Ray: Fantastic selection and best prices around. My wedding party bought 5 navy suits. Custom tailoring made each suit fit perfectly. Wide variety of styles and accessories to meet anyone's needs. Derek Bailey: This guy is a legend! We were referred to come here after we were having trouble finding a velvet tuxedo. The store is a bit overwhelming when you first walk in since there is just so much product immediately in your face, but once we started talking to the owner he immediately jumped into action. The whole time we were there I think he only took one measurement. Every other time we asked to try something on or if he had something all he had to do was just look at my body (doing the sizing in his head) and produce something that fit perfectly. The prices are great as well.** Important **You aren't going to be able to find your expensive name brand tuxes and suits here like you would Jos A Bank or Men's Wearhouse. That did not bother us and quite frankly quality was probably as good or better (they are all produced pretty much the same way anyways, unless you are going completely custom).It was a pleasure to watch someone that knows their trade so well do what they best! We would recommend making a visit and supporting some local business instead of the big guys like Men's Wearhouse.

He ruined my maid of honor's dress and did not want to take ownership of it. He cut the front of the dress too long, however cut the back too short. Her shoes are showing and he had the audacity to tell her to just wear flats! He was not organized and almost took off an important part of the dress. It was just an awful job. With the poor quality of his work, he refused a discount on the work. An extreme rip-off. If I needed to pay $100 for someone to ruin my dress, I would've just asked my toddler niece and nephews. Very disappointed.In addition, this review doesn't even deserve ONE star. That's just being generous.
Chet Lewis: Long time customer. Been bringing pants, suits, and even jackets here to be tailored. Never had an issue with the quality of work. Always delivered when promised. Plan to park in the back and walk around to the front. Place is full of unclaimed clothing jobs, but there's always room for yours!
Cathryn Crow: Joe was able to save a bridesmaid in desperation from an unideal original alteration! My usual seamstress did not deliver her usual quality to my gown after working on it for several weeks, leaving the bodice unflattering and the hem inches too short. With two days before the wedding, I was panicked believing I would look messy. Joe's assessment of the gown was seasoned, his descontriction meticulous. He rushed the alteration overnight and the final product was astounding! He treated me kindly and made me feel like family. I will definitely frequent his humble store for future alterations!
Rob Braunscheidel: this place is awesome! I got two bids, for my sons jersey alteration, at two competing cleaners/alterations stores, one wanted $35 the other $85, and wanted a week to complete. Joe's did it for $20.00, SAME DAY pick-up!
Christos Roustemis: I just picked up a set of repairs/alterations to dress clothes and I agree 100% with the 2 other reviews. Kinda like shopping at "Salvation Armani," if you don't mind a little clutter (and a cramped changing area) then this guy's good enough to get the job done.

Nic Tobin: Small little shop, there's more fabric and clothing than there is walking room. 2 older guys run it, one doesn't speak much English but the other, who mans the counter most of the time is friendly enough, kinda grandfatherly really. Of all the shops I went into to ask about a simple pre-emptive inseam patch for my new pair of jeans, they were the only ones who seemed to understand what I was asking for/didn't give me a blank look over it. Price was great, my jeans are nicely reinforced and you can't see a thing on the outside of the fabric. They had 2 pairs done in about a week which was the estimate they gave. You do have to call THEM to know when your job's done, though; even though they'll take your phone number, their organization system seems to be very basic pen-and-paper, they don't really fill out tickets or give you a receipt. I paid cash, no idea if they take check/card or not.That said, I'll definitely be taking any future patch and hem jobs to Joe's.
Ken: I must say, I was very nervous at first when I brought my jeans there to be hemmed. It look very messy inside and the guy there didn't speak great English. So I wasnt sure he understood me. But when I picked up my jeans, he had done a GREAT GREAT job. And the price was really low. I will definitely be bringing my wife's jean there to be hemmed as well. High recommend this guys.

They were so knowledgeable and professional, and knew exactly how to handle a dress like mine (multiple layers of lace and beading). My dress was also heavy due to all the layers; the bustle that they added allowed me to dance comfortably all night long! Not only did they manage to get my dress ready on a time crunch, they were able to alter it while maintaining the beautiful lace details throughout. The neckline, the sleeves, and the bottom of the dress required alterations. They added a beautiful bustle that was easy to use. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted, they were honest about what could and couldn’t be done, and they were always welcoming and warm.When I needed help with a dress that showed a bit too much cleavage, they helped me again. I had previously asked another tailor, but what they styled looked like an awkward modesty panel and not at all as we discussed. After their excellent work on my wedding dress, I brought the problematic dress to Alice’s, and we brainstormed. I was referred to Alice's from a different wedding dress alteration shop for fear the job would be too complicated. Alice's went above and beyond for me . Chris Lehr: I couldn’t see how another tailor would be able to compete with Mario. I came in to have some adjustments on a coat I owned and before I even put it on he told me what was the issue with it. The adjustments he made were perfect and the clothes fit better than any of the other clothes I own. On top of it all, he made those changes without even measuring my size. Robert Young: So the preface, I am a bit [extremely] self-conscious and prior to going into Mario's shop I had just got back from a horrible experience at Men's Warehouse trying to get a suit for a wedding last minute (The staff was completely unhelpful and I felt like a mess shopping for a suit).Anyways, I go to Mario's and was a bit intimidated for the first few seconds (I've never actually been to a tailor before). Mario works hard and seems like an extremely busy man. That said, when I explained the situation, Mario immediately helped me find a suit I was comfortable in and went above and behind to assure it was ready by my deadline.Heck, he went above and beyond because after the second visit he called me back a little later because HE wasn't impressed with my suit. He literally could of just let me go with an ill fitting suit and I would of been none the wiser; but no, he calls me and has me come back in by getting some extra clothing delivered LAST MINUTE.Even after that, he helped me coordinate my outfit a bit further, and provided great insight on what to wear with it.Long story short, thanks to his belief in providing 100% customer satisfaction, Mario had me looking sharp, feeling confident, and ready for the wedding!TL;DR : Mario cares about his customers and shows this through his excellent tailoring skills and commitment to satisfaction. kevin giacchina: Took a Suit into Mario's to get altered due to losing weight but unfortunately it couldn't get altered. Mario explained thoroughly on why it couldn't because it way to big. He showed me some suits, and it didn't seem like he was pushing for me to buy one. I eneded up buying a suit from him and the fit is the best I've had. The price of the suit with alterations was still cheaper than a store bought shelf suit and better quality. This thing fits like a glove! I also brought my 2 year old son in and the way Mario and his wife treated him was amazing, they made us feel at home. I'd give this place a 12 star if I could. Victoria Madrigal: Andrea, the young lady who helped us was excellent. We were looking for a prom rental suit and they had very few options. So, before placing a deposit on one of theirs, I wanted to check some other shops in the area for more styles. I asked Andrea if we could call in the deposit later after we decided. She said, “yes,” but this other employee lady said, “no.” Andrea honestly looked shocked that the lady said no and again said that wouldn’t be a problem to call back with a deposit . The older lady once again stated that “no” we couldn’t call back later with a deposit. Andrea seemed super perplexed by this alleged rule but stayed pleasant and offered to hold it for us if we called back. Wouldn’t go back because of the racist vibes from the other lady

The only reason why we aren't giving a 5 star review is that while they are all very nice, it's typically very busy in the store due to their popularity which can cause some confusion and wait times - you have to plan for a time when they can give you more one on one attention. I ordered a custom suit from Men's Warehouse that was supposed to be fitted and slim cut, but when it arrived it was super baggy and look like it was from the 1990s meant for someone 2x my size . Sam Michael's team essentially recut and rebuilt everything, and made it look how it should have when I originally ordered it. Would highly recommend for all your tailoring needs!
Luke Dzwonkowski: So glad I found this place. I’ve never had a suit tailored before and I needed a two-week turnaround. I googled around and this place came up, so I walked in without an appointment with 45 minutes before I had to get to work. I met Wally, who in that short time identified a beautiful suit that fit what I was looking for and took my measurements. Over the following week he made time for me to come in twice more to fine tune the tailoring. This might be common but I was surprised by how much he could adjust: he took out the slack in the arms and waist of the shirt and suit coat, tapered in the pants, shortened the sleeves to the right length, made the tie thinner, and could have even thinned out the shirt’s collar if I wanted. He then found cufflinks, socks, and a tie that matched the suit and the dress shoes I brought in with me. With several days to spare I was able to take my finished suit home and now I can’t wait to get to wear this thing. Thanks, Wally!
