John Ziske: Went in there to buy a simple $10. Part was told by the gentleman and by the window how stupid I was I didn't know what I was.doing Talking about I bought cheap equipment that what was wrong. Try to sell me $5000 worth of equipment. I needed a $10 part rude as rude can be. Needless to say that'll be my last trip there
Karole Torres: WARNING!!! Mike Sardelli, the owner of Sardelli Custom Pools has walked off a job with a huge down payment and refused to finish the job he started. This will require us to hire another contractor to fix his job and now pay more than was originally quoted to another contractor. Sardelli is now in breach of contract that he signed. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND UNREASONABLE. Kurt Unkel: Just frustratingly bad service. The owner in particular, who is one of those that thinks he’s doing you a favor vs the other way around.Had a pool heater installed. The unit didn’t work, so he had the warranty company come look. They concluded the gas line was not providing enough pressure, and Sardelli claims now he said this would happen.So you would install a heater you knew to be an issue, have the warranty company come out and waste time to confirm it, and then tell the customer it’s their problem to solve ?The fact Sardelli didn’t assess the situation and provide a recommendation in advance is a big fail. Actually said “no one on earth tests the gasline before installing” - really?All of this, coupled with the warranty company telling me this is his pattern and they were not fans - I so regret the decision to work with Sardelli.Worst of all, he keeps butt dialing me, so I get some false hope he’s come to realize he’s done this one wrong, but nope…just another sign I chose poorly

Told her no thanks and we’ll find someone with more patience. This was my second attempt going to this store, 1st time came and the doors were still locked even though it was suppose to be open.

Anthony Regan: Got a pool Inspection when I bought my house and he did not test ANYTHING on the pool. Sardelli said an inspection is $375, and didn’t say how lacking/non-thorough the inspection would be. Only spent about 30-40mins with me. He just gave some comments about what he thought about the pool without taking the cover off (this looks good / this looks bad, etc.). He did not care about what my goal was w having him out. I can easily say this was a money grab and a waste of money..Would not recommend

Radu Timbuc: We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment. All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I’m sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build, but it is worth the wait. We buy all of our supplies from Sardelli too, and we are very satisfied with the quality and selection.

T C: Here I am again to post another review for this idiotic so called company. I don't know how you have managed to stay in business for this many years, the way you handle your customer service is a joke. I've called you and left you 5 messages now and have yet to had 1 call returned. You managed to be able to cash my checks for a job you had yet to complete. Just do the right thing and finish your work.
Anthony Cascioli: Bob and his team have been working on the pool at our home since he built it for the original owners. So you would think he would know everything about the pool he constructed. Unfortunately that isn't the case. We had Bob and Co come out and replace my liner and on the first attempt to install it they noticed that the dimensions of the liner weren't correct so we had to push it back to get the right size. Finally comes to install the new liner. And completes that portion of it. But leaves the hoses to my filter and pump disconnected, which I had to connect myself. He also didn't install my stairs or ladder to get out of the pool, which I had to do again myself. But the thing that really bothered me was the fact that he had no problem cashing my checks before he finished the job to completion, and also the fact I've called him 5 times now and he doesn't have any brass to return my calls.I will definitely be looking for a new pool company to service our family in the very near future.

The whole process went like clockwork, almost complete waiting for the coping and tile to fully dry and then finished with a seal around the pool coping and cement. J Hull: Jim was WONDERFUL! I called thinking I needed a new pump, but after 30 minutes on the phone with him, he educated me more than I ever could have expected. The more info I gave him, the more he took me down a path of looking at a simple $12 part on my chlorinator. When I got home, I started with the "L" on my chlorinator and sure thing, it was the cause of my pool never having chlorine. Yeah!!!! Thank you SO MUCH for all your information on the phone.I'm flabbergasted by the low reviews on this site- because you were AWESOME!
anna puertas: Stopped in on a Tuesday at noon. Six employees no other customers in the store. Waited ten minutes not one of them asked how they could help as I stood at the counter. I guess they’re too busy. Never again.
