Mohammed Uddin: Worst service ever. Don’t even bother getting WOW internet service in Sterling Heights area. Service is intermittent and it’s out when you really need it.
Terry Pemberton: When I closed my account WOW was suppose to send me boxes to return the equipment to them but they didn't send the boxes asked for them 3 different times. Then they took $524.70 out of my bank account for the equipment that they didn't send the boxes for. Took their stuff to the drop off place which on the door said WOW customer service but Noone is there to help you or to take the equipment from a customer to show that is was turned in. Fought for 2 weeks to get my money back finally told it could take up to a month to get it back which it did. My advice do not sign up for automatic payments it will come back to bite you in the end. If you close your account don't wait for them to send you boxes. Worst experience dealing with a company. Would rather pay more for Comcast than go back to this horrible company

Megan Adkins: If you like companies that lie and offer you a $300 pre-paid card for switching services, if you like your service going in and out all day long, if you like rude customer service then this company is for you! Everyone who doesn't like those things stay away! Customer is beyond rude and you have to call them A LOT almost daily! Because you lose service multiple times a day! They are offering you a promotion to switch over to them for a $300 pre-paid visa card after 90 days of service and paying on time, well friends that is a LIE! After 90 days of being ontime they did not honor it and ran around in circles making excuses! Do yourself a favor and just walk away, do not think about doing business with them.

Third appointment, tech contacted me an hour before the scheduled time while I was at work, he said okay when I explained this and that he would be there at my scheduled time...no show. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail.

Betsy McCrystal: Cancelled service due to high rates and increasing rates. Little or no customer service. Wait times ridiculous! Requested return equipment box at time of cancellation. No box for a month but did receive a BILL that was somewhat of a threat about collection agency for unpaid equipment charges! 225.00 for Telephone Modem and 169.00 for WOW!tv+box. Called customer service and after a very long wait ( not unusual) could barely understand the representative. Only 2 drop off area in the entire state of Michigan. Thank goodness I looked at the google maps because the drop center closest to me looks as if it’s closed. Hoping box comes in mail as I requested for the second time. Shady business for sure. Happy now with Spectrum
Rescue Nut: Been with you 11plus years tried changing my pay method over 3 & half hours phone, website & live chat with no success. Guess I'm going to another company UPDATE: they got my payment method switched over before I had a chance to call around other internet company's. So problem solved for now so I'll move up to 2 stars

Michael Atherton: I’m not a wow customer. One of their installers removed a fake locked padlock from my gate and entered my yard without permission. Used my trash cans. I don’t have wow. No poles or utilities on my property. No door knocking and never said anything to my wife as she was leaving the house. My cameras caught him. My 2 older kids were home. Why was he in my yard? I want him fired. If I was home I would have let him meet my 2 dogs.

Holly: I have been trying to cancel my account with WOW since February, when thankfully moved to a location that we could get internet with a reputable company. I was told that 5-7 days after the billing cycle (March 10th), I would receive a box in the mail at my new address to send the equipment back. I finally got an email that there would be a box sent to me mid April- but not after they charged me for their equipment. Shockingly, they sent the box to the old address. I called 2 different times trying to get a box to return the equipment each time, they said “it will be in the mail in 3-5 business days and never came. I contacted Wow again and was able to speak with a manager - after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and dealing with an awful woman that didn’t want to let me speak with a manager because “she could help me;” we scheduled a technician to come out to the new address to pick the equipment up. THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO THE OLD ADDRESS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. It is now May 1st and I am at a loss on what to do. My auto pay with them was never canceled, I’ve been told that they cannot refund my money for the internet bills they took out of the account because the account was not actually closed until April- although I received emails all of February and March to “come back” & “they’re sorry to see us go.” They cannot refund my equipment until they receive my equipment and if they get it back it will be 4+ weeks. This company is truly awful. They cannot complete even the most minuscule of tasks. I was married and had my last name changed almost a year ago and that has still not been updated. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID SERVICE WITH WOW.

Randal McDowell: I'm only getting half the speed I'm paying for, and I'm paying more than what I'm supposed to for it. The prices they advertise online don't include their $1 extra charge, and can only be achieved if you have auto payment (though enrolling in autopay doesn't actually lower the price, just makes it so you don't see you're getting stuck with the higher price.

Steph: Wow! Terrible service! We cancelled service a couple weeks ago. I called to cancel my service and they said they would send me a box so I can return their old equipment that I had. They told me it would take 7-10 business days. Today I received a bill… so I called them and she said did you fill out the return form. I said what return form? Apparently, the person I spoke to weeks ago doesn’t know how to do their job and forget to start a return form. Wow! You guys are a class act!
John Bolin: I called wow about one of their HD boxes not working they tried a signal didn’t work I couldn’t bring the box in for exchange they had to send a tech out to do the exchange I was assured there’d be no charge for this got my bill charged $65 service call talk about dishonesty then wouldn’t reverse their charge service and everything about WOW is anything but WOW

Malisha C: Went here today to purchase the iPhone 14 pro max and was advised to leave my 13 pro max with them (for whatever reason) while it "does it's thing"(4:25pm). My son is getting the 13 pro max, so she disabled his 12 pro max. Told me she would contact me once it's completed. I never heard anything bk so we went bk up there at 7:08pm to find the store CLOSED! she took an alternative number for me and didn't even call or text to advise they were closing or that everything was all set. So now we have to go without any phones until I can get back up there to get them!! God forbid we have an emergency....I would not recommend this store.
Nickolas Vostoris: Getting three phones and one new line should've been a major headache - but not at this store thanks to Kirscher! She made the process easy and painless - while also being patient with my parent's (1,000) questions.

Last year I had to add my dad to my plan and Andrew, the store manager, was great. And today I had to add my sister and although that was a hassle on our end, Andrew was amazing again. So kind and understanding.

Nikki Schwerin: If I could I would give no stars. Terrible customer service, and the name calling their customers. Went into the store to return something, and they wouldn’t let me. I was aggravated about the situation in the first place, and them not taking it back didn’t help. The one guy working called me a spaz, which that didn’t help the situation at all. I will never go back to that store, and because of that may have lost a 20 year customer with att.

When they switch I was not able to get it back. Long short. They lied to us about the plan. When I went back they would not work something out. It was screw you... was not even able to talk to mangers to get it resolved.3 months later still nothing is done .still not hearing anything from the manager of this store 6-7-22
