ReallyJust Random: Love the team I work with. Some of the other people I work with need an attitude adjustment, but that is any place.The building I work in is outdated by about 30 years, every old, very depressing and smells stale.Required to go into the office daily now, however hybrid or remote can be done, but it depends on your bosses. In general the whole hybrid/remote policy they put into place is way to complicated and uncessary.With my team they don't micromanage where your time is spent but the manager and his boss will do walk throughs to ensure people are at their desks, they keep a tally , pretty silly if you ask me.Also becareful, there are people that work here that will throw you under the boss and not think anything of it! Always lookout for yourself.
