I called back because I was still in need of their services, but the woman began to argue with me on the phone. I’ve worked front desk for over 4 years. I understand things get busy at the front desk especially if you’re working it alone, but arguing with clients, yelling at clients, keeping clients on hold for 20min is unprofessional.

The staff is friendly and run a clean operation from all that I’ve seen. Lastly they are posted up in the rear so enter there to pay. Cheers!

They continue to do it.The ladies who work there and the owner are always nice and if they don't know you by name, they at least remember that you are there regularly. They are helpful without being pushy and never have a problem with inconsequential questions.We had a problem back in February with our membership. A problem we caused by not reading the paperwork. They still took care of us.As long as I tan I will be a customer of Club Soleil. Great customer service is just too hard to find. Plus, I feel safe there. I will never worry about little cameras or a dodgy guy behind the counter. This place is the salon you can trust.
Casey Elliott: The people are really nice and friendly and the tanning is great. However, they close earlier then what is posted on the website, and I was recently told by one of the workers that they are suppose to let people in until they close at the posted time.
Scott Lindquist: Be careful not to buy points in large quantity unless you KNOW you'll use them. They expire. I found out the hard way.

Brenda T: I've been going to VIP TANNING for years (25+)but the owner of this salon is ALWAYS jacking up the prices with no notice UNTIL you walk in to tan that day !!!!! 😡😡And what's worse is I'm a in a "SMART PAY CONTRACT" so how he's doing this I have no idea !!! This was suppose to be a better deal because you are paying almost $70.00 a month ! EVERY MONTH !! I was advised by the staff yesterday as I walked in to use my package that I'll now have to pay an additional $5.00 per ( EXTRA $150.00 PER MONTH) to now go into the Versa to spray tan. AND... July 1, 2022 that prices jumps to $10.00 per visit (300.00 extra per month in addition to the package you paid for already!!! ! 🤬🤬That's crazy and unfair to the customers to are loyal to him month after month !!! I do understand that prices are higher right now ... BUT he's given no notice what so ever just today he feels like charging you more weather you agree or not if not I guess you don't tan ! REALLY?? BEWARE HIS DEALS ARE NOT DEALS ANYMORE !!!😡😡 I think I'm even more mad that he could care less if the customer has a complaint he won't work with you at all!🤬🤬 NO WARNING TO THE CUSTOMER AT ALL !!! So Disappointed because the girls are so nice but this is ridulous and it's not a one time incident this has happened a few times where you just get BLINDSIDED as you walk in the door !!! Mrs Wright: The customer service is great here. This is perfect for a little relaxation for a second. Not really secluded, so I went during the day so there wasn't a lot of people there. Imo, the water isn't hot at all, it's warm at most. Chlorine levels at time can be a bit overwhelming as well. The cold shower beforehand gives you the illusion that it may be hotter but it's not, it's mostly steam. It's still very good for water work outs or relaxing just to sit down a bit. You have to shower beforehand, be sure to bring your own soap. There is soap there, but it is Dial hand soap. They do provide towels, but you can always bring your own. Parking is in the front and there is usually plenty of it. Make sure to check their website for coupons.

Curtis Cornwell: For a cheap tanning place, with live birds in cages around the lobby, they are at least willing to provide a service that nobody else does, after 9pm...they are open until midnight on weekdays and 2am on the weekends and are only $5 for a single visit.
Sean Kearns: Was very clean,, the staff was very friendly, they offered multiple different brands and a broad selection of tanning lotions and skin care products. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues, and return for future business.
