Doug Capps: They were out of ham, turkey and rotisserie chicken. Seemed chaotic. I like subway okay, but not this one.
John Thomas: Ordered online, 2 different subs. When picked up, the employee just handed us both subs, but failed to tell us some toppings we ordered they ran out. Drove home realizing then that each sub was missing tomato and onion, and one was missing sauce entirely. Drive back to find the store empty for about 8 minutes. The manager walked in with no shirt on blaring music on a small speaker. Another couple minutes pass, and he comes out with a younger guy who was evidently just in the back. Told him what happened and he proceeded to tell me he would not remake nor give me money back and that was normal procedure if they are out of items. I spoke with him in detail about paying something that I did not receive where he then took one sub from me, and slammed it so hard into the trash that the can moved a few feet. He remade one sub talking about how this was going to cut into his food costs. He gave me sub and 2 bags of chips to make up for the problem. Never will go to Subway again obviously. But more concerning is the fact that he was the manager. Store 1116-0, Dequindre and 11 mile.
M M: I was there today about 1:45 pm. All I got was a footlong stake. I had a coupon for any footlong sandwich would be 6.99. Plus I got 3 chocolate chip cookies at $1.99 and I was charged $18. and some change. I gave the young man with different colored braids in his hair a $20 dollar bill. Eventhough I had a $6.99 coupon how in the hell did it come up to $18. Never again will I go in there.

Their customer service was outstanding. It was above and beyond what a lot of employees are lacking these days at fast food chains. Great job to the two of you!! Keep smiling!!

Only one person working, a seemingly constant occurrence, which made for an unbearably long delay for food that ultimately took 45 minutes to prepare (from start of order to the half hour past supposed completion time). Will never frequent this location again. Subway, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Star jones: The young african american guy can't make a salad. He warmed my meat who warms up meat for a salad. He did not put lettuce i had to ask him to add lettuce it was basically all meat chopped all up! So i got to add lettuce to make this a salad looks disgusting full of meat this subway sucks!!He put so much meat i had to take most out my salad.

I was greeted by a young African American lady who looked me in the eyes when I walked in, greeted me, and asked me how my day is going. She was kind and attentive to my meal ad thanked me for eating there.This ended up making my day, I’m glad I went to subway.

Stefanie: I haven’t been to Subway in years due to the fact that a five dollar foot long is now $12 (plus tax). Tonight I went to the drive-thru with my dog, and the employee who was working made our entire experience worth it. In a time where customer service feels entitled and over-paid, the woman working at Subway took the time to show that she cared about me and was happy to help me. She took her time to make a personal connection with myself and my family since she had no customers in the front of the house which I noticed and appreciated. While they were out of the broccoli cheddar soup, I didn’t mind as much due to the fact that she genuinely seemed to also be bummed that she didn’t have a soup to offer me. My sub was one of the best I’ve had from Subway ever. I can tell that her excellent customer service extends beyond the drive-through window, and that the freshness of the tuna I ordered, and the care that went into following all of my instructions for this sub when entering them on the drive-thru touch-screen were taking very seriously. I plan to go back to the specific location in order to receive the same service that I had tonight. Thank you so much, in an era where fast food customer service has declined, this location has given me faith in the ability to enjoy a treat of food through a drive-through again.Vegetarian options: You can create your own wrap, salad, or sub, with our without meat.Parking: Plenty of parking. Enough for 10+ customers.

I have an autistic son and we went to 3 different subways that all closed at 9:25-9:30PM AND NOT 10:00PM but, again- like leaving the lights and "OPEN" sign on! SMFH. The order system in drive through is straight 🐕 🍑. It doesn't let you customize your order. I drove around and the service attendant came to the window and got us together real quick. If there were more people like that in the world this place wouldn't be so bad.

NoVa Vexx: We order 2 toasted footlongs online. I showed up for pickup when they were to be ready. The girl hadn't started making them. Horrible customer service. The girl was wearing earbuds, every thing I said to her I had to repeat. When she told me.the oven stopped working on her, I asked how the cheese would be melted. She said as the meat was microwaved and put on the sandwich it would melt the cheese. It did not..a philly cheesesteak is supposed to have melted cheese. Phone Unlock: Placed an online order for two subs Aswas walking in the employee said shewas going on break. I told her that I wasjust picking up an order I placed 30minutes ago. She claimed there was noonline orders placed and left the store. She even made the man eating his sub get up so she could leave. When she returned I asked if the order came through yet, and asked if there was anything she could do. She pretty much ignored me and made no attempt to help. I placed an order to another subway nearby and they had no problem receiving it. Won’t be returning to this subway ever again it’s a complete joke.

Onnie Edwards: Made an online order. Came to pick up. Had my ID but did not have my card that I ordered with on hand. I offered to pull it up online and the cashier was very rude. Does not say I need either when I order online. I will definitely not be returning. They need to leave the attitude at home or just don't work in customer service.
Cameron Bailey: Someone hacked my subway account and ordered from this location tried calling to cancel it called over 50 times! never got a answer called the surrounding stores etc., and even the subway on the same road which also did not answer. I live in Tennessee so I couldn't just drive to this store.

William McCord: This location has a drive through which is so convenient! It’s a bit strange though because there’s a touch screen that you have to interact with in the drive thru, which is difficult to do from your car. Especially if you have a lower sitting chair.

Morgan Hudson: This place is so awful.. They are super slow at the window, and super disrespectful. I got a 6inch and a pop today, the pop was flat and tasted VERY dirty. Also, the lady that handed me my food was doing the dishes prior to handing me my bag.. her hands were soaking wet and got my bag, and paper all wet. NASTYY!!I got to the last bite of my sandwich and as I pulled the sub away I had a long black hair in my food.... This place is nasty, and probably would fail every health code possible.

They take forever to make orders and have at times not accepted gift card. Reeks over poor penny pinching ownership.

Joshua C: Everything here costs about 25% more than other Subway stores. The store appears to have been freshly remodeled and looks great - I assume they raised prices to pay for that. If there is a problem with your Subway app order when you arrive and it can't be made, they have no way to refund you and will not even provide a Subway gift card. You are on your own to deal with it through app support.

David Loomis: I am an avid Subway visitor. Just got charged $21.00 for a sub and a medium drink. This is the same sub I have ordered for years and it’s never been over $14.00 at any location. Including this one. Lady said she was the DM and was rude as hell to top it off. Avoid this store.

Ashley Hengy: Literally just picked up my mobile order at 5:56pm and got home to discover I was missing a sandwich and another made incorrectly so had to be tossed. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone. Extremely disappointing since mobile orders show all modifications so it isn't as if I was misheard. Terrible service. Extremely upsetting.
