Elsa Frohman: My procedure, an epidural for back pain, was effective. I have zero complaints about my doctor (Dr. Oddo). But two things were handled very badly. The first was the scheduling system. My procedure was delayed a week because they never called me with my appointment time the first week and the second try they totally messed up my appointment (they never called me again, I called them and found they'd spontaneously canceled my appointment)The other thing was my I.V. One of the worst jobs I've ever had. Painful and the bruise covers most of my hand, a week later.

A. Adam Post: Excellent facility that is very clean and very professional in general and specifically with the COVID protocol. The therapy provided is exceptional providing immediate relief of symptoms coupled with a targeted approach to training and building strength where it is needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Anthony Della Pelle: I took my 82 year-old mother to Synergy for hand surgery. After the procedure I met with her and the nurse to go over the aftercare issues. I was then told to drive the car to the front of the building while she dressed and that they would bring her out to the car in a wheelchair. When they came out to the car my mother just had her socks on her feet - the nurse had her shoes in a bag. The nurse told me that my mother couldn't get her shoes on. At the time there was snow on the ground. I don't think it would be too much to ask that the nurse help the 82 year-old get her shoes on rather than sending her out in the snow in just socks.

Chaos In Cute Shoes Reviews And Stuff: While the surgery experience itself was satisfactory their billing department is sorely lacking. Five messages left, because no one is ever available and 2 months of unreturned phone calls. We're simply trying to pay the bill and get a current statement. Really need to up their game. We're making the effort, are they? That's a huge nope.

Dee Labeau: My husband has Si joint fusion surgery done on 8/30/2019 and the experience we had at this surgery center was nothing but the best. They are all amazing staff there. Very caring and welcoming. The facility was also very clean ? Our discharge nurse was heather and she was amazing . So nice and answered all of our questions . Also Dr Munk is an amazing spine surgeon and would recommend him and his staff there to anyone .

The nurses were welcoming and attentive, took great care of my husband and also took great care of my daughter and I while we waited. The staff were all smiling, friendly, and happy to talk to and play with my daughter to make it a much less stressful morning for me as a mother. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Sandra Barlow: My Dad has been coming here getting shots for pain they have NOT WORKED for him, so today Dr. Hall is doing something different (burning the nerve). I was not able to accompany My Parents today but, I do NOT like how My Momma was not allowed in back with Her husband when Dr. Hall explained the procedure the Family should be included EVERY step of the way. I am NOT happy with Dr. Hall her bedside manner to Me is bad. And the office staff can't do this can't do that. ALL they have to do is ask the patient do they give permission. And I know what I am talking about. My opinion

Markie S: My surgeries were in 2018. Bills were paid off, then shortly after covid hit i started getting a bill saying i owed $475. After YEARS of stating that they needed to send me an itemized statement of everything that i paid and to show me exactly where I owed $475 after 3 years post surgery they refused to do so. Yet have no problems calling me 1 a month then up to twice a week demanding payment. This place was my worst experience by far with a doctor. A call just last week asking for payment again otherwise they’ll send me to collections, i asked for proof, the call was disconnected. YEARS of asking and no proof given. Yet when i call the actual doctors office they say they can’t provide me with any information due to a new system they’re using… but have no problem asking for $475.This is appalling.

Carmen Ortiz: Not impressed At All!!! From the minute we walked in the receptionist was on the phone complaining how much if a headache it would be to cancel someones appointment, just very unprofessional. They dont let required drivers wait in the lobby, we were told the Dr was running about 45mins to an hour behind schedule, fine things happen.....so here it is 1:30 pm appt was at 11:45 and we are still waiting in the parking lot, had to call the front desk and was told the Dr had a complicated procedure and is running behind.....well I'm sorry but if we were running 2 hours behind I'm sure we would NOT of been able to be seen bc the smart mouth receptionist made that very clear with the convo she was having on the phone when we walked in....did I mention I pretty sure I've seen All the staff go AND come back from what I assume is a lunch break, smh....

David Lingerfelt: The front desk people are nice. The doctor is a quack and is only there to collect money. Go somewhere that respects you as a patient and doesn't just want your money. Even the people behind the counter know what's happening, one of the front desk ladies tried to warn me. I should have listened.

Calvin Williams: AWESOME. I recently had surgery here and it was the first time that I have had a surgery that DID NOT feel like I was having surgery. I was given an IV to be put to sleep for the surgery and while I was waiting for them to give me the meds to knock me out, I nodded off to sleep expecting to be woken up to be told that they're about to start, and was told it's time to go home. I said what about the surgery, they said look at your hand and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM AT THAT MOMENT BECAUSE I have NEVER had a surgery that made me say I liked it. I mean I was totally overwhelmed with emotion. I felt so warm and loved after the surgery. If I EVER HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY AGAIN, I PRAY THAT THIS CAN BE WHERE IT HAPPENS. These guys are awesome and deserve to be acknowledged. Dr. Bush and staff: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Erin Krajenke: I came here as a recommendation from my hand specialist to get a nerve test and an MRI. I have never been to a medical facility where everyone was so nice and friendly. The woman at the front desk was very nice and the three doctors that performed my procedures were very nice, personable, and down to earth. If you have any say in where you go for imaging, I would definitely recommend coming here.

denise perron: My husband made an appointment for an MRI at 9:30a.m. We were told to come in at 9:00. We came in at 9:00 they were not aware of his appointment. Several patients have come in after us and went right in but an hour and a half later, we're still waiting.

Michael Hannaford: I had to take my father to this location because this is the office his doctor works out of. The doctor was great and reassuring, but the rest of the staff seemed incompetent and/or rude. Cheryl at the front desk was rude and passive aggressive with all her responses. I hear her multiple times yelling at people on the phone- I understand that there can be situations that arise, but the people in the waiting room do not need to be aware of it, nor do we need to be vented to about it. So much for patient privacy.One of the nurses, whom was difficult to understand, was also rude and was advised to let us know when we can come in to assist my father with changing. She failed to do so, and kept trying to hurry him when he was using the rest room and when he was changing. She aggressively put his socks on and when he complained that she was hurting him, she brushed it off and continued. When I asked her why she didn't let me know when he was ready to change into the robe so I could help him, she just responded "I didn't know he would need help." By the way, the whole reason we were there was because his arms were broken....If my father didn't think the doctor was great, I would have left with him right then and there. I am still in shock that the nurse actually said that! How embarrassing for her.

I love that I was able to get an X-ray and ultrasound the same time as my appointment. I work for a ob/gyn and we will definitely refer our patients to Dr Abott and group.

Oliver Kolodziejczak: I’ve been waiting for my mother’s half hour wrist surgery for 2 1/2 hours now. When I called to ask about her status, I got no information other than “they’ll call you when she’s done”. I’m fully aware of this considering I was here with her 3 weeks ago when she was getting her other wrist operated on. The receptionist is rude, she was on the phone and looked perturbed when my boyfriend finally went INSIDE to ask about the status of the surgery. On top of that, I went inside to use the restroom and waited 10 minutes. I ended up using the men’s restroom because of time, and when I walked out I realized it was an EMPLOYEE that was in there for that long. The first time I was here, my experience was VERY different, which makes this experience today that much more frustrating. I hope I do not have to bring my mother here again.

Chaz Watson: Use caution. I went in to repair a meniscus tear with Dr. Jeffrey Mendelson who was in-network for my insurance. However, even though Genesys surgery is owned by Mendelson, they are out of network for Aetna and I know have a $11k bill. I realize that its the patient's responsibility to double check. However, as the Mendelson's own Genesys, you would expect it to accept the same insurance or at least do the courtesy of telling you it does not so you can make an informed decision. Just seems like a money grab so they can charge more than what insurance pays.

Sharon OBrien: Just had hand surgery on12/20/19. My surgeon is Dr.Babushkina she is very prompt and explains what she is going to do. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 10. As for the surgery center very clean and everyone was very nice and efficient.Thank you.
