or the next day. But the workers were at least nice.

In my multiple visits taking care of our boats, trailers, and trucks, I was helped by several employees. All were helpful and friendly. This is the best SOS office I have been to. Erin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me through most of the process.

Christin Dewberry: DO NOT GO HERE. I have been to SOS in Clarkston, West Bloomfield, Southfield and even Pontiac and received MUCH better service. I scheduled two appointments for two transactions at 2 pm and 2:10 pm. I arrived in time, and was ushered to the line where I waited for almost an hour. Once I was finally called to window 4 a light skin young lady with glasses and a ponytail was sitting with a a very upset look. I greeted her and let her know why I came in. As I mentioned I have been to other SOS so I am used to a little attitude from the employees but this lady didn't even respond to my greeting. She did NOT ask for the documentation for my enhanced license and proceeded to patronize me. This lady had such a disgusting attitude I had to take the high road. But 0/10 I do not recommend this SOS I actually think they need to close it. It is poorly ran and inefficiently functioning. I hope they close.

Sarah Slade: I was getting my title fixed because my dad signed it in the wrong spot and I'm from ga ,but Ms Michelle made everything work out perfectly .she was so patient and just so amazing and pleasant and my visit was as smooth as butter..thank you Ms Michelle 👍
Felicia Adams: The whole process was great as always with the exception of lady who checked everyone in. She was very rude and short with several people. Other than that, the rest of the staff were very kind and professional.

**: evening mack bus 6pm then 8pm everyday except Friday. then today you run a 7pm and no 8pm. you do everything you can to be unreliable, I swear!

Dandy Suih: Nearly no drivers in this region use their turn indicator lights, and many debate over what a flashing red means. Creates for very dangerous and confusing driving conditions. Must better emphasize on driver education.

I got there at 1pm, stood line 20 mins. before being given a chair cause I just got a letter from my doctor stating I can't stand for one than 15 min. Then my paperwork was taken at 1:39 pm. I then sat in lobby until 2:10 pm asked security had the person who takes pics left, he said no. I wanted to make sure I wasn't sitting here and would have to come back. In the back the agent said her computer wasn't working, she had to turn it off. Now at 2:30 she took my pic and sent me home.

Antonio Watts: During the trouble time with everyone dealing with Covid 19 as well the fear of it I find it interesting that on every D.O.T bus the intercom system states face mask required but do that only applies to passengers. I have seen numerous bus drivers not wearing a mask but wasn’t they stating that their health & safety is a at risk? I do have pictures of bus drivers not wearing their mask 😷
TDevian C: DDOT will get you where you need to go! It’s not the best service however some routes you can always catch 24/7. Some drivers have excellent customer service and some have attitudes.
AYWC MEDIA: The need more reliable drivers. The 67 is the worst bus ever! It’s always late or just doesn’t come at all, especially around 12-2 on Wednesday’s. Other drivers will pass up people at stops, be super early or super late causing a whole chain reaction for people that need to catch other busses.

Megan Wilcox: I've been riding the number 25 bus for the past three years. I only ride it during the winter when I can't bike, but generally it is somewhat reliable. The bus drivers are always friendly when I say good morning or hi, and I've never had any issues while riding the bus. Occasionally a bus won't come, which is especially bad when it's snowing and super windy. I definitely recommend downloading the "Transit" application from the APP store, it has fairly accurate times for all of the local bus systems. I now recommend the app to everyone that rides the bus.Update: I'm dropping this review by one star because the 25 bus is unreliable in the summer even. It just doesn't come in the morning and skips two time spots.

Plus another 5 mins for everyone to board.So that means all in all im late for work!!

Sid Sadi: UNPROFESSIONAL/DISRESPECTFULNOT KNOWLEDGEABLE.I Went there to transfer my SUV title under my name. I recently brought it from a NY dealer. When I went there the lady was serving me. She was confused, and she asked another lady next to her for help, and she said your title was filled out incorrectly; you have to talk with the delay to get a duplicate one and fill it up correctly before they send it to you. Also, the CSR went to the manager and asked her she said the same thing. I called the dealer and waited almost a month for the duplicate title. I made another appointment after I received the duplicate title from the dealer. The lady who was serving me did not understand (she was not knowledgeable about her job). She asked the manager, and the manager 1st she said your title was filled out wrong then she said, according to Ohio law, the dealer has to transfer the title under their name before they seal it to you. There was an argument between me and her. I told her why you and your employees did not tell me that the last time I came here, she laid and said you did not come here before. I told her to check if the camera was there or not. She told me to call my dealer and she would explain to them. She spoke with the dealer and told them they have to transfer the title under your name. So, I departed from there and went to the UPS store at 11mile Ryan to return the title to the dealer. Suddenly I changed my mind and thought to check the 12-mile DMV office personnel before I sent it back to the dealer. I went to the 12-mile Hoover location; the lady was in an appointment checking. I showed her all the paperwork. She said everything looked good. It was not a busy day, so I requested she give me an appointment and she did. I paid taxes and a number plate fee to transfer the title under my name.The moral of the store is the manager and the employees have no idea what they are doing. They waste our valuable time and get paid for nothing. When she said according to the law, I thought maybe she was correct, but the same day I did the paperwork at the other place. Someone should investigate and take corrective and disciplinary action against them. I would have all the proof if anyone needed it.

Renee Judkins: I went to renew my license plates but they wouldn't allow me to do it inside at the customer service counter. They said I had to do it at the kiosk in the forier, and pay a $3.95 fee please another 2.3% fee! What a money grab! Senior citizens on a fixed income can't afford all the extra fees for something that should be able to be done at ANY Secretary of State branch!!! It's sad they take advantage of seniors and people on disability this way!

Gloria Thumm: The service at this office is very unprofessional. The person that greets you is the only employee I have noticed that is professional and welcoming. The same woman who attended me twice has been unprofessional on both occasions, has shown an unwillingness to help or further explain my application process. In addition, she seems to lack knowledge/training in providing services/answering questions to international students who apply for a driver's license. It is very frustrating to come at this office and if I had known that the customer service would be terrible, I would have not come to this location.
