Shawkat Rahman: Had an eye exam appointment on 03/24/2023 on this location. Every one seemed very professional and respectful. But I was extremely impressed with the Doctor Mr. Mark Lavine. Very wise looking, soft spoken experienced doctor. His soothing soft voice will comfort any one in seconds. Now I am waiting for my eye glass, which they said will come back from lab in 7-10 days. Lets see how the glass comes out. I should be able to modify this opinion after I receive the eye glass. But so far its 5*.

Timothy Jones: Check out SVS Vision 12 Mile Mound in Warren. First exam in a few years, so i wasn't exactly in the mindset to make an appt, but it was a simple appt process on their website. Text reminder was convenient. From start to finish, the staff were awesome, caring, and funny! Took me a considerable time to pick out the right frames but was helped by staff with their honest opinions and humor, making the process quite enjoyable! The Doc was thorough, taking extra time to answer every question I could ask. I was just being curious.. Happy customer, would recommend!
B: Theoni, always provides A+ service. I drive by several other SVS Vision locations to come see Theoni. I live 29 miles away from the SVS Vision location where Theoni works but the quality of service I receive is worth the drive.

Juliana: The only employee who was working was helping someone else when I walked in. I told her that was fine and I waited 15 minutes for her to finish. I was planning on buying a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers. She finally finished and walked over to me. I asked her one question, she answered, then spotted a woman looking at the Versace sunglasses and literally ran over to her while I was in the middle of asking her to find a size for me. Never glanced back, never apologized, did't come back after I stood there flabbergasted for five minutes. I finally left. Will never buy anything here.

They always know how to match the perfect glasses for you.If for some reason you do not like the glasses within the return. Julia and her team has no issues with refunding or exchanging.There was an instance where I had a particular sunglasses in mine from Tom Ford called the Jacob. They did not have it at the store. So Julia called other stores to check if they have it. She even went above and beyond and had personal contacts or she texted them as well so she can get the right sunglasses for me.I am thoroughly impressed with how Julia runs her store and trains her staff on how to have amazing customer service for most importantly relationship building service. I highly recommend Julia at Somerset Mall and her staff when looking for your necks pair of Sunglasses

Jennifer Wiebelhaus: The staff at the Sunglass Hut within Macy's at Lakeside is unhelpful and inconsistent. I had stopped twice prior to look at sunglasses and received no help besides a "take a look around" and no real answers when I had questions. I have had two recent "issues" about the same pair of sunglasses. I bought the RayBan's online through Macy's - I went to the store with the original box with bar-codes attached to ask to have them adjusted and I was told that I needed a receipt to prove that I bought them from there. Apparently the bar-codes on the box were not enough. Okay - came back another time to a different lady working and she didn't even care or ask if I bought them from there or ask to see a receipt, she just adjusted them. Not a big deal - just a waste of time and again, no consistency. Second issue: Was already at the mall so I stopped to ask about a repair I needed done to my glasses and what I had to do to get them fixed. She asked me a few questions and told me what I had to do and that I would have to pay for half the price of the sunglasses if it has been longer then the 90 day warranty. I came back 2 weeks later with receipt and she told me "I can't help you. There is nothing I can do." Again, consistency or at least provide customers with the correct information the first time so they do not have to waste their time. Will not be buying from Sunglass Hut again or sunglasses from Macy's.
Nick: I am very disappointed at the Macy's Salon area. The people there are NOT professional at all. They had me waiting there endlessly. Mind you, I had an appointment as well. Anyways, I simply got up and left. I advise you not to go there. Very bad!

Richard Schlagel: I walked in knowing what sunglasses I wanted so the worker had a easy sale. She opened a drawer to grab a pair of my sunglasses I picked out but did not find it in stock. She then began to take a sticker off the arm of the floor model sunglasses and began to sell me them. Also asked if I wanted a protection plan. ( I couldn't believe it) I asked if I could have a new pair at that point and that's when she said we do not have it in stock. She then said she will order them online so I gave my info and paid and left. Once I left I went online to see what my Oakley glasses cost to buy online seeing that's what I had to do. I found out that my Oakleys were 20% off at the store but she didn't give me the discount as well. What a joke. So my 20% discount turned into this review of my experience at Partridge Creek Sunglass Hut. Buyer beware.
