J Kay: Pretty sloppy, very tight walkways not really aisles, dirty looking store. I've been here three times for spices and not once has there been much of a smile on the employees face much less a hello. For as many employees/people I see inside place should be cleaner.

They practically forced me to buy this fish "Rupchanda" which came out to be one of the worst fish I ever bought. It was frozen so I didn't realize it was bad until I got home. Did not like the forceful attitude and the bad product.However, I will shop here more in the future because of the convenience of distance from my home.

This is my favorite place to buy pork with fat. Twice a month! But at this time the pork belly meats i bought is not good! Please make sure that your meats is good! Your pork belly meat this time is from BORE pigs! The meats smell so bad when you cook it! And i am not eating a meats from bore pigs so I thrown it!

Lily Lee: Quite alot of items for this tiny grocery store hidden in the corner of the plaza. I've been coming here off and on over the years, when I'm in town. Definitely carries all your basics for the pantry, produce, meat and some seafood. Plus, they have limited Vietnamese food on the shelves in front, like the sticky rice with pork and mung beans in the photo. Yum!!! 😋

I was looking for dried Pollack which is one of main ingredients in Korean food. And they have no idea what I'm talking about in English nor in Korean. I asked the cashier who was a bit older man who seemed to be the ONLY Korean. But even he ignored me even tho he heard me.한국직원도 얼마없는 한국마켓. 뭔 한국마켓에 북어가 없나. 물어봐도 북어가 뭔지도 모르고 계산대 유일한 한국아저씨도 "북어요?" 라고만 하고 아무말도 안함.EDIT: Well since this review, I returned in 2 months and I saw this row of dried Pollack. C Crombie: This is an excellent Korean grocery store. It's very clean and exceptionally well stocked. The produce section is large carrying an array of vegetables for everyday American faire as well as things more specific to Korean cooking. Their selection of mushrooms for instance is very nice. The meat dept has a wide array of cuts include meats especially for Korean bbq or hotpot.They have a decent selection of Chinese and Japanese goods as well, but the focus is on Korean foods

Jennifer: I actually come here very often because my kids love the kimchi, ramen and snack selection, but for the first time today, I was treated very rudely, and for some reason it shook me to the core. I was in line for some fresh Abalone, and when it was my turn, I pointed to the Abalone and asked for 5. The mature woman waved me away (like she was annoyed) and pointed towards the fish counter. I thought maybe she doesn’t help with Abalone (even though it was at her counter). So I went to the fish counter and waited and waited (they were busy) and decided I would just get the Abalone a different day. When I turned to walk away, she was helping an (Asian) customer with the Abalone. I was so upset I deserted my cart and walked out. Rude and racist.

Richard Hsu: Used to be the best place to get fresh sliced beef short rib. This time I bought it on sale and discovered the bottom layer(so you can’t see it when you buy) of beef short rib was frozen like and the quality was way lower than the top layer’s. Very disappointed. They were more decent but I’m not sure about that anymore!

We have been there before and we got horribly sick this time and we are pretty sure it was food poisoning. The meat was old I think and the bibimbap was incredibly soggy so much so that the rice wouldn’t burn at the bottom

J C: It's bit far from my place, but I try to make it once a month depending on what's on sale. The problem with this place it, sale starts on Friday, but if you go on Saturday or Sunday, most of the sale items will be gone.I do like their fish department though, they clean them for you and you can get variety of different fish vs your typical grocery stores. Veggies here can be cheaper as well.
