Melissa Wilson: I cannot recommend this company for a fence. They talk up the warranty, but when it comes time to use it even for a quick job they will not follow through. Overall good points were the person quoting was friendly and the installers were friendly and efficient.The part that warrants the 1 star, is the owner's abrasive attitude to the customers. Also, they talk up their warranty but when you call them, they will find a way out of resolving the issue. In our case, one side of the gate has dropped 2-3 inches in a little over a 1 year of being installed. This may be due to the fact they installed it in the winter or just didn't tighten something up. I have seen neighbor's fence gates not move and they are about to the end of their projected life. We are told that this is a quick fix and to resolve it ourselves. All we asked was that if it is a quick fix, why don't they send someone out when they are on their way to another job? This is not an option for them.I cannot recommend this company because if you do have issues then they will not resolve them.Service:Chain link fence installation

Michelle: Update response: I actually wasn’t told “no”. I was rudely told to go on the website and complete the form for the quote. Whoever was on the phone early yesterday morning sounded like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Monday’s aren’t for everybody I guess. But doesn’t matter anyway. I’ve already set a date for next month with a new company. Have a blessed one.I called to see if they serviced my area, and the over the phone representative’s tone wasn’t too friendly or enthusiastic. And he kinda hung up on me. I was going to go the website as instructed to get a free estimate, but I changed my mind and instead will call around for quotes and estimates elsewhere.

The quote was provided quickly and after meeting with other companies, we knew this was the company to hire. Their process was detailed - we knew what to expect and when and the communication was great. The installers (Jeff, Joe and Kevin - nice guys too!) came after a rainy weekend and I was worried frankly about the mess - they didn't leave one! The team of 3 had a lot of hand digging in our yard, they made sure everything was level, took their time and cleaned up after themselves without issue - no globs of mud and grass left in the yard, on the side of the house, driveway or street. Even our neighbors commented on how clean things were left. Plus our fence is gorgeous! The team stayed all day, did a wonderful job and we could not be happier! Steve and his teammates did a fantastic job of every step: taking down our old rickety fence and posts, putting up new metal posts, and hauling away the old fence debris, hanging the new cedar boards and installing the two gates. Then an old man comes out and is being grumpy you have an hour to move your truck or else I'm calling don't ever break down and have to park your car there for the tow truck to wait.
