Dentists btw) either they didnt clean my teeth at all or barely scratched the surface of teeth..as far as cleaning goes ..but i i have gotten 3 cavities in past 2 yrs altho seeing dentsit regularly ..?..and went from a #3 to #6 in depth on back teeth (resession of gums) ..so either they werent doing their job correctly or didnt do exams correctly or both ..but i will stay with Dr Bana and their office from now on for any dental needs . They were very caring , took time for painful areas stopping as needed, took her time explaining my treatments needed and did an excellant job cleaning my teeth i am more than happy with the way they look and they feel amazing ..despite the periodontal cleaning i had, it doesnt even hurt afterwards!! ..which is something i have never experienced ...and am truly grateful to have finally found a good dental office to go to ...highly recommend
R W: I'm someone who has major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Thankfully Denise was my hygienist because through her wonderful chair-side manner and professionalism, she immediately put me at ease. She is so great at what she does, I nearly fell asleep during my planing and scaling. Can you imagine?! Toni, the manager is also a delight as she made navigating my insurance and procedure scheduling a breeze. Dr. Bana was great. I had two fillings that were done in what felt like no time, and I didn't feel a thing. Anca was very kind as was everyone else I've met so far. Now I actually look forward to keeping up with my dental appointments instead of being full of anxiety. I highly recommend Warren Family Dentistry.

Jim Lewis: HIGH PRESSURE SALES - I had a bad tooth that should have been pulled but he was quick to do a root canal & crown. I have insurance and paid nearly $1600 out of pocket for a tooth that is now giving me pain and probably has to be pulled. Also billed for the crown before work was done which was why I had a $900 credit.

A Google user: Went in for just a cleaning & checkup several years ago. Dr H said I needed an immediate crown on a back tooth (which he made in his office). I was in a lot of pain chewing on the crown he made and installed. I went back several times to have him adjust it but it never helped. I was resigned to chewing mostly on the other side. He also said I needed thousands of dollars in additional dental work. During my last visit to have his crown adjusted, hygienist asks, "Did you make an appointment to have the other dental work done, before the pain sets in?" That was a huge red flag for me. I went to Detroit Mercy dental school for an unbiased opinion (where he received his training). Was told I didn't need a thing!Fast forward 4 1/2 years, Dr. H's homemade crown breaks, since it had no metalcore! No way I was going back to him. Another dentist replaced it with a proper crown. Of course, I had to shell out hundreds of dollars again, but surprisingly I'm no longer in any pain while chewing!Wouldn't go this dentist again if he was the last in town.

He seems to be really advanced with new technology and uses alot of equipment to make your visit as comfortable as possible. You can tell that Dr Herringshaw has been practicing dentistry for a very long time. Hes super professional and has a very calming demeanor. His office manager knows everyone by name and makes you feel like you are walking into your best friends house when you walk in the door. The ladies up front really know their stuff and are great at what they do. He and his assistant work very well together and seem like they have a great team attitude. Not to mention his new hygienist is AMAZING! I cant say enough good things about this office. Definitely deserve 5 stars 👍

Austin Lentz: I have been going to Redwood Dental in Warren my entire life. I am now 27 years old and the main reason I will be a lifetime client to Redwood Dental in Warren is because of these three people. Dr. Schmitz, Lynn and Stella. I was there for around an hour and a half today and it felt like only 20 minutes. Dr. Schmitz and Lynn did an outstanding job on my teeth. There were points were I forgot I was at the dentist having work done on my teeth because of how skilled they are at their profession. Not only did they do a great job on my teeth, they acted like I was a friend. We had small conversations throughout and a few laughs. The icing on the cake though is when you walk out to pay and you are greeted by Stella. Stella has a great personality and is fun to talk to. She will explain everything in depth to you so you know exactly what you are paying for and why. If you are looking for a new dentist or are currently going to Redwood dental in Warren, request Dr. Schmitz, Lynn and Stella and you wont be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schmitz. From x-rays to going over what you need done to cutting cost where possible, he tells you like it is, to help you in any way possible. Pamelia Gibson: My experience at Personalized Dentistry was very nice, from the receptionist at the front desk to the people in the back were great. Dr. Rochlen and the nurse sat down with me made me feel very comfortable in telling me what my options were.
Ashley Dib: I am someone with bad dental anxiety and have never stuck with the same dentist for more than a few visits. Until now. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rochlan and his staff. The most caring, friendly, kind, funny and professional staff around. They never make me feel like they’re going to upsell me on services, they recommend only what I really need. Margaret is my favorite hygienist but everyone here is seriously wonderful! For the first time in my life, I don’t dread coming here, which is saying ALOT. They’re the best and I cannot recommend this office enough!

I have only been with Dr. Lewis once I believe & he is equally a professional in his field of Dentistry.Recently I had a chipped tooth repaired which was a front main one.I will tell you as the auto body shops would say, like the accident never happened when they were finished.I cannot tell where the chip was after Dr.Gary was done repairing it & the color was matched perfectly.I was in & out in approximately 30 minutes.The reception staff is always friendly & chipper as well. The staff will call & check on you when you are running late because they keep their appointments & pride themselves in being on time.My average wait time is five minutes or less & frankly I do not know how they do it.It is a professional dentistry that is a credit to the community & its clients.Incidentally I am 67 yrs young & have all my own original teeth.I like to think LRR has had a part in that success & keeping me smiling.Rockwell J. I see Dr Michelle Rochlen most frequently but her Dad, Dr Gary Rochlen, has also treated me—always without fuss, drama, or pain.When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I’ll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first.At the same time, I’ve never had the feeling that I was paying for someone’s lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell.Every hygienist and assistant I’ve seen - and I’ve been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough. I always feel a bit guilty eating that first meal after a cleaning and ruining all their work.Front office staff are all fully engaged and prepared to deal with any issue you might bring. Dana Hicks: I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I had my first root canal done here that I found out later I was overcharged for. I went back recently to have my teeth cleaned which is 100% covered by my insurance. They told me I was there for a gingivitis cleaning? Which was confusing as the dentist who did my root canal said my gums were healthy. They wanted me to pay $70 for a cleaning. I got up and left before any services were performed. There was 0 transparency about this when I scheduled my appointment for a ROUTINE cleaning. The doctor was nice but, this place is money hungry and deceitful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

sarah apigian: I have horrible dental anxiety and had been going to another office that i didn’t like out of fear not to have to change. I had a dental emergency my dentist couldn’t handle. I called and got in right away the staff is so nice and my dentist made me feel comfortable. Also they truly care about helping you get what you need done and a way to pay for it. I never felt like I was paying for something I didn’t need at previous offices. I also am happy to report I felt so comfortable it’s the first time in my adult life I haven’t needed nitrous to be able to get my teeth cleaned.
