Healthmark Industries Co.: what do users think?
llegitimi non carborundum: Healthmark industries claims to prioritize employee satisfaction and appreciation, but their approach to compensation is questionable. While they do offer non-financial rewards like bagels and games during Employee Appreciation Month, they seem to neglect fair wages and raises, which can significantly impact employee morale and retention. This review aims to examine the company's approach to compensation and evaluate its effectiveness in improving employee satisfaction and performance. Many employees have reported that Healthmark industries wages are low and raises are stagnant, causing dissatisfaction and discouragement among the workforce. Fair compensation is a basic requirement for any job, and neglecting this aspect can have severe consequences on employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty. By prioritizing non-financial rewards over fair wages, Healthmark industries risks losing valuable employees and damaging its reputation as an employer of choice. While non-financial rewards like bagels and employee appreciation games may sound appealing, they cannot replace fair wages as a primary source of employee motivation and satisfaction. These rewards may provide temporary boosts in morale, but they are unlikely to address long-term concerns related to job security, financial stability, and career growth. Moreover, relying on non-financial rewards as a substitute for fair compensation can send a message that the company values optics over substance and risks coming across as insincere and manipulative.During Employee Appreciation Month, Healthmark industries organized games and gave out cookies to essential workers as a token of gratitude. While these gestures may have been well-intentioned, they seem to ignore the larger issue of fair compensation for essential workers who may have faced increased health risks and workload since the pandemic. Moreover, it's concerning that the company reportedly made millions of dollars in profits and had lots of growth globally while its employees struggled to make ends meet. This raises ethical questions about the company's values and priorities and suggests that its approach to compensation may be exploitative and unjust. In conclusion, Healthmark industries approach to compensation raises concerns about its commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. While non-financial rewards can be useful in supplementing fair wages, they cannot replace or compensate for it. Businesses should prioritize fair compensation as a fundamental aspect of their responsibility to employees, and neglecting it can lead to long-term consequences. Healthmark industries should re-evaluate its compensation practices and strive to provide fair and equitable wages and benefits to its employees, which will ultimately benefit both the workforce and the business as a whole.
danielle templeton: I loved my actual job, however the drama, favoritism, and HR was horrible. Those things turned a job I loved into a job I hated. I truly believe the owners appreciate and try to show appreciation to every last employee, however it gets lost in translation with upper management and especially who was running HR while I was employed there.
Thomas Bhomas: I have mixed feelings about working at Healthmark. On one hand, the company culture is positive and there are opportunities for growth and advancement. However, the pay is not enough to live on, and the company expects constant motivation and dedication despite this. Additionally, the PTO policy is restrictive, making it difficult to take time off for personal reasons. It is a challenging place to work because of these financial and time constraints. I would recommend this company with caution, and only for those who can overlook the issues with pay and PTO.
Mac Simmons: Great place. Love everything about healthmark owners are great management is awesome hopefully I could return one day. But great company to work you will earn lots of experience in various departments
cameron bentley: I worked here It wasn’t the most sanitary of conditions to say the least. Team leads walked around with their shoes off in the “Clean Room”. Instead of washing their hands and changing their gloves, they’d instead wash their gloves and reuse them.. people where constantly sick in the swab room coughing and sneezing. Spitting in trash cans and the
Amber Pineau: I am really enjoying my time working for this company. Super accommodating and flexible with family needs, tight family-like feel around the office, comfortably casual dress code. Generous PTO/Vacation offerings. VERY into keeping morale up at the office, which is huge for me. Beautifully modern main campus. Company really cares about the industry they service.
Alisha Jennings: Carissa was so helpful on the phone! She really answered all of my questions with the most friendly attitude. :)
QO3U5Q6835YETUE RIUYT RGHEOHTEU RTE8TERTHREHOT: Horrible Horrible hospital. rude incompetent staff with no respect to customer life. this place really earns its title as the Deathmark. The staff blatantly does not care about the survival of their patients
Jason Bones: It's like a concentration camp here. You have to punch in and out at exact times or you will be punished. You have to wear certain colored shirts so they know when you leave your work area. Cameras are everywhere. Took an extra minute on break? They'll use the camera's to prove it. It's a great place to work if you like being told what to do and like making next to no money
Nick K: Great company and staff.
Dan Campbell: I've worked here for a little over a year and a half and I've loved it the whole time! Everyone here knows someone else that works here because they take hiring recommendations seriously. People may try to steer you away from working here based off of other reviews and if you'd rather believe them that's fine. From what I've seen on a couple of other reviews people aren't happy with how they are managed. But I've done nothing other than try to do my best for this company and they've seen that. I know of other people that have also tried nothing but their best and they've also been brought up. Plenty of room for expansion and growth if you do your job properly and efficiently!
Denise: Great place to work for!
Mega “MegaMouse” Mouse: This is the best place to start a career, plenty of room to grow, within this company. Healthmark treats all of their employees like a member of the family with kindness and respect!
Michele DeMeo: There are not enough words to describe the company, its owners, caretakers and associates, besides product content and quality. As a healthcare member for over 20 years...I respect ad highly recorded it for products, education, and service! Michele DeMeo

Mopec: what do users think?
A M: The worst customer service ever. I explained to the female representative (Mary) that this was my first time trying to place an order. She was nice-nasty, sharp and did not take the time to explain the process to me. I had to continuously ask her to be patient with me and walk me through the process. I will definitely look for another vendor.
Clayton Waskey: Great company!!
Ryan Oiuj: Waited 2 years on a back order and never got a refund!!! Richard from purchasing told me I will not receive a refund because, I was of color.
Mary Palmateer: I have worked with Mopec multiple times over the past 39 years. We are currently renovating our facility and Mopec has gone over the top to accommodate our needs! I highly recommend them and their Staff (especially Jeff and Leah) have been amazing !!
Elizabeth Pirinis: Worst company on the planet.
Lisa Kelley: Fast and easy!!!
