Brittany: The work they did was great, but they are veryyy hard to get in touch with!
Zgoods: Complete waste of time! I took a job over from a previous employee otherwise I would not have attempted to use Juan. After several email attempts and no response he finally made contact to come out to my building. After inspecting I was anticipating a report which I would have been happy to pay for but again Juan went MIA. Fast forward 6 months, I gave Juan one more chance to submit his report "Yeah, I think I have it in my files" and again no response after two weeks.
Renata Byrnes Wachner: I called Juan at 4:45pm on Thursday, with an urgent situation. We needed a structural inspection in less than 12 hours. He was able to accommodate us with his busy schedule and completed the inspection in a polite, thorough and professional manner.
