roadtech7: When they answered my phone calls, they never got complete information and even gave me wrong phone numbers to call back. When I decided to cancel the service, because it was not helping me, I could never get in touch with a person. They kept charging me and never returning my calls. Their customer service is terrible, do not use them.

Sharon F: person spoke somewhat imprecisely and with southern accent; clearly not based in Michigan, where the company is based, or in Boston, where my practice is, and unwilling to tell me where she was, or admit she was not in Boston or Michigan. She did get the word out to my doctor but this was hardly the type of service you want in an emergency. If people are answering calls long distance, they should at least admit that, and learn the local speech and doctors. They should speak slowly and carefully.
Jenny Huynh: We've had Clementine as our answering service for approximately 1 year and are very happy with the responsiveness of the administrators and the consistency of the answering service providers. The are very pleasant providers and answer the calls according the procedures we've laid out. I also appreciate the online features including being able to review the call log and manage our contact list.

We are a multi-specialty medical group and each of our practices requires just a little something different and Clementine has been extremely accommodating. They also react very quickly to any issues that might arise.

I have been able to select my own schedule which is why I selected to work with this company. Management has be very approachable which is a plus.

The entire staff clear up to the upper management are friendly and easy to work with . If you are looking for a place to work, they have great benefits, pay etc and you will feel right at home the 1st day . If you are looking for a service to treat your customers like you treat them Clementine is your company. Everyone is treated like family. I have worked for a few large companies in the past and can say that Clementine is one that actually cares about their customers & employees.
